Exchange for size 13 sliders
I recently needed to swap a pair of size 12 sliders for a size 13 at Mallet. Despite hearing some negative feedback, I have to say that my experience with their service was great. The whole process was really quick and smooth, completely different from what others had said. Once I requested the exchange, they quickly sent me a returns QR code to print. Then, all I had to do was send a photo of the returns label, drop off the package at a local DPD collection point, and they took care of everything without any trouble on my end. As a regular customer with several pairs of Mallet shoes, I can honestly say that I would recommend their services to anyone looking for efficient and reliable support.

I bought some trainers in a size 9, but they sent the wrong size. I tried to return them, but they're saying they never got them. Their customer service is so bad, they're not giving me a refund. I'd recommend staying away from this company!

Comfortable shoes, not great for driving
I bought a pair of shoes from this shop and let me tell you, they are so comfy and great to wear. But let me tell you, trying to drive my manual car with these shoes on is a nightmare! The braking is so harsh and crazy. Maybe it's just me, but I reckon the sole of the shoe is way too thick and needs to be thinner. It's like walking around with bricks on my feet!

Hoxton 2.0 shoes
I bought a pair of Hoxton 2.0 shoes for my boyfriend from a different shop and, after he only wore them three times, the soles started falling apart. We were really gutted because we really liked how the shoes looked. The shop gave us a refund for the faulty shoes, but now we're a bit reluctant to buy from Mallet again in case the same thing happens. It's a shame because we really loved the shoes and they seemed to be really good quality at first.

I made a bit of a blunder by buying a pair of trainers that have been nothing but trouble for me. I'm in SA and I got them from a local shop, thinking they were a good buy. But, soon after wearing them for a few hours, I started getting painful sores and blisters on my feet. I can tell you, it's not a matter of wrong sizing, as I made sure I got the right size. The pain and discomfort are just too much to handle, and I really regret buying them. The price I shelled out for these trainers doesn't match the agony I have to deal with every time I put them on.
