Metal 10 seater Vanessa Table and chairs
We recently redesigned our garden and spent some time looking for a new dining set. After much searching, we decided on Lazy Susan's 10 seater Vanessa Table in slate grey. The ordering process was straightforward, especially with the option to order a sample pack, which really helped us make up our minds. The sales team were really helpful and answered all our questions without any hassle. When it came to delivery, the team was on time, professional, and took great care with our order. Putting the set together was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions, although I would recommend using a small ratchet for assembly. Despite the Autumn/Winter weather, the set has held up well and still looks as good as new. Lazy Susan has definitely raised the bar when it comes to professionalism and reliability, outshining their competitors. We're now thinking of getting a parasol for the table and can't wait for the Summer sun to arrive. Massive thanks to Lazy Susan for such a great experience!
Vanessa table and chairs set

Garden furniture set
Our experience with Lazy Susan was really great. When we first phoned up to ask about the garden furniture set we liked, a lovely staff member helped us out by answering all our questions. We couldn't pop in to see the products ourselves, so we chose to order online instead. The delivery came quickly, just 6 days after we ordered, and the items were well packaged. Putting it all together was easy, everything fitted just right. The set looks brilliant on our decking and has really improved our garden. When I first bought my garden furniture from Lazy Susan, I was really looking forward to it because my friend's set looked so good even after being outside. But when my order arrived, there were a few problems with the quality that let me down. However, the best part of the whole thing was the amazing customer service I got. Even though there were some issues at the start, I would definitely still suggest this company to other people.

I recently got a lovely table and chairs from this place and I absolutely love them! The quality is top-notch and the delivery was super fast. They even gave me a heads up about when they would arrive, which was really useful. I'm already thinking about buying some more chairs so I can accommodate more people. Metal garden furniture
I bought this metal garden furniture and it is absolutely fantastic! The only downside was that one of the chairs got damaged during delivery. However, the folks at the store quickly repaired it and now everything is fine.
Replacement parasol
I was a bit gutted at first when I found a broken part on my new parasol, but I got in touch and they sent a replacement in just 4 days. I was really happy with how quick they sorted it out, top service!
Chairs and tables
I recently bought some chairs and tables from a store, and honestly, I was pretty disappointed with the quality. The chairs were quite flimsy and not at all comfortable to sit in. As for the table, it was a nightmare to assemble because the lower support was all uneven. Oh, and let's not even talk about the Anna table - it wobbles so much, it's like it's dancing the cha-cha. On top of all that, it was way too expensive for such poor quality. I really should have looked around more before making a purchase. I guess I've learned my lesson now.

We recently bought a lovely cast aluminium table and 6 chairs from this place and we had a really great experience. When they arrived, they were well-packaged and simple to put together. I got in touch with the company about an issue I had with some garden furniture I bought two years ago. They were really helpful and sorted out my problem fast and effectively. Garden table + two chairs
I got my order of a garden table and two chairs really quickly, just like they said I would. Putting it all together was pretty simple, most of the parts were clearly labelled. I was really pleased with how good the quality of the product was.
Replacement order for missing item
I ordered something but it never showed up. Luckily, the lady I spoke to was really helpful and quickly arranged a replacement for me. When the order eventually arrived, the product was fantastic as usual! I'm absolutely delighted with it!
Replacement chairs due to flaking paint
I had to use the guarantee for the chairs I bought because the seats had paint flaking off. Although that was a problem, the rest of the chairs were fine. The customer service team sorted out my claim quickly and well, organising for new chairs to be sent without any problems.
Garden furniture purchase
The customer service at this place was just awful. I rang up to enquire about my purchase and the responses I got were rude and not helpful at all. When my garden furniture eventually turned up, it was in a sorry state - poorly packaged and clearly not great quality. It was a real let down and didn't do my garden any favours. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
