    As a frequent customer of Gearbest, I've bought various electronic gadgets from them in the past. I think Gearbest is a reliable and trustworthy website that provides a great selection of products at good prices. It's worth mentioning that their delivery times can be a bit longer than other online stores. You might have to wait about 2 weeks for your order to show up. Personally, I've had to wait even longer for items that were on pre-order, like the Elephone A4 Pro. Although the waiting wasn't ideal, Gearbest did eventually come through and even apologised for the delay.

    incorrectly stated item

    Having seen an electric chain saw on Gearbest site that popped up on my screen, I thought just what I have been needing and at the right moment in time.
    But what I got was totally wrong. I was sent instead the stand to put the saw on too!
    I have taken a photo of what was on offer and there is no where it states a stand.
    I am trying to send it back and get my money back as well. Another thing is, it was not coming from UK but from Sweden so I had to wait three weeks to get it, and lost the time waiting for it to come.

    Tablet purchase on 06/06/2021

    I bought a tablet from Gearbest on the 6th of June, 2021 and I wanted to tell you about my experience. At first, I was a bit upset because my order hadn't been packed yet, even though the website said it was. I got in touch with the seller, who explained that shipments from China were delayed due to COVID-19, causing a backlog in order processing. I know it's tough with the pandemic going on, but I think Gearbest should let customers know about these delays upfront on their website to avoid disappointing them.

    Gearbest is a right corner from where few items can be purchased,not all in my opinion. I had taken few screwdriver, automatic foam dispenser and one electric item.That was good ,really good and costwize ok but some of the the items from lighting were not good and durable.
    Also faced delivery issue from GB , hence must visit their site but be selective .

I got in touch with their customer service team, and they assured me a partial refund would be given to help with repair costs. Unfortunately, the refund never came through, despite the agreement, and my attempts to chase it up were ignored. It's really annoying to be left hanging like this after being told the problem would be sorted. I suggest steering clear of this company and investing a bit more money elsewhere for better service and support.

    Drone purchase

    Hey, I picked up this really awesome drone from this place. It did take a while to arrive, like about two and a half weeks, but it got here in one piece! The drone is doing really well, I've had it for about 3 years now and it's still working perfectly. It's a Xiaomi Fimi X8, just in case you were curious.

    Electric bike purchase

    When I bought my electric bike online, I was hoping for a top-quality product in perfect condition. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I discovered it was covered in scratches and had a faulty controller. I got in touch with customer service for help, but they were unresponsive and not very helpful. Eventually, they said I could send the bike back for a refund, so I did as they instructed. However, now they're saying they never received it back, even though the courier service confirmed it was delivered to the right person. This whole situation has been really frustrating and disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend buying from this store to anyone.

    I recently bought something from this shop and was pretty shocked at how expensive it was compared to other places. The website itself was a bit of a nightmare to use, and when I eventually got to the checkout, I felt like I'd been hit in the wallet – definitely wouldn't recommend shopping here if you don't want to get ripped off!

    I messed up and ended up ordering a phone two times from this shop, and it was a complete nightmare both times. The first time, the phone didn't turn up at all, and I had to jump through hoops to get my money back. The second time was even worse - the phone didn't arrive and I couldn't get a response from customer service after trying numerous times. It felt like I was wasting my money. I would strongly advise steering clear of this shop.

    I ordered some stuff that never arrived. Instead of giving me my money back, they sent me 2 vouchers with codes, worth the same as the items I bought. But, I can't use them because I can't get in touch with the website anymore. I tried opening a ticket but all I got was an automatic response, and now I can't even access the website. So, I'm €38.95 down.

    Vacuum robot

    I bought a robot vacuum from this website for the first time. Unfortunately, after a year, it started having problems. I got in touch with the manufacturer's support team and they told me that the item was faulty and needed to be fixed under warranty by the seller. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them, the website never got back to me. I paid 500 euros for the robot, but only got to use it for nine months before it stopped working. I tried looking for repair centres in Italy for months, but couldn't find any that dealt with this brand (which isn't exactly unknown). In my view, this is clearly fraud and I might have to consider legal action.

    I'm really let down by the service from this company. My order's taken way too long to arrive, and I've not heard back about my questions. They've not given me any tracking details, so I can't even keep an eye on where my order is. Plus, when I try to ask about it, my order doesn't even show up on the page. It's so annoying. I don't even know if they've actually sent it out, the info they've given is so unreliable. I want a refund or for them to sort out proper tracking details sharpish.

    I've just got all my refunds from my previous orders. I was a bit worried before because of the delays and communication problems, but I'm happy with how it's all turned out now. The website was having some technical issues which made me more concerned, but I'm relieved that the refunds have finally come through into my bank account. Even though there were some problems with orders from April that never arrived, I'm grateful that my recent concerns were sorted out quickly.
