TV bed purchase
I recently bought a TV bed from this company and I have to say, the quality of the product really impressed me. The bed was exactly as advertised and all the parts were there, nothing missing. The delivery was quick and on time, which was a relief because I'd heard horror stories from other companies.

I have just finished assembling the high sleeper gaming bed in grey we bought for our grandsons 8th ???? birthday.
Don’t worry about any issues with it being sturdy and good enough, I can’t praise them enough.
The service and delivery was brilliant, they phone you when they are on the way on the day they promise to deliver for a start.
The assembly is relatively easy if you are comfortable with diy, and the quality of the bed is very good, I would recommend using them if you are looking for a boys high sleeper bed

I recently bought a lovely double bed from a fantastic company and it's seriously the most comfortable thing ever! My soon-to-be son-in-law set it up, but then he spotted that one of the brackets was faulty. So, I contacted the customer service team and they were incredibly helpful! Big shoutout to Sophie, Paige, and Johnathan for being so friendly and sorting out the issue promptly. This isn't our first time purchasing from them - my daughter also got a bed from the same company. I highly recommend Happy Beds! They are definitely a top-quality company!
Single mattress purchase
I've just bought a single mattress for the guest bed, and I have to say, it was a great decision. The website gave me all the details I needed on sizes and choices, so I could easily make up my mind. The prices were fair, and I felt like I was getting a good deal. It arrived within a week, and I liked how they kept me updated on the delivery dates. It showed up on the exact day they said it would, which was a nice surprise. All in all, I'm really happy with how everything went, and I'd definitely suggest this company to others.
Brought a bed but had to return it
I bought a bed, but had to return it because it arrived all smashed up. The customer service folks, Liv and Paige, were really nice and sorted everything out for me so quickly I got my refund straight away. I doubt I'll purchase from them again, as the delivery guys seem pretty useless and can't seem to handle things without damaging them!

I was a bit unsure about ordering a bed online, but I have to say I was really pleased with the great service I got all the way through. Bed with optimistic assembly instructions
The delivery from this company was spot on and the quality of the product was top-notch. The bed I bought is robust and really well made. Having said that, I do have a couple of gripes. Firstly, the boxes the bed arrived in were a right hassle to lug about as they were so heavy. I reckon it would've been better if they were a bit lighter and easier to shift. Also, the estimated time to put the bed together was way off. It took me ages longer than they said it would, so I'd suggest multiplying the estimated time by at least four.

I'm really happy with my purchase and would absolutely suggest this company to anyone. The delivery service from Panther Group was also fantastic. The bed arrived just a week after ordering and was brought directly to the spot I wanted in my house by two lovely delivery people. All in all, I'm completely satisfied with my experience and will definitely shop here again.

I just bought a bed and mattress for my new home. At first, there was a bit of a mix-up with my billing and delivery addresses. I've been with this company for 5 years now, and I have to say, they always manage to impress me. I bought a storage bed from them years ago, and it's still in great condition. The other day, I bought another bed but forgot to apply a discount code at the checkout. I contacted their chat support, and within just 5 minutes, the rep had sorted it out and refunded me the discount. The service was quick, professional, and easy. I wish more companies would be as efficient and customer-focused.

I recently purchased a bed from this company, but the mattress that came with it wasn't great. I wanted to exchange it for a better one, but they don't allow exchanges. The person I talked to was really unhelpful and rude, even in the text chat. It's a shame because I do actually like the bed!
Wooden bunk bed
I was really disappointed with the bunk bed I bought. It seemed strong and well-made on the website, but in reality, it was weak and badly put together. After just a few weeks, the bed started creaking and squeaking with every move, so my kids couldn't sleep properly. On top of that, the wood was chipped in lots of places, making it look cheap and badly made. I got in touch with customer service to sort out these problems, but they weren't helpful at all and didn't offer any solutions or compensation for the poor quality product they sold me. I'd suggest not buying furniture from this company to save yourself from the hassle.
Address change, super easy
Oh, I completely messed up my delivery address and I was really panicking. But then I realised I could change it online and it was incredibly simple. I sorted it out in no time and everything was sorted out really quickly. I was absolutely delighted, you get me?

The price was fair, and I liked that delivery was free and I could schedule it in advance. Ottoman beds purchase
The ottoman beds we got from this company were amazing. We were really impressed with the solid bottoms on both styles we bought, instead of the usual mesh bottoms you find in others. It was nice to see a company that actually had these in stock and ready to go. The beds were even better than we expected, and they've made our bedrooms look and work so much better.
Unpleasant experience with delivery men
I wasn't too pleased with my delivery from this company. The delivery time was okay, but the two guys delivering were really rude and didn't act professionally at all. Even though I'd paid for them to take the stuff upstairs, they didn't want to and just chucked it all on the bedroom floor. I was really not happy with how they acted, it's put me off using them again.
Bought awesome bunk bed
