Towel warmer purchase
I had a few questions about the towel warmer before I bought it and I was happy with the quick and helpful answers I got. Hello, I work as a plumber and I ended up purchasing this heated towel bar based on the recommendations. However, the client suddenly changed their mind without informing me, which I found a bit rude. I decided to reach out to customer support via email, and they were really helpful. They provided instructions on how to return the item, so hopefully, I will receive my refund soon. I greatly appreciate their assistance.
Radiator purchase for small job
I've recently bought five radiators for a little project, and I must say I was really impressed with the quality and design. The radiators were packed up nicely and arrived in a decent amount of time. The finish on them is really smooth and they seem to be built to last. Being a small business, I find it easy to work with this company and I'm excited for any future purchases.
1000W electric radiators purchase
I bought two 1000W electric radiators for our living room from this company not long ago. Sadly, the first pair got here in a bit of a state due to some rough treatment during shipping. Nevertheless, the company really stepped up and showed some great customer service by sending out replacement radiators right away, this time with better packaging to keep them safe. Even though one of the radiators still had a small dent, generally speaking, I'm happy with the quality and how they look.

I recently bought a radiator from Hudson Reed and unfortunately, it arrived damaged because of issues during shipping. This was actually our first time buying from this company, and kind of annoyingly, the towel warmer we got was all messed up when it arrived, probably from being chucked around in transit. But, on the bright side, the person we spoke to in customer service was dead helpful and quickly sorted out a replacement for us. It turned up a few days later totally fine. The product itself seems decent quality with a nice finish. We're pretty happy with how our first order turned out and grateful for the quick service from the company.

I collected all my bits and bobs and it was absolutely fantastic! I picked up a couple of awesome items and a few other bits and pieces. They arrived really fast and were in perfect condition. Stylish product, lacking installation support
I bought this really classy product the other day, but I gotta say, I was pretty gutted with the lack of help I got with installation. I mean, the design and size of the thing were spot on, but I had a nightmare trying to find a plumber willing to fit it and adaptors to make it work with Canadian pipes. And to top it all off, the company couldn't even give me a recommendation for a decent plumber. They did sort me out with a credit in the end, but I reckon Hudson Reed should have a list of trusted plumbers for putting in their stuff.

I ordered a radiator and when it arrived, it was damaged. I sent a picture to customer service and they promptly sent me a new one, which arrived in perfect condition.

I bought some radiators not long ago, but I've been waiting over two weeks for them to come. They're apparently from Europe and stuck at customs. I've been trying to contact Hudson Reed customer service several times, but I just can't get through to anyone.
Good collections
When we wanted someone to supply all our bathroom needs, I told my husband to try out Hudson Reed. We've been hearing a lot about them. They were the ones who supplied my friend, Brittany their collections. When she set them all, they gave her bathroom a homey feeling and were so nice to look at.
My husband ordered them online and they provided us with everything we needed. Their bathtubs were big and could contain three people comfortably not to mention the faucets, sinks, towel warmers and many others that we got.
Their products are modestly priced and not something you can't afford.
Their online delivery is quite nice.
It would have been good if they added furnitures to their products so you'd get all your essential house decorations from them.
My husband loves them and we are hoping to buy again soon.
