Discount on mobile phone
Even though I read some bad reviews, I still decided to give this company a try because they were offering a massive discount on the mobile phone I fancied. Well, I was pleasantly surprised with how things turned out. The delivery did take a bit longer than I'd hoped, around 1.5 months, but considering the money I saved, it was worth the wait. When the parcel finally arrived, I was relieved to see that the mobile phone and all the fancy extras I'd ordered were in top-notch condition. At first, I was a bit sceptical about this company, but their top-notch service and products quickly changed my mind. Thanks for the fantastic deal!
Poco x5 pro
I bought a Poco x5 pro from this company recently. Although I had to wait longer than expected for my order to arrive, I was happy with the customer service I got. After waiting for a week, I got in touch with a consultant who got back to me quickly and told me they were out of stock. They promised to speed up the shipping process, and they did - my order arrived after another week. I was given some discount codes as compensation for the delay while waiting. All in all, I'm happy with how things turned out, especially since it normally takes two weeks for items to ship from China to the UK.
Xiaomi 12T PRO purchase
I had my doubts about buying the Xiaomi 12T PRO from this website at first, but when my order arrived on time, all my worries disappeared. Even though I had a problem tracking my order, the support team sorted it out quickly and gave me the information I needed. I ordered on the 11th of November and got it on the 13th of December for 580€. To my surprise, there were no extra fees for customs or imports. Although it took a bit longer to arrive, I'm really happy with my purchase.
Clothing quality and packaging
I recently bought some clothes and I must say, I was really impressed with the quality. The clothes were well made and felt really strong, which was a nice surprise because they were quite reasonably priced. The packaging was also really good, making sure that everything arrived in perfect condition with no damage at all. All in all, I was really happy with my purchase and I would definitely think about buying from them again in the future.
Sandals
These sandals are really not up to scratch! They just fall apart too easily and are really badly put together. And the customer service is just awful, they're absolutely useless once you've bought them. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy these sandals.
Delayed delivery
It took over a month for me to get my order, and the support team just keeps telling me to wait without giving any solutions. The service is terrible.

I bought a pair of faux suede boots from this company recently and I am over the moon with my purchase. The boots fit like a glove and match the photo on the website perfectly. The quality of the boots is top-notch, especially for the price. I couldn't be happier with the service and the product I got.

I ordered a dress on the 16th of November, and I got an email saying it had been shipped 7 days ago. But I still haven't got the dress, and I can't get hold of anyone through customer service or email to help me out. I'm feeling really let down and annoyed, especially as the dress was meant to be a Christmas present for my daughter. I'm not sure if I want to buy anything else from this company in the future.
Rice cooker ordered, received electric hob
I bought a rice cooker from this site, but they sent me an electric hob by mistake! I tried contacting their customer service several times, but they wouldn't give me a refund. They even told me I couldn't send back the wrong item. Definitely steer clear of this website!

I've just bought some clothes online and I have to say, I was really let down. Even though they looked great on the website, the quality was bad and the sizes were all over the place. Purchased a dress
Just a heads up, be careful when shopping on this platform. Even though it's a British website with a British dispatch site, the return centre is actually in China so you'll be on the hook for return expenses. I bought a dress that ended up being nothing like the picture - it was really poor quality and looked cheap. When I took a closer look, it was clear that the pictures had been altered to make the product seem better than it was. When I complained, they only gave me back half of what I paid, so I just gave the dress to a charity shop. This whole ordeal made me realise they need to be more transparent with their policies and product images.
Recent order experience

I bought some shoes from this shop not long ago. Within just three weeks of wearing them, both shoes fell apart. I contacted the company about it and they said it was my fault for using them incorrectly. They also said that the quality matched the price I paid. After some back and forth, they offered me some money back, but I said no because the product was so bad and their service was not good. I was really let down by the whole thing and wouldn't tell anyone to shop there.
