Letter J gem necklace for my daughter's 21st
I bought a lovely letter J gem necklace for my daughter's 21st birthday and she really liked it at first. Unfortunately, after a few weeks, one of the gems fell out. I got in touch with customer service and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and positively they dealt with my issue. Meriea, in particular, was fantastic in sorting everything out. The process of getting a replacement necklace was easy and efficient, which was a refreshing change compared to other companies I've dealt with before. When the new necklace arrived, my daughter was over the moon, and I can't thank Meriea and the team enough for their amazing customer service.
Gold-plated jewelry purchase
I recently bought a lovely set of gold-plated earrings from this brand and I absolutely love them. I wear them every single day and they still look as good as new after 1.5 years. However, I also got two rings from the same brand which I'm a bit disappointed with. One of the rings, with gemstones, started losing some stones after a while, and the other one quickly lost its gold colour on the palm side. I have to be really careful with how I wear it to keep the gold colour looking nice. Despite loving the designs and the customer service, I have to say I find the quality of the rings isn't as good as I'd hoped for.

Núria was so professional and showed great empathy, making sure that all my needs were not just met, but exceeded. I was really impressed by how dedicated she was to making sure I was happy, even if it meant bending the rules a little. I honestly can't praise her enough for the fantastic service she gave.
