    Best value and quality outlet

    Otrium is such a great online store, offering a wide range of really good quality items at fantastic prices. The folk from the Netherlands who set up Otrium have done a brilliant job of putting together a collection of lovely products that are not only stylish but also sustainable. I really like that I can find things that aren't just part of the latest fast fashion craze, but instead, timeless pieces that I can wear for years to come. It's nice to know that by buying from Otrium, I'm doing my bit for upcycling and helping the planet. I do hope they bring back some Dutch brands like Floris Van Bommel or Scotch and Soda, they were my favourites before they stopped selling them because of Brexit. All in all, my experience shopping with Otrium has been wonderful and I would definitely recommend them to others.

    Unpleasant surprise of UK closure

    I was disappointed by the lack of communication regarding the closure of Otrium in the UK. I've been a happy customer and made several purchases in the past, so I was taken aback by the sudden notice when I opened the app. It would have been nice to at least receive an email or some kind of heads up about the closure beforehand. Also, it was frustrating that there wasn't an option to buy from the EU site and pay extra for delivery. I would have been happy to pay the extra fees just to keep shopping with Otrium.

    Return Issue

    I can't believe how badly Otrium has treated me as a customer. I sent back everything I bought like they said, but I've only been refunded for one thing. They hardly ever reply to my emails and don't keep me updated. It's so annoying that I have to keep bothering them to sort this out when they're the ones who made the mistake. And telling me to wait until a certain day to hear about the rest of my refund is just ridiculous. I'm so disappointed by how incompetent and careless they've been.

    Excellent range of discounted clothing

    I really liked the variety of clothes on the website and the discounts were great. I've ordered from them twice now and both times my items arrived quickly the next day. But I was a bit put off by the return cost of £6.95 for two tops, especially when they have their own returns service that should be cheaper. It was annoying that the discount codes didn't apply to some brands and I thought the additional 'platform fee' was unnecessary.

    I was really disappointed when I had to send my order back because it didn't fit properly. I arranged for a free return but was surprised when I was charged £6.95 for it. I mean, seriously, what is that all about?! So, I got in touch with Customer Service and they basically said, "Oh, well, that's the fee for returns." Excuse me, what?! The jacket was in perfect condition, sent back for free, and didn't require any extra work to restock. So, why on earth was I charged so much?

    Quick delivery, easy return

    I ordered my items yesterday afternoon and it arrived today. It was so quick! However, I had to return it as it didn't fit correctly. The return process was really simple, they provided me with a label and I just took it back to the store.     I recently made a purchase from Otrium and was pretty disappointed when I realised there were loads of hidden fees involved. Having to fork out £6.95 for both delivery and returns, plus an extra £2.90 for a platform fee just doesn't sit right with me. It's like they're charging me at every opportunity and it's definitely making me question whether I'll shop there again.

    On a more positive note, the delivery was really quick and I got my items in good time. However, the problem came when I needed to return something. Because it's an online store, you can't try things on before buying so it becomes a bit tricky to figure out sizes and suitability. This whole process is much less convenient, especially when you're already paying so many fees.

    On the whole, I feel like Otrium is trying to squeeze every penny out of me with all these extra costs. It's a shame because the delivery was efficient, but the additional fees and absence of a physical store have put me off as a customer.

There were so many mix-ups with orders, getting wrong or damaged items sent out. And I can't even begin to talk about the excessive fee they added to every purchase.     Expensive winter coat

    I bought this really pricey winter coat from this company recently and honestly, it was a total disaster. I splashed out over £200 on a coat, but they ended up sending me the wrong one. I got in touch with their customer service, sent the coat back, and they promised they'd fix the mistake and check things out. But then, two weeks later, I saw the exact same coat back for sale. It looked like they hadn't even sorted out their inventory problem. I got sent the same wrong coat again, which was really annoying and disheartening. Now, I'm stuck having to return it, wait for a refund, and then start the hunt all over again for a winter coat that I actually like.

    My new clothes at Otrium

    I've bought some really nice clothes, a bit like shopping at TK Maxx but even better. The parcels arrive pretty quickly and they're wrapped up nice and safe. I do wish the returns were a bit cheaper though, that's my main complaint!
