    Clothing item

    I bought a piece of clothing from Original Penguin not long ago, and honestly, I wasn't happy with it. The material felt really cheap, and the stitching was already falling apart after only a few times wearing it. I had to go through all the hassle of sending it back, and it's been 6 weeks now, and I still haven't got my refund. To top it off, their customer service seems to be non-existent because I can't get through to anyone on their helpline, and they haven't replied to any of my emails. All in all, my experience shopping with Original Penguin has been really disappointing.

    Overpriced disappointment

    I bought something from this brand recently and honestly, I was really let down. The thing I got was way too expensive for what it was - I mean, it felt really cheap and the stitching was already coming undone. I tried to get in touch with customer service to sort things out, but they were completely useless. I haven't heard anything back from them about my request for a refund or an exchange, which is just not on. So yeah, needless to say, I won't be buying from this company again.

    I ordered some penguin stuff online, but it hasn't shown up even though they promised it in 2-3 working days. It's been 2 weeks now and still no sign of my order. I've asked for a refund but haven't had a response yet. I'm really not happy about it!

    I bought this item and it turned out to be completely broken. I contacted Customer Service and sent them some pictures, but they haven't taken any action. I've been trying to find out what's going on, but they keep ignoring me. After waiting for three months, they finally replied, but the issue remains unresolved. It seems like they really don't care once they have your money!

    Interview experience at Clarks Village

    My partner went for two interviews at Clarks Village in Somerset. They said she pretty much got the job, but then she didn't hear anything back, even after calling twice. It's not fair to leave someone hanging like that, especially when they have other job interviews lined up. She tried to call twice from her phone but didn't get through. However, when she used my phone, she got through straight away, only to be told the position had already been filled. It's not right to treat job seekers poorly, especially when they have bills to pay. Just a simple phone call would have been the decent thing to do, but they couldn't even manage that. I would suggest avoiding this company if you can.

    Faulty underpants

    I got a pair of undies from this brand as a gift, but when I opened them up, I was gobsmacked to see massive holes in the fabric. Clearly a messed-up from the manufacturer, so I sent them back with a note explaining the issue. To my horror, the brand sent them back to me without even trying to fix it. When I got in touch with customer service, they just sent me an email saying they couldn't sort it out without a customer order number. Absolutely shocking way to deal with a faulty product!

    Quarter Zip Lightweight Golf Pullover

    I bought a Quarter Zip Lightweight Golf Pullover recently, but I was let down by the quality of it. I wore it a couple of times for golf, and I noticed a hole on the sleeve because of some unfinished stitching. I got in touch with customer service and sent them some pictures of the problem, but I wasn't impressed with their response. They only offered me a 20% refund as a "goodwill gesture" so I could keep the item, which I thought was not good enough. When I buy clothes, especially from a well-known brand, I expect the quality to match the price I paid. I was disappointed with the lack of quality control overall and the unsatisfactory way customer service dealt with my issue.

    Golf polos for team event

    I recently bought some golf polos for my team event and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. I only got 3 out of the 32 items I ordered, and the customer service was just terrible. I tried sending them emails on numerous occasions, but never received a response. Even the online chat representatives weren't much help, as they gave me conflicting information about my order. It took a whole 4 weeks for me to finally get the incomplete order, only to discover that some of the items were actually out of stock. Now I have to return the partial order at my own cost, which is really disappointing considering it was for a team event.

    Polo T Shirts order

    I recently bought some Polo T Shirts online and was really looking forward to getting them. But when the parcel arrived, I got a shock as I received shorts instead of the T-shirts I was expecting. Obviously, I was annoyed and got in touch with customer services straight away to sort it out. They said they'd get back to me but I never heard anything, which made me feel ignored and like I'd lost out on my money. It's not right to get the wrong order and then not have it sorted out quickly. All in all, I'm pretty disappointed with the whole thing and it's made me wonder if this company really knows what they're doing.

    Unreliable online ordering experience

    I made two orders from their online store recently and, to be honest, I was really disappointed with both experiences. The first time I ordered something, it never arrived. When I got in touch with customer service, they told me there was a problem at the warehouse and said they would give me a refund and a 20% discount voucher. But I was a bit annoyed because the discount could only be used on items that weren't already on sale.

    Wrong order received

    I recently bought something and was really let down when I got the wrong order along with someone else's receipt showing personal info. I got in touch with customer service, but the person I spoke to wasn't helpful at all. They said I had to send back the wrong order at my own cost. It looks like someone else got my order and receipt, so now I'm left without the stuff I actually bought. I'm really unhappy with how this was handled and won't be buying from this company again.

    Christmas gift order cancelled

    I was really looking forward to getting a Christmas gift for my mum from this place, but then 4 days later I received an email saying my order was cancelled because they thought it might be dodgy. It was so confusing because I paid with my usual bank account! I then had to deal with a tedious verification process which was incredibly frustrating. I've never had this problem when buying stuff online before, so it really ruined my Christmas shopping mood.

    Late refund processing

    I purchased this really awesome jacket from here but unfortunately, it didn't fit me properly, so I had to send it back. It took such a long time for them to eventually refund me. Can you believe it? Two whole months! And you know what? They didn't even bother to apologise or send a proper email, just an automated one. What's that all about? I had to keep chasing them with emails in order to eventually receive my refund. It's as if they didn't care at all. Totally uncool, mate.
