Elbow pads too small, no returns procedure
I bought some elbow pads from Fox, but they were too small, so I tried to get in touch with customer service to arrange a return or exchange. Unfortunately, I couldn't get through to anyone as the phone number on the shipping info was wrong and the website chat wasn't working. It was frustrating that there wasn't a clear returns process or a way to ask for a return label. I think as a customer, I should have the right to return a product that doesn't fit correctly.
Bought jacket from them
I bought this jacket from them, it looked great on the website but turned out meh when it arrived. The quality wasn't worth the price I paid. So, I thought I'd leave a review on their website to warn others, you know? But guess what, my review didn't even get published! How shady is that? And all the other reviews for the same jacket were glowing 5 stars - seems a bit fishy to me. I was not impressed at all.
Motocross Gear
I bought some motocross gear from Fox Racing UK recently and I have to say, I was blown away by the customer service. Peter, one of the staff members, really went out of his way to help me out and make sure I was happy with my purchase. It's not often you receive such great service these days, so it was a pleasant surprise. Peter's expertise and professionalism really impressed me and gave me confidence in my decision. I'll definitely be telling others about Fox Racing UK because of the outstanding customer service I got from Peter.
Flexair trail pants and jersey purchase
I bought a pair of Flexair trail pants and a jersey from your company not long ago, but sadly, they didn't fit me very well. When I tried to send them back, I had quite a few problems with the whole returns thing. It wasn't very easy to do, and when I tried to call, it seemed like the number was never working. So now, I'm stuck with these pricey clothes that I can't even wear, and I feel like I've been ripped off of £100. I'm really let down by the whole experience and I wish I had gone with a different shop instead.
Fox Proframe Sumyt full helmet
I bought a new helmet from a UK website not long ago and I was gutted when it turned up all bashed in and with no GoPro mount. I got in touch with customer services but it was a right pain to sort out a replacement part. The whole thing just wasn't up to scratch, so I reckon I'll steer clear of that website in the future.
Mountain bike pants for my son
I ordered some mountain bike pants for my son's birthday a few weeks ago, but I still haven't got them. I've tried sending emails, tweets, and making phone calls to the company, but they haven't replied at all. I'm pretty disappointed with their lack of communication and customer service, especially since the pants weren't cheap. I might have to get my bank involved to help me get my money back.
Mountain bike shorts purchase
I recently bought a pair of mountain bike shorts online, and honestly, it was a total nightmare. They ended up being too small, so I went through the whole returns process, which was really expensive. I sent them back with UPS, and they confirmed they were delivered to the UK warehouse, but it's been 2 weeks and still no refund. When I contacted customer service, they blamed Brexit for the delay - can you believe it? Brexit was ages ago! It was all just a huge mess and I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Helmet purchase
I bought a helmet back in June, but had a really annoying experience with the company's customer service. I never got the item, and when I tried to email them, they ignored me. I called them loads of times, but only got through once and the person couldn't help me with my order or tracking. In the end, I had to ask my bank for a refund. It was a bit of a letdown and I would recommend avoiding them to others.
Recent purchases disappoint
I'm really disappointed with the products I bought recently. They just don't seem to be as good quality as older items from the same brand. For example, my gloves from 15 years ago are still in great condition, but the new ones I got last year are falling apart. Even my knee pads and chest protection have worn out after hardly any use. It's like the brand has prioritised making more money over making things that last.
Voucher restrictions and warranty issues
I had a bit of a terrible time with the vouchers at that shop. I couldn't use them on items that were already on sale, so I had very few choices. On top of that, they wouldn't help me with any warranty problems, saying it started from when the item was made, not when I bought it. It was really annoying and left me feeling frustrated. All in all, it was just a really rubbish experience.
T-shirts order
I'm really frustrated right now, I ordered some amazing t-shirts on July 5th and they still haven't arrived, it's so irritating! The money came out of my account really quickly, but where are my shirts?? I received an email saying they were dispatched with a tracking number, but how am I supposed to track it if they didn't specify which courier to use? And to top it off, the phone numbers and emails on the website are completely useless - either inactive or no one ever replies! I managed to speak to someone once who claimed they sent the package and assured me they would send a new tracking number via email - but surprise, surprise, I never received the email! Honestly, these people are clearly scammers, not legitimate sellers at all. I would strongly advise avoiding them like the plague!
