Shoes for a formal event
I bought a pair of shoes from this company for a fancy event. The order came fast and was nicely packed, which was good. But then when I tried them on, I saw they were the wrong size so I had to send them back. Luckily, the return process was simple and quick, so it wasn't too annoying.
Gorgeous bag, disappointing packaging and delivery
I recently bought a gorgeous bag from this shop, but, sadly, my experience was kind of ruined by the poor packaging and delivery. I had decided to get a gift box, but when my order arrived, the bag wasn't in the box as it was too big. This meant the gift box got all messed up and couldn't be used. It was a real pain having to try multiple times and deal with frustrating communication just to get a replacement box. Even though I had paid for the gift box, they said it wasn't certain if I'd get a new one as it was dealt with by a different department. I was pretty let down and annoyed by the lack of organisation and care in making sure the packaging was done right. I really hope the store can do better in the future and avoid these kinds of problems.
Trainers for bunion problem
I went into the shop to buy some trainers because of my bunion problem. It was a bit awkward having to try on different sizes, but luckily, two nice girls in the shop helped me out. Kiera and Charlotte were really great, they were so understanding and patient as I tried on the trainers. Their kindness and professionalism made the whole experience simple and easy for me. I really appreciate their excellent customer service.
Easy online shoe return
I had to send back a pair of shoes I bought online not long ago, and I have to admit, it was really easy and stress-free. I was actually quite pleasantly surprised at how simple it all was, from starting the return process to getting my money back. Overall, it was a good experience and I felt like they really cared about making sure I was happy as a customer.
Sandals with excellent quality but not in my preferred colour
The service in the shop was brilliant, the assistant was really helpful in helping me find the sandals I was after, even though they didn't have them in the colour I wanted. They ordered them online for me and they arrived at my door in just 3 days. It was a great experience and I was really impressed by how efficient and hardworking the staff were.

I've just bought the Pierra Block Mules in Multi Colour and I have to say, I absolutely love them! They're so versatile and work with loads of different outfits. I have to admit, I was really pleased with the service I got, whether online or in-store, when I picked up what I bought. The folks at the Lakeside shop were super helpful and on the ball, which made the whole shopping trip easy as pie. I've shopped here before and I'll be back again for sure. Well done!
Lost Order
I was really angry with the service I got from this company. I had to wait nearly three weeks for my order to arrive, only to discover it had disappeared without any explanation. The delivery company couldn't help me find the parcel at all, which left me feeling annoyed and with nothing to show for it. The customer support team did try to help, but by the time I got a refund, the items I originally wanted were sold out. This whole situation has been awful and not at all acceptable for me as a customer.
Handbag purchase
I bought a handbag from them online not long ago, but I had to send it back. Unfortunately, the returns portal wasn't functioning, so I couldn't do it online. I phoned their customer service but encountered a message about technical issues that seemed to go on forever. Their chatbot wasn't much use either, and I couldn't find a way to talk to a human. I even sent them emails, but they ignored them. It's quite annoying to have spent a good amount on a handbag that I can't return solely because of their broken system.
Sandal purchase
I bought three pairs of sandals the other day, two pairs of the same style and one different pair, from a shop. Turns out, all three pairs had some kind of issue or defect which was a bit of a letdown. It was a real letdown, especially considering the store's good reputation.
Online shoe purchase
I recently bought some shoes online but, unfortunately, they didn't fit me well. The shoes came in three separate packages in one order, which was quite inconvenient. When I tried to start the return process on the Returns portal, I faced a big issue. I could only get one returns label, even though I had three packages to return. This lack of flexibility in the returns process was really frustrating. I tried again to get labels for the other packages, but the system wouldn't let me. Not being able to get multiple labels for the different packages made things a lot more complicated than they needed to be. And not having a contact centre to help with these problems just added to the frustration. Even the bot chat feature couldn't help solve my issues. So, I filled out their online contact form to try and get some help, but I didn't even get an acknowledgment that my query was received. The whole experience with the returns process has left me feeling really let down and unsatisfied with the service I got.
