T-shirts purchase
The customer service at this place is fantastic. I was so pleased with how friendly and helpful the staff were, even though I couldn't call them. Their email system worked really well too! When it comes to the t-shirts, the quality of the printing really blew me away. It's not some cheap print that will fade after a few washes. The material isn't cotton, but a dry-fit fabric that's perfect for the summer heat. And the designs and sayings they have are just amazing. One thing to note though, the men's sizes are a bit on the large side, so you might want to go for a smaller size. Overall, I would definitely recommend checking out this place for all your t-shirt needs.
Men's clothing purchase
I bought some men's clothes from that shop not long ago, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cool designs they had. The sizes were pretty much like US sizes, maybe just a bit smaller when it comes to shirts. But when it came to the women's clothing, it was a bit of a let-down. The cuts were all over the place and the sizes were way bigger, which was a bit odd compared to the men's stuff. Sadly, my wife couldn't wear any of the things she bought because they just didn't fit right and the sizes were all wrong.
Shirt purchase with collar issue
I recently bought a shirt from this company and I have to say, I really like the design and quality of it. However, I was a bit let down when I realised that the collar didn't hold up well after only one wear. The stubble on my neck from my beard made the collar all messy and frayed, making it look worn out. It's a shame because I had a similar problem with a shirt I got from a different company, so now I'm thinking maybe I should stick to 100% cotton fabrics in the future to avoid these kinds of problems.
High-quality products with a wide selection
I popped into this shop the other day and was really impressed with the stuff they sell - top quality all round. So many choices, I found exactly what I wanted without any hassle. Had a bit of a hiccup with the delivery, but the folks on the support team were amazing, sorted it out quickly and with real professionalism. Can't fault the after-sales service, really top-notch. The products themselves are top quality and I reckon they're reasonably priced. All in all, had a great shopping experience here.
Mens shirt sizing issue
I recently bought a shirt for my son from this company and had a problem with the size. Even though I ordered a size bigger than what he usually wears, the shirt ended up being too small for him. But, the company was really helpful and offered to send me a larger shirt at a discounted price. For anyone thinking of buying from them, I'd suggest going for a few sizes up as the shirts are smaller than you might think, particularly for bigger guys.
Delayed order
I ordered something back in November, and now I'm getting a bit anxious after reading some of these reviews. I got an order confirmation, but haven't had any details about shipping yet. I've sent an email to customer support but still haven't heard anything. I'm really starting to worry about when my stuff will arrive.
Cool skull pants for husband
I just got some really cool skull trousers for my husband and he's totally chuffed with them. It's the first time I've seen him in anything other than his usual jeans, and it's a nice change. The quality of the trousers is top-notch, and he says they're super comfy too. I've also got a skull jacket on the way for him, and I can't wait to see how it looks. All in all, I'm really pleased with my buy and would definitely suggest this shop to others.
Multiple orders, correct size
I've ordered from this company quite a few times now, and I have to say, it does take a while for your stuff to arrive since it's coming from overseas. But, the items I've got have all been exactly what I expected. Just be sure to double-check the size chart before you order to make sure you get the right fit. I've always found the size chart to be spot-on and really helpful in picking the right size every time.
Decorative jellyfish
I recently bought some decorative jellyfish from a shop. When I got them, I noticed the colour looked a bit different. The seller quickly messaged me saying sorry for the mix-up, even though the colour was actually fine and matched the pictures online. However, the quality of the jellyfish wasn't great - they seemed really cheaply made, not even good enough for a charity shop and probably better off in the bin. It's sad to see so many low-quality items being sold, so it's important for us shoppers to be careful and know what we're buying.
Pair of shorts not received
I'm shocked, it's been a whole month since I ordered a plain pair of shorts and heard absolutely nothing about my order. It's so annoying to think I might have been scammed by a dodgy company that can't even manage simple orders. I've tried contacting customer service, but the fact that they haven't bothered to reply is making me even more frustrated. I'm thinking about speaking to my bank about this to see if I can get my money back. It's just not on for a company to behave so dishonestly.
Shirt ordered for St. Patrick’s Day
I recently bought a shirt from this company for St. Patrick's Day. I ordered it three weeks before the holiday but only got the shipping confirmation email three weeks later. I was pretty disappointed with the slow delivery and the poor communication from the customer service team. Despite that, I have to say the quality of the shirt and the graphic design were better than I expected. If you plan to buy from them, just make sure to give plenty of time for your stuff to turn up.
Christmas gifts order
I ordered some Christmas gifts from this company not too long ago, and I must say I'm pretty disappointed with how things have gone. I got an order confirmation, but since then, I've heard nothing about my order - no updates at all. And to add to that, I've tried reaching out to their support team, but no luck there either. They haven't responded to any of my emails. It's really frustrating to be left in the dark like this.
Flannel clothing purchase
I was really disappointed with the flannel clothes I bought from this shop recently. The quality was not good at all, they looked nothing like they were advertised. Instead of high-quality cotton or natural fibres like the advert said, they were made from cheap man-made materials. I felt like I had been tricked and I didn't feel right giving them as gifts. The customer service didn't help either, as I didn't get any kind of solution or refund for the misleading products.
2 orders not shipped
I ordered two things on February 8th, but they still haven't been sent out. I sent an email to customer service saying to cancel them if they couldn't make it by February 28th, but now they're not replying. I don't want the items anymore, so please just cancel them.
Never received my order
I ordered something from this company ages ago and I still haven’t got it. Their customer service is a total joke - they basically just told me to go to the post office and look for the package myself, as if that’s my job. I haven’t been refunded or received the product I paid for. Jellybuddy really needs to sort this out!
T-shirts
The t-shirts I ordered took way too long to arrive, and they came from different addresses in California which was pretty confusing and caused delays. On top of that, the shirts were not great quality - the material was thin and the graphics were not good. To make matters worse, I couldn't even verify the return address on the packages, so the US Post Office made me pay extra postage and questioned if the labels were real. To sum it up, my experience with this company was disappointing and I would recommend that others steer clear of it.
Bought some stuff
I've just been shopping and I'm a bit worried now, I saw some dodgy reviews about things not turning up or being different to what was advertised. I really hope everything arrives as expected.
