    Artisan Blender - Unhappy Customer

    I bought an Artisan Blender about 1.5 years ago and the other day, it started smoking and had a burning smell while I was making a smoothie for my kids. I turned it off and unplugged it, but the smoke and smell didn't stop. I sent it back to get fixed and even sent some video of what happened, but I didn't hear anything from them for almost a month. When I finally got in touch with customer service, they said the repair centre couldn't find anything wrong and told me to try using it again and let them know if the problem came back.

    But I didn't feel safe using it again, so I asked for a replacement or a refund, which they refused. There was no other option for me to take it further, so I had to get rid of the dangerous blender and buy a different one. It's been really disappointing and frustrating for me.

    New model not accepting model number for guarantee registration

    Yeah, so I recently got this new model, yeah? And, well, it wouldn't accept my model number when I tried to register it for the guarantee. So, I left a message and this really helpful lady got in touch with me and sorted out the registration for me. Then, she went the extra mile and called me back to see how I was finding the product. When I mentioned a small issue, she was really understanding and took my feedback on board. It was great!

    My old food processor broke, but luckily it was still under warranty. I sent it back for repairs, but they couldn't fix it, so they gave me a £200 voucher instead. I waited until my favourite colour was back in stock and then ordered a new one. It arrived today with some cool new gadgets - I'm really excited!

    Overpriced kitchen appliance

    I would strongly recommend avoiding this product at all costs. I bought a really expensive kitchen appliance and it just broke after two weeks. They wouldn't give me a refund and when I sent it for repairs, it took over four weeks and still wasn't sorted. The customer service was terrible and to lose £500 is just not on.

    Defective food processor

    The food processor is great, no doubt about that. But the customer service is a nightmare. I had an issue with my food processor, and when I asked for help, I got very little response. It took them 5 months just to acknowledge the defect via email, with no solution in sight. The product itself might be good, but dealing with such terrible customer service isn't worth it.

    Faulty product, returned for repair

    Returning a faulty product for repair has been an absolute nightmare. I've had to endure six frustrating phone calls with customer service, who seem to constantly lie, promise updates, and ultimately fail to resolve the issue. The product has been sitting dormant in the repair centre for over a month now, with no end in sight to this ongoing problem.

    I recently bought a kettle from this company. But soon after I ordered it, I changed my mind and tried to cancel. However, the company went ahead and shipped it anyway. This caused a lot of bother for me as I had to return the item. The customer service team wasn't helpful and made it hard for me to get a returns label in time. All in all, my dealings with this company were really frustrating and let me down.

    I'm really annoyed right now. I bought this super cool mixer, and it broke after just two weeks. It's supposed to be professional, but it's not working properly at all. I have three of them, and I wish I had none. Ughhh!

    Artisan kettle within warranty

    I recently bought an artisan kettle from your company, and unfortunately, after only 2 years, the colour has started to peel off. When I contacted your customer service team, I was given conflicting information - the first person I spoke to said it would be covered under the warranty and asked for a photo, but the second person said it was just cosmetic damage and not covered. I'm not happy with this, as I picked this kettle specifically for its colour and expected it to last. Despite following instructions and emailing my complaint, I have not received a satisfactory response. This has left me considering taking this issue further with trading standards. The product quality and customer service I have received have been disappointing, to say the least.

    Broken Hand Blender

    I bought a hand blender not long ago for more than £1000, and it stopped working after just a few uses. So, I got in touch with customer service to fix it, but I never got it back nor got a refund. The customer service was really disappointing, they didn't seem to have the authority to deal with my problem properly. I felt really frustrated and left without feeling happy about the whole thing.

    Mixer maintenance issue

    I've had a really annoying time trying to get my mixer fixed. I sent it off for repairs, but when it came back, it actually had a new problem - the rotor arm fell off after only 5 minutes! It was a real let-down. I got in touch with customer service, but even after nearly a month, they still haven't sorted it out. The lack of communication and slow responses have left me feeling really unhappy. I never thought I'd be let down by a company I trusted.

    Wrong product ordered

    I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered the wrong product by mistake and had a lot of trouble trying to return it. Even though I tried to send the item back quickly, they told me it would take ages to give me my money back. When I tried to get in touch with customer service again, they were not helpful at all. It made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer. I won't be buying from them again, and I'll look for other companies to buy from in the future.
