I have to admit, it's not often you come across an online company that always delivers and never lets you down like this retailer does. The service from this company is top-notch. Right from when I placed my order, I could see how much care and effort they put in. The ordering process was pretty simple and easy to follow, but the service wasn't great. I had some problems with the customer service agents, especially those who seemed to be of Asian descent and came across as racist. Also, the items I got during sale periods were not of good quality and seemed to be faulty without being checked properly beforehand. When I tried to return these items, they didn't really apologise and instead asked for photos, even though it was their mistake to begin with, which was quite disappointing. The customer service team didn't want to put me through to a manager, they avoided my calls and didn't follow up as they said they would.

I placed my order one day and the next day my delivery was here, less than 24 hours later - absolutely mind-blowing! The item turned up just as it was described and I'm over the moon with the level of service I received.
Late delivery, disappointment
To be honest, I just don't understand why it's taking more than a week for my order to arrive when other places can do next-day delivery. I placed my order well before the weekend, thinking it would come early the following week. But instead, DHL decided to take their time and only delivered it on Tuesday evening. I feel like this kind of service just isn't good enough in today's world.

I had a really terrible experience with that place, especially with the customer service - it was so frustrating! And on top of that, it was super expensive too. Luckily, I found another company that was much cheaper and didn't have that annoying loyalty scheme like m porter does. I definitely won't be shopping there again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Luxury leather jacket
I ordered this really nice leather jacket from MR PORTER, but it got delayed because they labelled it wrong. It was a bit annoying because I was really excited for it to arrive. The jacket itself was top-notch though, but the whole situation with the shipping just put a downer on the whole experience.
