    Overseas delivery experience

    I bought something online not long ago and had it sent abroad. They kept track of the package by passing it from one courier to another until it got to where it was going. Unfortunately, it went missing with the second courier, Fastway. But the customer service team reacted swiftly, said sorry, and gave me a refund straight away. Even though I didn't get the item, I thought they handled it really well. Big thanks to Jen in customer service for being so helpful the whole time.

    Love Island new style bottle

    I bought a Love Island new style bottle from the store recently and I have to say, it's amazing. The quality is really good and it's still in great working condition. I love it and I'd definitely suggest it to anyone. Even though there were some negative reviews, my personal experience with this product has been absolutely brilliant. I'd definitely give it a five-star rating and urge others to get it without any doubts.

    This water bottle looked really nice at first, but the personalisation turned out to be really disappointing. The letters were just stuck on and looked like a child had done it. I tried peeling it off and it came off easily, so I don't think it's going to last very long. I wish I had known this before asking for it as a Christmas gift!

    Sticker order disappointment

    I'm really disappointed with my experience ordering a sticker from this store. Their website said it would be delivered in 5 working days, but it's been over 3 weeks now and I still haven't received it. I emailed Customer Services, but they completely ignored me. To make matters worse, I only realised I was buying just a sticker after I'd placed my order. I've asked for my order to be cancelled, but I doubt it will be sorted out quickly. I would definitely recommend steering clear of this store in the future.

    I was really disappointed with the quality of the robes I bought. They claimed to be one-size-fits-all, but that wasn't true at all. They only really fit someone who's 5'4 or shorter and a size 10 or smaller. For anyone bigger, they just didn't fit right at all. The belt loops were in such a weird place, up near my armpits instead of my waist, so I couldn't even wear them. I tried emailing the company to ask for a refund, but they just said no, no chance of a refund. It was really frustrating.

    Stainless Steel Flutes

    I bought two stainless steel flutes from Lattelierstore recently. The package arrived on Saturday, July 22nd, and I couldn't wait to open it. Unfortunately, when I opened it, I found that one of the flutes was damaged - the stem was detached from the cup. The packaging was flimsy and they were wrapped in tissue paper instead of bubble wrap, which was a disaster waiting to happen considering how fragile the items were. They should have used better packaging to prevent damage during shipping.

    I've been trying to contact customer service since Saturday, but it's been a nightmare. The email address they gave was wrong, and I couldn't upload photos of the damaged item. Moreover, I feel like I paid too much for the quality of the product because I could have found similar items for a better price elsewhere. All in all, my experience with Lattelierstore has been disappointing and frustrating. I wouldn't recommend buying from them again.

    Set of 2 stainless steel champagne flutes

    I recently bought a pair of stainless steel champagne flutes from your store and I must say, I was really let down by both the quality of the flutes and the customer service provided. Despite the rather steep price, the flutes turned out to be pretty poor quality as they leaked wine right out from the bottom. It seemed like the stem and flute weren't welded properly, creating a hole for the liquid to escape. When I tried to get in touch with customer support, I had trouble uploading photos or videos from my phone and the website kept giving me technical issues when I tried to submit my complaint. The lack of effective communication and problem-solving on the company's end has left me unable to get a refund for the faulty product. All in all, my experience with both the product and the customer service has been disappointing and I wouldn't recommend buying from this company.

    Personalized bottle purchase

    I was really disappointed with the personalised bottle I bought for my daughter's birthday. When it arrived, I could see lots of things wrong with it - marks on the bottle, brown/orange stains on the lid, no tag, and black marks and scratches. It looked like it had been used before, which was not what I was expecting. Trying to sort it out with customer service was a nightmare - all they offered was a form to fill in, but that didn't even work. This lack of response and poor quality control is just not on, it makes me wonder about the company's standards.

    Tote bag and bottle with personalisation

    I've just bought a tote bag and a water bottle from an online shop. But, I was a bit disappointed because the personalisation on the tote bag was wrong, even though I gave all the right details in my order. I got in touch with customer service, and they said they'd send me a new tote bag with the correct personalisation. When it arrived, I was let down again because it still had the wrong name - this time it said 'Miss Belle' instead of 'Miss Bell'. It's really frustrating to see such a mix-up, especially when the personalisation on the water bottle was absolutely fine.

    Pink glitter water bottle

    I was really looking forward to receiving this pink glitter water bottle, but when it finally arrived, I was really let down! The name on it wasn't printed properly, and the sticker with my name was all bubbled up and overlapped. It looked awful! To top it off, the packaging was all crumpled when I got it. What a disappointment! I wish I had just bought a similar one on eBay with the name printed correctly. ITV, you really disappointed me this time. I'm just waiting for a full refund now.

    I bought a satin robe and the quality was really bad. The advert said it was one size fits all, but it was definitely made for smaller ladies, like a size 8-10, and didn't even come close to fitting me as a size 12-14. Also, the personalised name was in a weird spot on the shoulder. I couldn't even wear it and couldn't send it back, so it was a complete waste of money.

    Personalised bottle, disappointing quality

    The bottle seemed lovely when I first saw it, but the letdown was fast to follow. They said it would come in 5 days, but it actually took even longer. The box looked like it had taken a beating in transit, and the names we'd wanted on it weren't engraved properly - they were just stuck-on stickers. Using the bottle turned out to be more trouble than it was worth; you had to really work at it, and the noise it made wasn't great. All in all, it might seem pretty, but it's seriously lacking when it comes to being practical and well-made.

    I recently purchased a phone case from a store, and I have to say, it was absolute rubbish! The case arrived all kind of broken and looked like it was crafted from cheap plastic you'd find in a toy shop. I tried to reach out to them to let them know about the issue, but they completely ignored me. I even went as far as sending them emails and videos showcasing the busted case, but they just didn't seem to care at all. To make matters worse, four different people responded to my complaints, and each one had a different story to tell. What's more, they don't even have a phone number listed for customer service. It's ridiculous how they are still allowed to sell such low-quality items when they can't even address a simple problem like this!
