Moroccan Oil products
I've been a loyal customer of this brand for the past four years and I have to say, their products never cease to amaze me. My daughter has really tight, curly hair and the 'Curl' range has been a lifesaver in untangling her hair. The intense curl cream is a miracle worker as a leave-in conditioner, making her hair look well-hydrated and defined. For my straight hair, the Hydrate range has made a huge difference. Not only does it keep my hair moisturised, but it also helps with untangling effortlessly. Another product I love is the Moroccan Oil Treatment light, which does a great job fighting frizz without making my hair heavy. It keeps my hair nourished and shiny.
The lice couldn't survive Moroccanoil
I had been suffering from hair lice for a year now. I had tried different hair products which didn't give me the expected result. I wanted to shave off my hair when one of my friends introduced me to Moroccanoil. I was not interested at first as I had tried several products. But after much urge, I decided to give it a trial. I made an order for their shampoos and conditioners from their site and got my delivery. After a week of usage, just like a miracle, I saw a great change. The lice were going away. My hair was shiny and soft. It looked so healthy. I was much happy.
Hydrating hair mask and conditioner
I've had trouble with my hair being really dry and damaged for quite a while now, probably because I'm getting older. I bought the Moroccan oil shampoo and conditioner and stuck with them for about six months. Unfortunately, I have to admit that they didn't work well for my hair. Even with regular trims, my hair ended up dry and split, and I started getting more breakage. When I switched to a cheaper brand from the drugstore, I saw a quick improvement in my hair's health. It's a shame that the Moroccan oil products didn't live up to my expectations and actually ended up damaging my hair.

2 sets of orders
I'm a loyal customer of this product, so I decided to buy 2 sets of orders from the company's official website. But honestly, my experience with them has been really disappointing. They sent both sets of orders in one parcel, handed it over to DPD for delivery. I was so excited for my stuff to arrive, only to end up confused and frustrated. They somehow decided to send the parcel back to themselves, leaving me clueless about where my orders are. And they didn't even have a customer service number to call, I had to rely on sporadic emails that weren't much help. When I contacted DPD, I found out the company had recalled the parcel for no reason. This lack of communication and honesty is just not on, I feel like I've been let down and deceived.

I recently bought this hair oil, but then I discovered that the company behind it actually supports apartheid and steals argan from Palestinians. It's really not cool at all. I wouldn't recommend supporting them or buying any of their products.
£70 purchase
I bought something from this website not too long ago and I have to say, it was a bit of a nightmare. Even though it said on the site that my order had been shipped, it actually took ages for them to send it out. They promised it would be shipped in 1-2 days, but it ended up taking a whole 2 weeks before they finally sent it. On top of that, there was hardly any customer support or communication, which just made me even more annoyed and stressed out about the whole thing.

I recently bought a shampoo and conditioner set from this place and got a small gift of Moroccan oil treatment with it. At first, I was happy with the gift and decided to order a bigger version of the product. However, after using the new package for a few days, I realised that the product had a different consistency compared to the gift I got. This made a noticeable difference in how my hair looked after using it. When I tried to return it and get a refund, they refused because the package was opened. I find it strange how they want customers to judge a product without trying it first. What's more, their customer service was not helpful at all and didn't respond properly. I believe that their lack of a good return/refund policy really ruined my opinion of this brand.
Hair care products
As a customer, I am really let down by the hair care products I bought. They made my hair fall out loads, and now I'm really upset about it. I never thought a brand I trusted could do this to me. I might need to start looking at other options, like wearing a wig, to hide the damage. This whole thing has not only messed up how I look but also how I feel about myself. It's not right that a product supposed to make your hair better has ended up making it worse. I want to warn others to be careful when using these products and think about the risks.
