Skincare routine transformation
Being a 40-year-old chap who's never really bothered with skincare, I was a bit unsure about trying out new products other than my basic face wash. As much as I would want my skin to glow, shine and be looking radiant, it is important I apply senses in dealings to avoid causing more harms to my skin instead of the solution I seek. So I needed skincare products from a company known with distinction whose products are made of herbs and fruits extracts and very friendly to human skin and body, and with absolutely no elements or chances of causing harms to the body in anyway. Looking at all the criterion, it is easy to conclude it wasn't going to be easy finding one from the market but that was eventually found. Lumin is the one with skincare products that possess all the criterion. I have bought, used and can testify about the products. Lumin skincare products work perfectly with no side effects.

I absolutely love this facial wash, it's made such a difference in my skincare routine. I've been using it for a few weeks now and my skin has honestly never looked better. The gentle formula does a great job of cleansing my skin without leaving it feeling dry - instead, it feels really clean and refreshed. Unlike some other cleansers I've tried before, it manages to remove dirt and impurities without stripping away all the moisture which is a win for me. Free sample not really free
I came across this advertisement for a free sample and I thought, "Great, definitely grabbing some freebies!" But then they had me fill out this never-ending survey, and after all that hassle, they hit me with, "Oh, by the way, you need to pay £7 for shipping." I was annoyed, like seriously, why call it free if it's not really free, right? I felt deceived, and I wasn't pleased with that situation. However, to be fair, when I expressed my frustration, they were pretty prompt in responding, so I'll throw in an extra star for that.
Deceptive 'sample' purchase
This company is an absolute scam! They reel you in with the offer of a 'sample' but then make it incredibly difficult to cancel your subscription or receive a refund. They hide behind their unclear policies and make it a nightmare for customers to actually get what they need. Don't believe a word this company says - they only want to take your money and leave you with nothing. Be cautious!
Skincare purchase perfection
Lumin has really impressed me with their fantastic products and exceptional customer service. I've tried lots of brands before, but none have been as good for me as Lumin. Their products are top quality and their customer service is brilliant. They always go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. Just to give you an example, I missed out on their last discount, but when I asked, they still gave it to me even though it had expired. In conclusion, I really recommend trying out Lumin!

Greasy, breakout-inducing product
This company is absolutely awful! They lure you into signing up for subscriptions and then make it really difficult to cancel orders. The products they sell are so oily and caused my face to break out badly. I recommend steering clear of them at all costs!
Trial purchase
When I decided to give the trial a go, I was shocked by the size, and on top of that, I got signed up for a subscription without even knowing. Even though I cancelled right away on the website, they still charged me for two months. It took customer service 4 days to get back to me, and all they did was apologise and say my order was already on its way. To make things worse, they wanted me to pay £17 for postage to return the items they said were free to send back, which I thought was way too expensive. The face creams didn't meet my expectations - the dark circle cream made me look like I had makeup on, and the moisturiser was as sticky as glue. All in all, it was a letdown with lousy service and below-average products at unreasonable prices.

The body bar and everyday charcoal wash have really helped with my pesky pimples and stopped new ones from cropping up. The moisturiser is so refreshing and leaves my skin feeling properly hydrated. But the dark eye cream is the real winner here, it's noticeably reduced my dark circles and evened out the skin tone under my eyes in just one week.
Subscription renewal issue
I'm really let down by the service I got from this company. I ended up being automatically renewed for a pricey subscription without me knowing, and I had a tough time trying to cancel it. They not only wouldn't give me a full refund but also wanted me to pay for the postage to return the items. The stuff I got was rubbish quality and didn't match what the company said. I'd suggest others avoid this company because they're not upfront and have rubbish customer service.
