    I had a fantastic experience with the customer service team at this company. I bought my Air Zen 1 headphones at an airport while on a trip, but had an issue when I got home. I got in touch with the team for help, and when we couldn't fix it, they really went the extra mile to help me get a replacement since I couldn't go back to the airport store.     Defective ear plugs

    I've been really let down by the ear plugs I got from this company. I was excited when I bought them, but they just wouldn't charge properly right from the start. Even when the charging case was fully charged, the plugs would lose power in 2 minutes or less every time they were connected to my phone. I contacted customer service for help, but all they suggested was doing a factory reset, which didn't help at all. I was so annoyed that the company wouldn't replace the faulty product. I'm really unhappy with the poor quality and service from this company.

    I had a bit of trouble with the right earphone bud I got from this shop. It wouldn't charge up, and no matter what I did, it just wouldn't work. So, I reached out to the customer service team and they got back to me pretty sharpish. They couldn't sort out the problem, but they did give me a full refund, which was really good of them. I was pretty pleased with how they handled everything.

    The product only worked for a year before breaking down, and the customer service was no help at all - they were even rude. All they offered was a tiny 10% discount on a new purchase, as if I'd trust them with my money again. For €79, you'd hope for something better. I'm never buying from them again!
