Luxurious quality hair extensions
I've been a loyal customer for years, but I recently bought some hair extensions that blew me away with their quality. I thought I'd give a brand from Australia a go, but it was a big let-down. The hair wasn't as soft or natural-looking as the ones I usually get here. The clips were weak, and to make matters worse, there were random black hairs mixed in with the blonde extensions, which was a disaster for me. But with Foxy Locks, everything was perfect. The hair was super soft, looked incredibly realistic, and the clips were strong, making sure they stayed put all day. I really appreciate the effort and care that goes into these extensions, and I'll definitely be sticking with this brand.
Hair extensions purchase
I got my order the day after I placed it, and let me tell you, I was really impressed! I've been using hair extensions for 12 years, trying all sorts - wefts, rings, nanos, clip-ins, you name it. But these extensions are just fantastic! They're so discreet, comfy, and the colour match is perfect. They're soft, thick, and I can even sleep in them without any bother. I've been on the hunt for something this great for a whole year, and I think I've finally found what I've been looking for. I've styled and worn them many times already, and they still look fab. I'm excited to see how they hold up after a wash, but so far, I'm over the moon with my purchase.
8 years of hair extensions
I've been a loyal customer of this company for over 8 years now and I must say, their hair extensions are top-notch. The clips are really secure, the hair is so smooth and thick, and I've never had any issues with my purchases. The only little downside I've noticed is that sometimes the colour of the extensions might vary slightly between lengths, but it's not a big problem and easy to work around. I've got 9 sets of extensions from them and they're all still in fantastic condition. I'd definitely recommend their foxy oil for looking after the extensions, it does a great job of keeping them in top shape.
16-week blow dry and balayage
I popped into Foxy Locks a few weeks ago and honestly, it was the best experience ever! Simon worked his magic with my 16-week blow dry and my hair was absolutely stunning - so sleek and shiny, I felt like a star. Then, I went in again this week and Katelyn did my balayage. She did such an amazing job, my hair looked like it should be in a magazine. Katelyn was so lovely and made me feel right at home, like we were just having a chat in my own kitchen. The team at Foxy Locks were all brilliant and the vibe there was so friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be back to Foxy Locks for all my hair needs - they've won me over!
Hair extensions
My new hair extensions are absolutely fantastic! I wear them every day and they're just amazing! They were a bit expensive but the quality is top-notch. I don't usually leave reviews but I just had to for these incredible hair extensions! Foxy Locks will always be my favourite brand for making my hair look fabulous!

I was really impressed with the customer service I got at that shop. The staff were so friendly and helpful to me, even before I bought anything, they helped me choose the right colour that would go best with my hair. When my order arrived, it came really quickly and everything was packed up nicely. Shampoo and conditioner set
I recently bought the shampoo and conditioner set as a present for my daughter-in-law and I was really impressed with how well it worked. She couldn't stop talking about how soft and lovely her hair felt, and the smell was so nice that it lingered for ages. I was so impressed that I decided to get a set for my friend's 70th birthday, and even got one for myself too. I also got the set in a gift box with spray shine and a gold comb for my other daughter-in-law's birthday, and she loved it just as much. The quality of the products is outstanding, and I'm really happy with my purchases.
Tape-in hair extensions
This was my first time ordering, and I will definitely be coming back! The customer service was brilliant, with speedy responses to all my questions. As a professional hairstylist, it can be tricky to find high-quality hair extensions, but these ones are just fantastic. They are thick right to the ends and are holding up really well with hardly any shedding. The seamless band is a great bonus, and even after colouring them, they still feel fantastic. The shipping was quick, only taking about 5 days to get to Canada. Overall, I highly recommend this company to all my clients!
18” clip ins
I was really let down by the clip ins I got from a different brand, so I thought I'd give Foxy Locks a go again since I've had good experiences with them before. And I'm pleased to say that I made the right choice! The clip ins from Foxy Locks are top-notch - the hair is gorgeous, full of life, and just flows so nicely. I was amazed at how perfectly the colour matched my own hair, and the length was even longer than I thought at 19.5 inches. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be coming back for more.
Haircare products
I've just bought some haircare products and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The delivery was right on time and the products themselves are fantastic. They really are high-end products for a reasonable price. I've been telling all my friends about the hair oil because it's definitely the best oil I've ever used. I've also tried the shampoo and conditioner, along with the purple shampoo, and they're all amazing. I can't recommend these products highly enough.
Hair extensions
My time with the company wasn't great. The first order I made was a disaster - the item never turned up. I waited ages only to find out Royal Mail was to blame for the delay. The hair quality was good, but that first experience really let me down.
Nevertheless, I decided to give them another try a few months later. Unfortunately, my second order was just as disappointing. The hair colour I got was nothing like what I saw online. It was a terrible mismatch and the quality was awful. It seems like they changed suppliers or had some other issue affecting their product quality.
In the end, it was a waste of money and I was really unhappy with my purchases.Wig Purchase
I'm really annoyed right now! I ordered a wig and they've gone and taken my money, only to tell me it's not actually in stock on the day it was supposed to be sent out. Like, why on earth would they do that!?

I bought some clip-in hair extensions from this shop because I had used their stuff when I was younger. I wasn't sure about the colour, so I sent in a photo asking for help. A lady called Josie from customer service was really helpful and suggested a set that matched perfectly. I was amazed at how well they blended with my highlighted hair, and the quality was just as good as I remembered.
Bought some extensions
I was a bit worried about the extensions at first, but when they arrived, I was so surprised at how wonderful they were! They made my hair look so thick and long, and you couldn't even tell they were extensions. I received emails with my tracking info, and I will definitely be ordering again because these are the best extensions I've ever had!

Sorry, I messed up and ordered the wrong colour, but the company seems to be run by nice people. The hair arrived in lovely packaging and was in great shape. Hopefully, I'll get a refund for my mistake. Ordering and shipping went smoothly though. I'll write another review once I get the refund.

Clip-in hair extensions purchase
I bought some clip-in hair extensions from this company recently and I have to say, I wouldn't recommend them. I washed the extensions and let them air dry, but they ended up getting really frizzy and difficult to manage. I tried using a hair mask to revive them, but it didn't help at all. I was really let down by the poor quality and lack of durability of the product.
Hair extensions
I've been buying hair extensions since 2021, and I must say, they are absolutely brilliant! The quality is exceptional, and with the right care, they last a long time. I've tested out some cheaper brands, but none of them match up to the quality of these extensions. Since 2021, I've only needed to purchase 4 sets and I regularly dye and use heat on them, yet they still look fantastic!