Ranger pants purchase
I recently bought some Ranger pants from this company and they arrived quite quickly, which was nice. However, when I checked them, I noticed that the waist button was faulty because it kept coming undone without me even trying. It was a bit disappointing because I was expecting a better quality product. When I got in touch with their customer service team about the issue, they didn't really take it seriously and just told me to use a safety pin or tape as a quick fix until I figured something else out. I wasn't happy with this response as it felt like they weren't taking responsibility and couldn't provide a proper solution. It left me feeling disappointed and now I'm not sure if I want to buy from them again in the future.
MTB trousers purchase
What happened to the good old days when Fox was THE brand for MTB clothing? I recently bought a pair of trousers from them and they ripped on the third or fourth ride on a thorn bush. Not even a crash, just a bush. Seriously, how can durable MTB trousers rip so easily? I reached out to Fox and they pretty much shrugged it off, saying it was regular use. Regular use should not result in a pair of trousers falling apart. And to top it off, since I didn't purchase directly from Fox, they didn't want to help me at all. Well, thanks for nothing. The retailer I bought them from, Leisure Lakes, wasn't any better. Talk about terrible customer service all around. Fox, you let me down big time.
New gear
Hey, I recently ordered some new stuff online but the sizes were completely off. I attempted to reach out to the website via email but all my messages got sent back, no one picks up the phone, and the online chat is never available. Why is it that so many people are facing the same issue as me yet no one is resolving it?
Bike helmet
I bought a bike helmet from this company recently and I was really let down by the quality. I only used it twice when it broke without even having an impact. I tried to get a warranty claim sorted, but after three weeks, there's been no progress. The helmet was for a young autistic person I look after, and he hasn't been able to ride his bike for weeks now. It's incredibly frustrating because the helmet was really comforting for him. The company definitely knows about the customer's disability, but they didn't handle the warranty claim properly. This just goes to show that Fox Racing lacks quality and safety, and their customer service is just not up to scratch. It's disappointing to see a brand that doesn't meet the needs of its customers, especially those with disabilities.
Awesome hoodie and cap!
I got this really cool hoodie and cap from here and couldn't wait to wear them. The hoodie was really comfy and warm, great for those cold days, and the cap was just the right amount of stylish. But when I wanted to order more items, they said they couldn't deliver to my area because not many people order from there! I mean, seriously? That's not fair at all. And let's not even get started on their customer service - they just ended the chat when they couldn't help me out. It was a real let down, to be honest.
Knee guards for a child
I just wanted to share my experience of buying knee guards for my 10-year-old from this retailer. Even though it should have been simple, I had so many problems that left me feeling really unhappy with the service. The knee guards arrived quickly, but when my child tried them on, they didn't fit. So, I had to send them back, which cost me an extra £14 for a courier to Holland. The parcel got stuck in Customs for 5 days and then sent back to me. It was a total waste of time, money, and effort and I was so let down. I tried to sort things out by contacting their Headquarters in Barcelona, but they haven't responded at all. I don't think they're going to fix the issue. So, my advice is to steer clear of this company because their customer service is awful and returning items is a nightmare.
Socks
I bought these socks and they literally got a hole in them after just 3 months of normal wear. I asked for a replacement but the so-called 'experts' said it was my fault. How can they possibly determine that from just a picture?! Such a rubbish policy and terrible customer service. Never buying cycling gear from here again.
Fox Racing hoodie
I've been a big fan of Fox Racing for more than 15 years now, especially their hoodies which are really good quality. Their stuff always lasts me ages and I've never had any problems with it. But, the other day, I got sent the wrong size in my order, which was a bit annoying. So, I got in touch with their customer service, and I have to say, they were amazing. The team was quick, nice, and sorted everything out in no time. They sorted a replacement straight away and double-checked my other items for any other mistakes. I was really impressed with their professionalism and how much they care about making sure customers are happy. This whole thing just made me even more loyal to the brand, and I'll definitely be buying more from them in the future.
Shorts too short
The shorts I ordered from this place were meant to be a specific length, but when they arrived they were like, two inches shorter than they should have been. I sent an email to customer services to complain, but didn't receive a response for ages. After two weeks, I sent another email and still heard nothing. So, I decided to ring the number they provided, but no one picked up even after waiting a long time. I even left a voicemail, but no one got back to me. The whole experience was just really bad.
