Soft flask system
I recently bought a soft flask system online and I must say, my overall experience was quite positive. The delivery was speedy, I got my order just 2 days after placing it. But when I checked the product, I saw that one of the straws was a bit damaged during unpacking. It wasn't a big problem, but being a new item, it was a tad irritating. The person who responded was really helpful and quick, they assured me that they would send me some spare parts to fix the issue. I really admired the great customer service the team provided, it was super impressive.

Ultra-distance running shoe
I bought a pair of long-distance running shoes from this shop not long ago and I'm really happy with them. I took part in a 100km ultramarathon in tough conditions with lots of rocks, sand, and water, and the shoes performed amazingly. Even with the difficult terrain, I only got a few blisters by the end, which just shows how good and strong the shoes are.
