Outdoor gear
I've been a loyal customer of Jackson Sport for years now, and I have to say, the service and products they have is just unbeatable. The staff there are always really helpful and know their stuff, giving me great advice on the best gear for my outdoor trips. Whenever I pop into the store, I'm always impressed by the wide range of top-quality products they have on offer. Whether it's hiking boots or camping gear, Jackson Sport has everything I need for my outdoor adventures. I really value the friendly and professional customer service I get every time I visit, making my shopping trips enjoyable and stress-free. All in all, I'd definitely recommend Jackson Sport to anyone looking for top-of-the-range outdoor gear and outstanding service.
Finally got it right
I love climbing mountains. My mum always complained that she does not like the idea but when she discovered my hobby, she had to give in. However, I purchase climbing essentials almost every month. They get spoilt easily. I was fed up with wasting money on my climbing essentials. I read up about stores that offer quality climbing essentials and decided to patronize Jackson sport because of their good reviews. I ordered some climbing essentials which were delivered to me earlier than I expected. I am so happy for three months now I have had no reason to purchase any climbing essentials.

I recently bought some outdoor equipment from Jackson Sport and was really impressed with how quickly it arrived at my door. The items were in perfect condition, just as I'd hoped from a well-known and trustworthy store. Even though I had to pay extra for shipping to my area, the prices were still very fair. It's really sad to hear that Jackson Sport is shutting down, as their fantastic customer service and high-quality products will be greatly missed in the industry.

Ski jacket and boots
I popped into the shop the other day to grab myself a new ski jacket and some boots, and I have to admit I was pretty impressed with the stuff they had on offer. There was a good selection of top-quality gear, and the staff were really helpful in helping me pick out the right stuff for my skiing trip. It's a shame to hear that the owner is retiring and struggling to find someone to take over the business, because it's obvious they've built a great little shop with a really fantastic range of products.
Sleeping bag purchase for camping trip
It's such a shame that Jackson Sport is closing. I bought a sleeping bag there for a camping trip, and even though they're closing, the customer service team were really helpful. They upgraded my postage so I could get my sleeping bag on time for the trip. It's sad to see a store with such great staff closing down.

Top quality boots, reduced price, fast delivery to Australia
I recently bought a really good pair of boots from Jackson Sport for a bargain price. I was really pleased with them. They fit perfectly and were even better than I expected in terms of quality and comfort. What really impressed me was how quickly they arrived in Australia. They got to my door in just 6 days, which is pretty amazing considering it usually takes longer for stuff to arrive when I order it from here. All in all, I had a really good experience with Jackson Sport and I'll definitely be shopping with them again.
Lightweight hiking boots
These lightweight hiking boots have been amazing for my outdoor adventures. They are such good quality and really comfortable to wear. You can tell that the people who made them know their stuff. And the service I got was fantastic - the staff were so helpful and friendly, which made shopping so easy. The price was fair, especially for such a great product. The delivery was fast and easy too. I really can't praise these boots or this shop enough!
Waterproof trousers
I was so impressed with the amazing service I got when I bought my waterproof trousers. The staff really knew their stuff, were so friendly, and really did their best to help me find just the right pair. It's really sad that this shop is closing down, I've been shopping here for years. My very first pair of waterproof trousers that I got from here way back in 1992 are still going strong, despite having more patches than original fabric now!
Meindl walking shoes
I bought a lovely pair of walking shoes from that shop recently, and I must say, they were definitely worth the extra effort. It's my third pair from that brand, and I made a special trip to get them. The email updates I received from the store were really useful, and the sale they had on those shoes was just too good to miss. It's a shame they're closing down, because I would have liked to keep shopping there.
Hiking boots
I recently bought some hiking boots from Jackson Sport. They didn't arrive right away because they were really busy, but when I emailed to ask about them, they got back to me quickly and explained everything. Today the boots came, just like they said, and they're great quality. The customer service from Jackson Sport was really impressive, much better than usual. I'm really happy with my purchase and the service I got.

The prices were brilliant too, so it was definitely worth a visit. It's such a shame to hear that they're closing down considering the fantastic service they always offered.
DMM Viper 2 climbing harness purchase
I bought this DMM Viper 2 climbing harness from Jackson Sport not long ago and was really happy with the great price I got. The whole process of ordering was easy peasy, and the product arrived quickly. It's a shame to hear they are closing down, but I hope all the staff have a wonderful retirement.

I've been buying walking boots and shoes from this store since 2020 and I've been really happy with the quality. They've lasted a long time. Quick delivery
I recently ordered something from Jackson Sport, and I was really pleased with how quickly it arrived. It only took around 17 hours from when it was sent out to landing on my doorstep. I can't fault them for their speedy service at all. It's just a shame to hear that they're shutting down. I hope all the staff there find success in whatever they do next.
Bought item too small
I'm really gutted that the thing I bought was too small and I can't send it back. I should've read the fine print properly before buying it. Now I'm stuck with this pricey item that doesn't even fit me.
Quality outdoor gear
I've been coming to this shop for years and always loved their outdoor gear - it's top-notch!
