I've been a customer of Mystery Shirt In A Box for quite some time now, and I have to say, I'm really happy with the service. The idea of getting mystery shirts in a box is really cool and unique. The first shirt I got was a bit strange (Philadelphia), but still really cool. The second one was a shirt from a second league team in Ghana, which I liked even more. The third one I received was a Bayern shirt, which was a nice surprise. I really enjoy the mystery boxes and I'm excited for the next one to come!

The shirts I got from Mystery Shirt In A Box were a massive disappointment, to say the least. I was hoping for some top-notch quality, but what I got was far from it. The material was cheap, the stitching was coming apart after just one wash, and the design was nothing to write home about. What really got on my nerves was how they ignored my preferences completely. They asked me to specify three options I didn't like, only to send me a shirt from a category that wasn't even on the list. Honestly, if they had given me the choice, I would have said no to that one as well. To top it off, when I called them out on their dodgy tactics, they just fell silent. And to make matters worse, I was bombarded with endless marketing emails from them. They might have a good business idea, but their execution is seriously lacking.

My first experience with Mystery Shirt In A Box went quite well, even though it took over three weeks for my delivery to arrive. I tried to cancel my order, but it turned out I had accidentally placed two orders, which was fair enough. But then things went downhill. They sent me a confirmation email charging me £458, around 3500 kroner! After a long struggle with customer service, they refunded me £408. They had already taken the £458 out of my account. It's been 10 days since I got a confirmation for my second order, but it still hasn't been shipped because they say they're busy. I definitely won't be using this service again, not now, not ever.
