I bought the Happy Air 1plus earbuds back in February and I've been really happy with them. Sadly, the product I bought wasn't covered by warranty anymore, so it couldn't be repaired. Defective ear plugs
I've been really let down by the ear plugs I got from this company. I was excited when I bought them, but they just wouldn't charge properly right from the start. Even when the charging case was fully charged, the plugs would lose power in 2 minutes or less every time they were connected to my phone. I contacted customer service for help, but all they suggested was doing a factory reset, which didn't help at all. I was so annoyed that the company wouldn't replace the faulty product. I'm really unhappy with the poor quality and service from this company.

Hey, guess what? I bought these really amazing new headphones recently. They were brilliant at first, but then they started having some issues. Luckily, this woman called Erika came to the rescue and was so friendly and efficient. She sorted me out with a replacement pair in no time. It was just so simple and hassle-free, I couldn't believe it!
Faulty right bud issue
I had a bit of trouble with the right earphone bud I got from this shop. It wouldn't charge up, and no matter what I did, it just wouldn't work. So, I reached out to the customer service team and they got back to me pretty sharpish. They couldn't sort out the problem, but they did give me a full refund, which was really good of them. I was pretty pleased with how they handled everything.

The product only worked for a year before breaking down, and the customer service was no help at all - they were even rude. All they offered was a tiny 10% discount on a new purchase, as if I'd trust them with my money again. For €79, you'd hope for something better. I'm never buying from them again!
