Hollywood Mirror
I'm really pleased with the Hollywood Mirror I bought. It's made a huge difference to how my dressing room looks and works. Before I got this mirror, I found it tricky to put on my makeup because the lighting in the room wasn't great. But this Hollywood Mirror has different light settings like cool, neutral, and warm, which means I can get the perfect lighting for doing my makeup. I like that I can also adjust how bright or dim the bulbs are to suit what I need. And it's got handy features like a plug for straighteners or a hairdryer, a USB point for charging my phone, and Bluetooth speakers. The mirror arrived quickly, the very next working day, in great packaging. Putting it together was easy. Overall, I'm really impressed with how well-made this Hollywood Mirror is and I think it's a brilliant thing to have in any room.
Outstanding mirror, high quality, USB mirror, stylish upgrade
I recently got my hands on my second mirror from Hollywood Mirrors and I must say, it's absolutely incredible. My previous mirror, also from the same brand, is still looking as good as new after 5 years. These mirrors really are top-notch quality that lasts. This time, I went for a larger mirror and I'm so pleased I did. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it's a USB mirror. I couldn't be happier with it! The mirror is just stunning, with all the additional touches like the new rims around the bulbs and its lighter weight. The touch screen button with three light colours that can be dimmed is just amazing! I always thought my old mirror was chic, but this upgrade takes it to a whole new level. Mirror
It is a great feeling having Hollywood mirrors at home. The difference is just clear and if it is not Hollywood mirror, it can't be. It doesn't have resemblance anywhere else. Having used several made mirrors before, Hollywood mirror is the most outstanding for me. Although I didn't know about the mirror before not until through a video call to a family member who as at the time of the call was standing in front of the mirror and I happened to see it, showed interest and enquired about it. Since delivery to me, I have appreciated the presence of the mirror in my house. The designs with bulbs and all that really makes the mirror unique. It is interesting owning it in my house.

I recently bought the Keira full-length Hollywood Mirror from this company and it was really amazing. The mirror looks even better in real life and I'm really happy with it. This is actually my second mirror from them and I have to say, the quality and design always impress me. The mirror has 3 different light settings, so you can adjust the brightness to how you like it. This has made my makeup routine and mirror experience even better.

This Hollywood mirror is absolutely fantastic! I can't even begin to tell you how much it's improved my makeup routine. I used to have a similar mirror, but this Hollywood mirror is on a whole other level when it comes to quality and features. I bought this Travel Mirror for me and my sister as a Christmas present and I'm really pleased with it. The mirror is small, charges with USB, and is similar in size to an iPad mini. The customer service at this place is just terrible. They're so rude and don't seem to care about fixing any problems with their faulty mirrors. The quality of the product is really bad - the bulbs keep falling out and the colour changes all the time. It's just not good enough. Honestly, I'd recommend avoiding this place altogether to avoid any hassle.
Hollywood Mirror Purchase
I had the worst time dealing with this company when I tried to return a Hollywood Mirror that they mistakenly sent to me. They told me it was out of stock for 3 weeks, but it still arrived at my door. Feeling puzzled and annoyed, I hurriedly packed it up to send back, only to get charged £25 because I used clear tape instead of brown tape. Their lack of communication and disorganization was just awful.
Pre-ordered mirror
My experience with Hollywood Mirrors was really disappointing. I ordered a mirror and was okay with waiting 2-3 weeks, but then 4 weeks went by with no updates. I had to contact them to find out there was a delay. They kept giving me different dates for delivery, but I always had to reach out first. The lack of clear communication and all the chasing up made it a bad customer experience. I got fed up and asked for a refund after waiting 7 weeks, even though they promised it would arrive that weekend. It didn't turn up at all and having to keep chasing them was just so frustrating and disappointing.

tarnished mirror, unhelpful response
I bought a mirror from this company about six months back, and at first, my daughter really liked it. However, we soon noticed that the top of the mirror glass was starting to look tarnished and brown. When I got in touch with Hollywood Mirrors for help, I was disappointed by their response. Despite my many attempts to get answers, the company insisted that the manufacturer said the mirror was fine when it left them, hinting that we must have caused the damage somehow. I felt this was not helpful and rather rude. Even though the mirror was still under warranty, they refused to replace it and only offered a small £20 as a 'gesture of goodwill', which I turned down. From this whole situation, I now believe that Hollywood Mirrors are just bringing in items from China and don't care much about customer happiness or the quality of their products. I would caution anyone thinking of buying from this company to try elsewhere.
New mirror - amazing features!
Wow, I'm absolutely loving my new mirror! It's really cool and gives my room a glamorous, movie star vibe. The different colours and dimmable feature are amazing and make me feel like royalty. And I was so surprised to find out it has usb chargers on the side - it's just the icing on the cake! 😍
