    Boots too large for US size 10/10.5

    I bought a pair of boots from this shop recently, but they turned out to be too big for my feet. Turns out, US size 10/10.5 doesn't match up with European size 43. I thought I could just return or exchange them, but the shop wouldn't allow it because I bought them 3 months ago. Their policy is really strict and the customer service was lacking in this case. It's annoying to deal with such inflexibility, especially when there are other shops with more lenient return policies. I probably won't be shopping at this store again after this experience.

    Lasting boot

    I needed an all-weather boot. I love boots and I get beautiful comments about how stylish they look on my feet. I have tried several brands of boot but my favorite would be Hunter boot. Their design is what attracts me to the brand. They have varieties of color you can easily select from. They make use of the best quality material for production. All other boots after a few wears start pulling off or color begins to fade but with Hunter boot, it looks are long-lasting. You don't have to worry that the boot would peel or not. I love Hunter boot.

    Rubberised smock

    So, I bought this rubberised smock from a shop and it turned out to be really bad. The first time I wore it, two of the poppers just fell off! Can you believe it? And when I tried to get it replaced, the customer service was useless. They didn't want to replace it until they received the faulty one back. And then they said it could take forever to process, which is so unfair because it wasn't my fault the smock was faulty, right? After a lot of back and forth, they finally agreed to send a replacement but, surprise surprise, they never did. So, I ended up asking for a refund and even that is taking ages to process. They won't even refund my postage costs, can you believe it? I'm so angry, they sold me a terrible smock and now I'm out of pocket by a lot. Don't buy from them, they're not worth it!

    Jacket purchase online

    I bought a jacket online recently, and it was a total disaster. My order went missing, so it arrived a week late with no tracking information at all. The customer service was terrible, they seemed clueless. On top of that, the free gift I was supposed to get was missing too. It was a big letdown, I'd rate it just one star if I could.

    Boots haven't lasted

    I bought these boots a few years back and they've already started to split at the front of both ankles. It's really frustrating because they were £125 and now I can't even wear them properly. I tried getting in touch with the company but they're not willing to help at all. Their customer service is awful and the quality of the boots isn't great either. I definitely won't be purchasing from them again!

    I bought a pair of boots for my dad as a present, but they started to leak by winter. I got in touch with customer services and sent them loads of photos. They said they'd send a replacement, but it took ages and was really frustrating. Even after lots of reminders, I only got a refund when I threatened legal action.

    Xmas gift wellies disappointment

    My husband got me a new pair of wellies for Christmas to replace my old ones that I'd had for a good 20 years. Sadly, the new ones started leaking by March, with splits along the seams. I spend a lot of time in wellies because I've got horses, so I was hoping they'd last longer than just three months. When I got in touch with the company, they weren't helpful at all, saying it wasn't their problem since I didn't buy them from an official dealer. That lack of customer service really let me down, especially after paying a pretty penny for the wellies. I get that manufacturing has moved to China for cheaper labour, but I was expecting better quality for the money. All in all, I wouldn't suggest Hunter wellies to others based on my own experience.

    Dog-walking boots

    I bought a pair of boots from a shop recently and I've been really let down by the quality. I've only been using them for dog walks, but they've already cracked and let water in. When I contacted the company to ask for a refund or replacement, they made it really hard. They asked for loads of proof, like photos, a receipt, and even a hand-written note with a reference number they gave me. Even though I tried to show them other ways I'd bought the boots, they wouldn't help because of their strict rules. The person I spoke to in customer service wasn't helpful at all, and when I asked to speak to a manager, they didn't want to let me. It's been really frustrating and disappointing, and I won't buy from them again.

    Kids Boots Exchange

    I had a terrible experience with customer service at Hunter. I ordered some boots for my four-year-old on April 25th, 2018. Even though I made sure to check the measurements on their website, the boots were too small. So, I asked for an exchange. I returned the boots quickly, but that's when everything went wrong. I tried to contact them through email, phone calls, and online chats for weeks, but no one could explain why the boots hadn't been sent out. I did my best to make sure they dealt with the issue before the boots ran out of stock, but it was no use. On May 28th, I woke up to find out they had refunded me because they were out of stock. It's absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable!

    Wellington boots

    I'm a customer who recently bought some Wellington boots from an online store and I have to say, it was a bit of a letdown. Firstly, the return policy on the website wasn't very clear and it left me feeling a bit misled. I was surprised and frustrated to find out that such an expensive item like Wellington boots didn't come with a free return option, especially when many other trusted retailers offer that service. Also, the colours of the boots on the website weren't accurate, which made it really hard to choose the right product. This lack of precision in how the products were displayed online made it difficult for me to decide and ultimately made my shopping experience not very satisfying.

    I asked to return a product I wasn't happy with, but the customer service team has let me down. Even though I showed proof of the return, they said only managers can give refunds. They also said I have to wait 20 working days before they can do anything else, which seems too long. It's annoying that they're not sorting out my problem quickly and well.

    Broken boots

    My new boots broke in the calf area where the reinforcement strap is. I tried to claim it under the warranty, but they said it wasn't covered. It was clearly a material defect, but all they offered me was a measly 20% off. I recommend going to your nearest farm shop instead because the customer service here is absolutely dreadful.

    Poor quality boots

    These boots are just terrible. They completely fall to bits after only a few months of wearing them. I'd recommend saving your money and getting yourself a pair of Ilse Jacobsen ones instead.
