Being a regular customer at this fabric store, I've always been really impressed with the range of fabrics and sewing bits and bobs they have on offer. The quality of their products is top-notch and I love how easy it is to find everything I need all in one place. Even though it might take a little longer for my orders to arrive, usually around a week to get to the UK, I don't mind waiting for the great quality I get. The customer service is always friendly and quick to help with any questions I have. All in all, I'm really happy with my shopping experience at this fabric shop and I'll definitely be a loyal customer for many years to come.
My purchase was fabric for a new DIY project
I really enjoy shopping on this website because they have such a great selection of fabrics. What I especially like is that they always send free samples so you can see what you're getting before making a purchase, which is really nice. Even though the website made it seem like they were based in the UK, it took over three weeks for the samples to get to me, which, in my opinion, is just not on. I recently bought some fabric from this website and I have mixed feelings about my experience. Even though it's not a UK company, the delivery times were a bit disappointing. It took longer than I expected, so if you need your order quickly, you might want to try somewhere else. However, I have to admit that the fabric I got was really good quality. The selection is impressive and there's a nice variety available.
On the other hand, I found the website easy to navigate and well organised. Browsing through the different fabric options and making my purchase was a pleasant experience. But one thing that really irritated me was that all the dates and information on the website are in USA format. It was frustrating and confusing to use, so they should definitely fix that soon. It made the whole shopping experience seem a bit cheap and unprofessional, which is a shame because the fabric quality speaks for itself. I bought some fabric online and it's really nice, I'm happy with how good it is. But, I wasn't too happy to find out it was being shipped from Germany. Even though the website is .co.uk, the delivery ended up coming from Germany. It would have been better if they told me that upfront because it affected my renovation project schedule. I think they should be more upfront about this on the website to stop it causing confusion for others.

I bought some leather buttons from a company in two different sizes, but they were different shades. It was really disappointing because they were meant for the same coat. I contacted customer service and sent photos by email three weeks ago, but I still haven't got a proper reply. I even sent another email to follow up, but the problem is still not fixed.
Online fabric purchase
Don't bother with this supposed British company! Even though they have ".co.uk" in their name, they're really located in Germany. Hardly anyone bothers to check the small details, and people like me feel deceived and annoyed. Their customer service is non-existent - I tried to contact them about my missing order, but it seems like their email inbox is deserted. It's been nine days now, and I still haven't got any fabric. Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere!
German Christmas crafting paper
I was a bit unsure at first because of some bad reviews, but I ended up ordering some special German Christmas crafting paper. The tracking of the order was a bit late, but the customer service team was really helpful and the paper arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

I was really excited about the fabric, but I had some problems with my order. The fabric was great quality and exactly what I wanted. However, I was disappointed to discover that it was coming all the way from Germany, which I didn't realise when I bought it. This caused a problem with the delivery time, as it was due to arrive right in the middle of our holiday. I tried to change the delivery address with the company, but they still left it at our house with the wrong label. I had to quickly call a neighbour to take it in, which left me feeling really stressed. Throughout the whole situation, communication was tough, and I felt like it was my fault even though I couldn't control the mistakes. They did send me a £5 voucher to say sorry, but I'm now a bit hesitant about shopping with them again.
