    Grey velvet corner sofa

    Very happy with my new sofa , customer service was excellent as was delivery .... the two guys had to haul the three sofas over our balcony ... and did so without complaint and good humour .... we are very happy and would definitely order from this company again . ????

    Latimer Sofa PT23045

    My 71 year old mum bought a Latimer sofa 2021 (took months to deliver). Recently received a recall notice saying it doesn't comply with fire safety, product recall number 2212-0038 on Gov website. Form filled out (as it states on the recall with the oak furniture superstore website recall link), but didn't hear anything since last year, got a letter on 28th Feb from FRP. Absolutely appalling, oak furniture superstore now saying someone else 'bought' the business (obvs now set up a different Ltd Co named Moreham Wood Trading Ltd), however happy to take on the oak furniture superstore trademakr, the 59K FB followers, but not help any customers who have had any issues, apparently she has to pay to get rid of it herlsef, even though it states on Which, trading standards etc they should get rid of it or collect it from her, she hasn't slept properly, absolutely disgusting.

    Sutton 260cm Table Grey Marble

    Bought the above dining table and within two weeks the table has scratches on it. Product is of poor quality and cannot be used as a dining table without covering every inch of the table to ensure no damage is done to the table. No help was provided from the company as they could fob us off with accidental damage. Product should not be so poor quality that it can be damaged so easily. Would not recommend this company or their products.

    Epsom Dining Table

    Bought a table and chairs through their checkout on their website like you do expecting my delivery on my selected day sometime. Confirmation email said they would want it signed for which is quite impossible for a single full time worker but all the other companies I order from understand this so I have a designated safe place for parcels and a sea of neighbours quite happy to sign for me. Delivery driver called me an hour before delivery and I told him where to leave it and how to get a signature, said he would call me back but didn't. Get a phone call later to say failed delivery and I called them the next day to rebook. Suddenly get an email from Oak Furniture Superstore that I would have to pay £54 to have it redelivered! That someone had to be in my address to sign for it and nothing else was acceptable, not exactly easy for a single keyworker during a pandemic! They only give you a 3 hour delivery slot after 8pm the day before which means it is impossible to do anything but book a whole day off. Spoke to customer services who would only rebook the delivery if I paid the £54 fee which they did agree to half, I then had to pay £25 for a time slot to avoid the same happening again. I wasn't happy about all the fees and problems with getting my order so left what I felt were honest reviews at the time. The company then got in touch to rectify the situation, offered me a refund for the delivery and tracked my order to make sure it arrived. When it did arrive there was a small piece broken so they checked if it was integral to the table or not and offered me a small refund. So while this has not been a smooth shopping experience, when the right people were aware of the issues they worked to rectify it. If their delivery policy and their fees (£80 for any returns for example) were addressed then I would probably shop from them again.

    Henbury Chesterfield Leather Sofas
