Online order
I bought something online on the 24th of August, but it's the 30th now and I still haven't got a confirmation that they've even sent my order. I've emailed them a few times, but no reply, which is making me a bit worried about what's going on. If I don't hear back in the next couple of days, I'll have to cancel the payment myself with my bank. It's really frustrating to be ignored like this, not good customer service at all.
first-time buyer, quick transaction, excellent customer service, impressed with quality
I bought some clothes from this shop for the first time, and I must say, it was a great experience. Ordering online was so simple and quick, which made things easy. When I had a problem with the confirmation email, the customer service team sorted it out fast. They were really professional and friendly.
Jumpers and sweatshirts
The clothes are really good quality for the price, I would definitely recommend checking them out. I ended up buying about 5 or 6 jumpers and sweatshirts, and they fit me really well. My absolute favourites are the crew jumpers with the flames, they fit me perfectly. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. I will definitely be purchasing more items from here in the future, no question about it.
Teenager's favorite clothing
The clothes at this shop aren't just really popular with my teenager, they're also a great deal for parents. The quality is top-notch - they wash well, keep their shape, and the logos stay put, unlike other brands. I'm really impressed with how good the clothes are and how affordable they are too.
Clothing order
I ordered some clothes at the start of September, but I only got half of the order two weeks later. Even though I paid extra for fast delivery, the other half was said to be out of stock, even though it was still being sold on the website, so it wasn't sent to me. I contacted customer support and said I would take a smaller size instead, but I still haven't received the replacement item, even after sending lots of emails to follow up. The way the customer support team, especially Asher, has handled things between the 5th of September and the 10th of October has been really disappointing and annoying.
Returning a product
I'm really annoyed with the terrible customer service at this company. I asked for a refund almost three weeks ago now, and they keep telling me it's still "in processing". It feels like they don't care about actually fixing the problem or giving me my money back. Dealing with a company that takes your money but doesn't follow through on their promises of good products and service is so infuriating.
Good quality clothing, occasional issues with logo
After buying my stuff, I thought the clothes were really good quality. But I did have a few problems with the logo now and then, and they didn't have a replacement in my size, unfortunately. The cotton they used was super comfy though. I liked how the logo wasn't too flashy, it gave a nice touch without being too much. The only thing I didn't like was that the prices were a bit high, so I haven't bought more. On the bright side, the delivery was quick and I got my order on time.
Coat purchase
I had an absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a coat and paid extra for next day delivery because as a busy doctor, I needed it to come quickly. It's been a whole week now and I haven't heard anything back despite trying to get in touch with them multiple times. It feels like I just threw my money away for nothing. I would definitely recommend avoiding this company unless you're fine with being ripped off and disregarded. I'm suspicious of the positive reviews, they don't seem genuine to me.
Great selection of products
I found this company on social media and I must say, I was really impressed by all the stuff they have. The sizes were just right and my stuff came really quickly, even with all this COVID stuff going on. I reckon I'll be getting all my bits and bobs from here for both summer and winter from now on!
Tracksuit and bottoms
I was quite let down by my recent buys from your shop. The tracksuit and bottoms I got seemed fab when I first put them on, but after just one wash, the logo faded and the colours washed out a lot. I even took the tracksuit to the dry cleaner hoping to fix it, but it made things even worse. The clothes aren't as good quality as I expected for the prices you ask. I feel like I could have got better quality from a knock-off. I was attracted to your brand at first because it matches my style, but now I'm doubting if it's worth the money.
Voucher code issue
Was a bit gutted when the voucher code didn't work, but the customer service team sorted it out quickly. Really happy with my Fab tracksuit that I bought. Remember to stay safe with everything going on! 😷
Chequered trousers
I bought some chequered trousers from this store hoping for a nice new addition to my wardrobe. Oh boy, was I wrong! They totally messed up my delivery date and left my parcel outside my door while I was on holiday. It's been more than a month now and I still haven't received my order, a refund, or any kind of solution. The customer service is shocking - no care, no ownership, just terrible service all round. It's honestly not on.
Quality clothes and accessories, affordable prices
I was really impressed with the quality of the clothes and accessories I bought. They all looked exactly like the pictures and descriptions online, which is so important when you're shopping on the internet. The prices were really reasonable considering how good the products were.
The only problem I had was with the next-day delivery service. I paid for next-day delivery, but my package took four days to arrive. It was pretty frustrating, but luckily it's only happened that one time.Everyday wear clothing
The clothes are really good quality and reasonably priced. I like that they're durable but also look stylish. The delivery is always really fast, which is great. I can't comment on the returns process as I've never needed to use it, which is a good sign in my book!
Faulty jacket returned
I wouldn't recommend this company at all! I was really disappointed with the service I got from this clothing company. I had such high hopes for the jacket my mum got me as a surprise, but the zip got stuck the first time I tried it. Not only did the company ignore the fact that I sent back the faulty item using recorded delivery, but they also didn't seem to care about customer satisfaction. It's obvious that all they care about is the 'money' they're making, rather than the quality of their products or making customers happy. Thankfully, my mum paid with PayPal, so now I have to rely on them for a refund. I suggest steering clear of this company, they're really not worth it!
new hoodie and t-shirt
I recently bought a new hoodie and t-shirt from this shop, and I have to say, I was really pleased with the quality of the fabric. Both items fitted me perfectly, as I'm a size M. I love the unique designs that this brand has, it's nice to see something original in the fashion world. I think they don't get enough credit in the industry, I honestly think they're one of the top brands out there. My only complaint would be that the prices could be a bit lower, but apart from that, I was really impressed with my buy from this brand.
Oversized women's size L
I recently bought a women's size L from this shop, thinking it would be somewhere between a size L and XL according to their size guide. To my surprise, what I got looked more like a 2XL men's size. When I asked about this, they just said it was meant to be oversized. I wasn't happy with this explanation as it didn't match what I expected or what I ordered. Also, I was upset to find out that I had to pay for the return. Overall, this experience wasn't great and now I don't really trust this shop anymore. I don't think I'll be shopping there again.
Hoodie and tracksuit bottoms

Incorrect order received, quick and efficient resolution
I had a problem with my order recently - I got the wrong item. But, when I got in touch with customer service, they were really helpful and sorted it out quickly. The lady I spoke to was really nice and she sorted out for the right order to be sent out to me the next day. She even gave me a free returns label to send back the wrong item. I was really impressed with how well they handled the situation and the great customer service I received.
