    Oh my gosh, I ordered this black hoodie with a white logo ages ago and it seriously took them so long to send it out to me! Plus, the tracking number they provided me with was completely useless! It was such a letdown. And when I eventually received the hoodie, I was a bit disappointed because the quality wasn't as good as I had hoped. I was not impressed at all.

    Expensive men's shoes

    I recently bought a pricey pair of men's shoes, and I have to say I'm really disappointed with the quality and service from this company. After splashing out on these shoes, the soles started coming off almost straight away. When I got in touch with the shop about it, they told me the shoes had been sent back to the company, who just tried to shift the blame onto someone else. It's really disheartening to see them not owning up to the problem and not taking responsibility for the poor quality of their product. So, I've made up my mind that I won't be buying anything from them again.

    Oh my goodness, I can't believe how awful these shoes are! I've been a loyal customer for years, but now the quality is just terrible. The soles are coming off, and they hurt my feet so much. The prices are outrageous, it's like they don't even care about us customers anymore. It's such a shame, they've ruined a once great brand!

    Overpriced shoes turning my socks and feet blue

    Those shoes cost an arm and a leg, but the quality was shocking. They turned my socks and feet blue, not to mention they didn't live up to the brand's name. I tried to talk to customer service about it, but got nowhere. I won't be buying from this brand again.

    High-quality shoes

    I bought a really nice pair of shoes not long ago and only wore them inside occasionally. To my dismay, one of the soles totally fell off. I talked to a good cobbler and they said it couldn't be fixed because it was a problem with how they were made. Hogan didn't come through on this situation as they didn't want to admit there was an issue with their quality control and just pointed to the two-year warranty. In the end, I was let down by the poor quality of the shoes and the unhelpful customer service from Hogan.

    Shoe sole quality issue

    I've been a loyal customer of this brand for more than 20 years, buying both Hogan and Tods products. But recently, I've had a big problem with the soles of my Hogan shoes. In just a few months, the soles of seven pairs of Hogan shoes have come off. I think it's because the glue used in making them is really bad quality. It's not right to spend over three hundred euros on shoes that are basically stuck together with cheap glue. The brand needs to sort this out quickly, because customers should get better quality for their money. I won't be buying any more Hogan or Tods products until they fix this quality problem.

    The service in this place is absolutely terrible! The staff there have no idea what they're doing, which is really not acceptable for a high-end brand. When I attempted to return my shoes as per the instructions on the card in the box, the website couldn't locate my order. I tried logging into my account and still had no success. It's incredibly frustrating! Complete rubbish, and you end up dealing with the mess that Hogan has created for you. It's just the worst!

    Shoe quality issue

    I've been buying shoes from this company for over 15 years now, so I was really disappointed with the recent quality of the soles on five pairs of shoes. I sent photos to customer service and got in touch, but they refused to fix the damage and didn't even check the shoes properly for faults. It's sad to see a brand I've trusted for so long not caring about customer satisfaction. I won't be buying any more shoes from them in the future.

    I sent a message to their customer service on WhatsApp because my new trainers have given me really bad blisters on my feet. I was just curious if anyone else experienced the same issue and left any negative reviews about this model. I actually got them from a shop that carries various brands, not directly from their website. And guess what? They just directed me to contact the customer service of that shop! It’s quite annoying that the company doesn’t seem to know much about their products, especially with how pricey they are. So disappointing, really.

They told me it would arrive on a certain day, but turns out the courier tried dropping it off when I wasn't there.     I bought these shoes not long ago for more than £300, but they were a huge let down as I couldn't even wear them.     I've been using products from this company for ages, so I thought I'd give their online shop a go for the first time. The standard delivery was pretty slow, so I went for the Express option (1-3 working days) and forked out an extra 19 euros to make sure I got my stuff in time for a trip. But, lo and behold, the items didn't show up when they were supposed to! You'd think that a company with such a good rep would have top-notch delivery service, right? It was a real let-down and pretty annoying not to get my stuff on time, especially after shelling out extra for a quicker delivery.

    Sale order and exchange request

    I bought something on sale and wanted to swap it for another item. But, the customer service team wasn't much help and took ages to reply to my emails. They told me they couldn't do the exchange and suggested I buy the other item separately. I ended up paying the full price without the discount I'd got in the first place.     Expensive shoes falling apart

    I recently bought a pair of shoes from your store and I must say, I'm really disappointed. At first, they seemed like good quality, but after only a month of wearing them, they fell apart.     Interactive shoes purchased

    I bought a pair of interactive shoes from your store recently, and I've been pretty let down by the quality. I didn't wear them much, but the soles quickly got hard and then completely came off. Even though the shoes are out of warranty, I was happy to pay for them to be fixed. Unfortunately, Hogan said they won't help at all. It's been tough to find a cobbler who can glue the rubber sole back on properly. This whole situation has made me feel like I've thrown away around 400 euros.
