    Shampoo, masks, dry shampoo

    I've been using some shampoo and masks from this place for a while now and I absolutely love them. My hair is really thin and fine, and I've bleached it so many times, so it can be tricky to find products that suit it well (without making me look like I've not showered in days). But these shampoos have been great and they smell lovely too. Plus, I received some free masks as a gift which was a nice surprise. However, on my second order, I got a dry shampoo that didn't work properly which was a bit disappointing. I emailed them about it on Sunday and amazingly they sorted it out by Monday, sending me a replacement. Their customer service is really top-notch. I'm delighted!

    Damaged product refund and exceptional customer service

    I recently had the chance to try out the customer service at this place, and I must say it was fantastic. When a damaged product arrived in the post, I got in touch with the customer service team straight away and showed them evidence of the problem. They were really understanding and kind in their replies, even giving me a full refund for the damaged item. Not only that, they let me keep the product and even gave me a 20% discount voucher for my next purchase. I was really impressed by how much they cared about making sure customers were happy.

    Best dry shampoo

    I really love the dry shampoo from this place, it's honestly the best one I've ever used! It makes my hair feel super clean and fresh, just like I've washed it - it's amazing! But, oh dear, for the second time now, the aerosol I bought has stopped working after just one spray. I mean, seriously? The nozzle is totally clear and everything, but it just won't spray anymore. Does anyone else have this issue with the product? It's really frustrating because it's quite pricey and I genuinely enjoy using it.

    Frizzy hair products

    Living Proof products are absolutely fantastic for taming frizzy hair! I've tried loads of other brands but nothing has worked as well as these. My unruly hair finally looks glossy and sleek. I reckon I'll stick with these products and maybe even explore some more. Also, Eve from the Excellence team provided me with top-notch customer service when one of my products turned up damaged.     The online shopping experience was a real pain. I read up on the products online and thought I’d place an order. But, oh dear, I kept getting error messages when I tried to pay. Ended up being charged three times for one thing and got three of the same thing delivered. Trying to send them back has been a complete nightmare - there's no return info or contact details.

    5-in-1 hair styling treatment and conditioner

    This product is absolutely fantastic! I've been using the 5-in-1 styling treatment for a full 3 years now and it never disappoints, always making my hair look fabulous. When my hair started going grey during lockdown in 2020, I decided to also try the conditioner and it has made a huge difference. Recently, I placed an order for the shampoo as well, so now I can proudly say I am fully embracing the Living Proof lifestyle. Big thank you for sorting out the delivery mishap caused by DPD!

    Dry shampoo purchase

    I recently picked up this dry shampoo on the recommendation of my hairdresser and best friend. It was on sale so I purchased two big bottles. The first one worked just fine, but unfortunately, the spray on the second bottle was broken.

    I decided to get in touch with their customer service team and Reshma was really helpful and sorted everything out super quickly. Now they're sending me a replacement bottle and I'm really looking forward to trying it out!

    No Frizz Shampoo and Conditioner

    I have to say, at first I was really impressed with how soft and nourished my hair felt after washing it. But, I have to admit, I was quite disappointed when I noticed that the frizz situation was actually getting worse. I would say, if you already have frizzy hair, this product might not be the best option for you.

    Expensive brand order

    I placed my order on the 2nd of November but unfortunately, I had a lot of problems with the company. It took a whole week with no updates on my order before I decided to contact them myself, and that's when they told me there was a "technical error". When I asked for more information, they then blamed an "export error" for the delay. I couldn't believe it when they told me later that day that my order had actually expired and was cancelled! Being a customer of such a pricey brand, I really expected a better standard of customer service and a quicker resolution to my issues. To be honest, the whole experience was really disappointing and I would caution others to think twice before buying from them.

    Misleading online purchase

    I tried to buy something online recently, but I got an error message saying there was a problem with my request. I was upset to find out my order wasn't on its way, and my account had been charged four times for things I didn't even get. When customer service didn't get back to me, I got even more annoyed and decided to ask my bank to look into it. It's not on for them to act like this, so I'll warn people to stay away from them in the future.

    I recently bought a haircare product from this company and I was happy with the product itself. However, I had some problems because they accidentally sent me two products instead of one. I tried to use their 'no-hassle' returns process, so I contacted them to get the return address. But, they only gave me a vague address of 'Freepost, Livingproof UK' without a postcode. This made it impossible for me to get a postal receipt from the post office. When I tried to return the products, Royal Mail wouldn't accept the parcel because the company didn't have a Freepost licence. This caused more problems and delays in the return process. It was only after many attempts and showing proof of the returned parcel that I finally got a refund.

    Unresponsive customer service

    I have to admit, I was really let down by the customer service I got from this company. I tried reaching out through email and social media a few times, but got no reply at all. And then, to top it all off, they took my money but didn't give me any order confirmation. It made me feel like I'd been ripped off, and the silence from them just made it worse. In the end, I had to do something about it, and I definitely won't be buying from them again.

    Terrible hair products

    I bought some hair products that were supposed to give my hair more volume, but they actually made it look flat and lifeless. I also got a dry volume & texture spray which didn't do anything for me. I was really disappointed with how my hair turned out and I wouldn't suggest these products to anyone. On top of that, when I tried to return the items to Looks Fantastic, I couldn't get a returns number even after sending them several emails. It seems like they're not a reliable company with bad customer service.

    I had a really bad experience with a hair care company recently. I've been a customer for ages, but my last order left me really disappointed with their customer service. When my order arrived with something missing, I contacted them to sort it out. But instead of getting a quick and useful response, I had to deal with lots of annoying delays, they asked for unnecessary photos, and in the end, I only got a generic refund without getting the missing item replaced.

    Curl Defining Gel purchase

    I bought the Curl Defining Gel from this company not too long ago, but I got a pump dispenser that didn't work properly. I gave them all the info they needed, like a photo, batch number, and even a video to show the problem. But the Customer Service team wouldn't replace it for me. I suggested sending it back at my expense so they could check it out, but they said no to that too. It's really disappointing to receive such poor customer service, particularly given how expensive the product is. After this, I won't be buying from them again. Cheers.
