Credit charge policy
I reckon that the $50 credit charge policy at this online shop could do with a little tweak. Right now, they slap on the charge every month unless you sort it out by the 5th, but I'm thinking it would be better if the charge also covered the shipping and taxes when the item in your cart doesn't add up to the full amount of the credit. This way, it would be much clearer and easier for us customers.
Trendy shoes
I've got to say, I was really impressed with the trendy shoes I bought recently. The styles were spot on and the quality was top-notch. However, I did come across a little problem with my order and had to get in touch with customer service. It was a bit annoying, but they managed to sort everything out quickly. Despite the hiccup, I'm pleased with my purchase overall. Thanks very much.

Clothing and accessories
Being a customer for so long, I've seen a big change in the company over the years. It used to be good value for money with a good range of clothes and accessories, but now it's a letdown. The prices have gone up, and a lot of the time they don't even have stuff in stock, especially in the Plus size section. It's annoying to hear them say they can't control things like their inventory, deliveries and stock - things that are really important to their business. Not only that, they're now making customers pay for international tax, upping membership fees, and not delivering on the benefits they promised. All in all, the lack of quality, expensive prices, and bad customer service have got me thinking of shopping elsewhere.

I absolutely love the fantastic designs and awesome deals. I just treated myself to a whole bunch of new stuff and I'm super excited to start wearing them all. I've been a member for ages, but I only just started using my account again, and I have to say I'm really impressed with the choice and the quality of everything on offer.

As a loyal customer, I've always been really impressed with the range of excellent clothing on offer. The VIP credits are a brilliant bonus for us regulars, and having the option to skip a month hassle-free is such a convenient touch. I had ordered two of the same items, but I had to cancel one. Fortunately, the person I spoke to on the phone was really helpful and sorted everything out for me. I quickly got my VIP credits back, and the person was so kind and knowledgeable. I can't wait for Mother's Day - I'm really excited!

I never would have thought that shopping for shoes and handbags could be so exciting! I was really impressed by the huge range of options and how simple the website was to navigate. Membership charges and pricing
I was really let down by my time with JustFab. They not only took the monthly membership fee without saying anything, but the things I bought were way less valuable than what I spent. It felt like a complete con! And to top it off, they sneaked an import tax on there too. I'd got quite a few credits, which should've been worth something, only to end up having to fork out even more just to get my stuff sent over. It's just not on.
Credit System
I've been using this online store for ages and I've always liked using the credit system to get a good deal on items. But lately, I've seen prices going up a lot and there are loads of hidden fees, so it's starting to feel like more of a hassle than a treat. Even when I use my credits, I'm still faced with extra charges, which kind of ruins the point of having the credit system at all. It's a shame to see the brand heading in this direction.
Fashion items, disappointed
As someone who's been using this company for a long time, I've noticed a real drop in the quality of both the service and the products being offered. What used to be a really easy and enjoyable shopping experience has now turned into a bit of a nightmare. The recent changes to the way credits work have made it hard to find anything worth buying, since a lot of the products are way too expensive in terms of how many credits you need. It makes me feel like I'm being ripped off and not valued as a customer. On top of that, the new rules and restrictions have made it a real pain to browse and make a purchase, creating a sort of barrier between me and the things I actually want to buy. And all the kids' stuff that you can't filter out just makes the frustration even worse and wastes even more of my time on the site. Altogether, my experience with this company has been really disappointing and it's making me feel pretty down about shopping here in the future.
Discount for new customers
I was really let down when I saw new customers getting a big discount, but us loyal customers didn't get anything like that. It would be fantastic to have some promotions that show appreciation for our loyalty.
Credits not usable
I've been with this company as a customer for a couple of years now, and I've noticed that the website has become less user-friendly as time has gone on. One big problem I've come across is not being able to easily use the credits I've built up to make purchases. It's really annoying that there isn't a simple way for me to apply my credits to my orders.
Black dress pants missing
I went to the shop the other day because I needed some black dress trousers, but I couldn't find any. I was quite disappointed because it's such a basic item that should be easy to find. The selection in the store was really lacking in essential wardrobe pieces, which was annoying.
Plus size clothing and shoes
I've been really loving JustFab's clothes and shoes lately - they've been perfect for me even as I've been losing weight. The styles are so trendy and I always get compliments, particularly on the duck boots.
