Miniml environmentally friendly household products
I came across Miniml products at a local Eco Market recently and I've been really impressed by how good they are and how reasonably priced they are. What I really like is their refill system, where I can take back my empty bottles for them to reuse. I've used their washing liquid, conditioner, washing up liquid, shampoo, hand washing liquid, shower gel, toilet cleaner, and white vinegar, and I have to say, they all work really well. They are effective without any harsh chemicals, which is great. And the fact that they are so affordable just makes them even better.
Bulk sustainable products purchase
I've just bought a load of sustainable products from this company and I must say, I was really impressed with the quality and eco-friendly nature of everything. It was so handy to have it all delivered right to my door in just a few days, that was a big bonus. And I thought the prices were really fair considering the value and ethics of the products. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in search of sustainable options.

The stuff from this company is top-notch for anyone wanting to switch to chemical-free options. They've got a wide selection of products, and the refills are great for helping the environment. The body wash and shampoo are big hits in my house, the older kids especially love them. The smells are lovely, with the blood orange spray being a standout. I just had to reorder my favourite products because they are so amazing. The mandarin hand wash is the best, it smells so refreshing. I always get the 100ml sizes for holidays and my caravan, they're really handy. The delivery came really quickly too, which was a great bonus.

Whilst I must say that the product itself is top-notch, I was a bit let down by the fact that it took a whole month to arrive. In this day and age, waiting that long just doesn't sit right with me. That being said, I have to give credit to the customer service team for being so professional and offering a genuine apology for the hassle. It's clear that there's some work to be done in terms of making things more efficient and timely in the delivery department. However, if you're buying in bulk, the quality of the products might make up for the longer wait.
First order from Miniml
I really enjoyed ordering from this company for the first time. There was a little problem with my order, but the customer service team sorted it out quickly and in a really friendly way. The products arrived fast, and my family is really happy with the fresh linen smell of the laundry liquid and softener. We also love the rhubarb washing up liquid. I'm definitely a happy customer and will be ordering from them again for sure.
Grapefruit shampoo and conditioner in a large refillable container
I bought this grapefruit shampoo and conditioner in a huge refillable bottle, and I really love it! It's not just good for the environment because I can refill the bottle and cut down on plastic waste, but the product is fantastic too. It does wonders for my hair, making it look nourished and clean. And it makes my hair super easy to brush through after I've showered. I absolutely adore it!
Shower and window cleaner, alternative to softener for towels
I think this product is absolutely amazing for my daily routine in the shower - it does a great job of cleaning windows too. To top it off, I've found it works really well as a substitute for fabric softener with my towels in the washing machine. I honestly can't fault it, it's gone above and beyond what I expected and I'm really happy with how everything has turned out.

The delivery was a bit late because some items were out of stock, but they gave me a discount to make up for it, which I thought was really kind. There's no point in ordering from here if you want your stuff to arrive on time. It took forever to figure out why my order was delayed, and I had to keep contacting them because they didn't bother updating me. Also, half of the items I wanted were already out of stock. They need to sort this out!

I have to say, I found ordering to be really easy and quick. My stuff arrived quickly and I was really happy with how good it all looked and smelled. The clementine hand wash and rhubarb washing up liquid were especially nice. I've noticed they seem to last just as well as other things I've tried before.

I ordered a few things from the store and I'm really disappointed with the service. It's been way longer than they said for the delivery and I still haven't received my products. I'm thinking about taking legal action to sort this out because it's just not on.

5lt refill washing up liquid
I bought the 5 litre refill bottle of washing up liquid not long ago, and honestly, I was quite disappointed with it. Even though there was a lot of liquid in the bottle, I had to use a lot just to get some bubbles, and they disappeared so quickly. It was a letdown and felt like I might as well have been washing up with plain water. I wouldn't suggest buying this product.
Hair care products and handwash
I was really impressed with how quickly my hair care products and handwash arrived. The products are really good, my hair feels so soft and my scalp is much better. I especially like the blood orange handwash, it smells fantastic! I will definitely be buying from this company again.

I absolutely love the range and style! There's always something that suits me and is fun to wear. The cornflower blue jumper I purchased today was simply beautiful and the price was fair. I really appreciate you always keeping me happy and satisfied!
Product packaging disappointment
I really do appreciate that the company is making an effort to use eco-friendly packaging, but I've been a bit let down by the way my orders have been packaged. Every package I've got so far has had leaks - the vinegar and hand soap both managed to spill out on separate occasions. I paid quite a bit for these products, so I would expect them to be better protected, like maybe putting the hand soap in a bigger bottle.
