Impressive
There are firms desperate to move the sports nutrition market away from a disingenuous approach and into an area where honesty and reality prevail. From the very first week on sale, some have remained true to their founding principles and vision. They won’t tell lies and are usually honest with their claims. Progress in the gym is like progress in life, it takes time and lots of little things need to be right, for the bigger picture to become clear. Building muscle isn’t just about using a protein powder and getting ripped isn’t just about using a fat-burning capsule. Building true strength can’t be done in a few weeks, it takes years and adherence to consistency. Doing the right things, as often and consistently as possible. You won’t progress without great nutrition and training smartly and consistently. This destination is a journey and it should last a lifetime and the fun part should be the learning. PHD is an example of a company that was intended as an antithesis to the brands prominent in 2006, brands that promised the earth, yet delivered little.

The stuff they sell here is really great, but what makes them so special is how well they treat their customers. Any time I've had a problem, their team has been super fast to help and they always do more than expected to make things right. Jonathan was especially amazing, so friendly and understanding while helping me sort out a mistake that was mostly on my end. I'm really grateful for their help and I'll definitely be telling all my friends and family about this place.
Smart plant-based protein bars
I picked up a couple of boxes of those protein bars thinking they'd be a healthy choice, but they ended up making me feel awful! I had stomach cramps, felt really sick, and even had to deal with diarrhoea. It was a real letdown because I usually trust that brand to have good stuff. I sent them an email to ask about returning the unopened box, so now I'm just waiting to hear back from them. On a positive note, the delivery was lightning fast and my order arrived in a flash!
Food delivery
I just wanted to share what a fantastic experience I had with the customer service when I ordered food recently. The person I spoke to, I think their name was Kam, was so helpful and really listened to what I needed. They made sure my order was all sorted out properly and that I was happy with everything. I'm really grateful for all the effort and care Kam put into helping me, and because of that, I'll definitely be using this delivery service again.
Excellent customer service
I had a great experience with a customer service rep recently. Beth was really helpful and friendly when I reached out with my issue. She was so professional and really listened to what I needed. I could tell she genuinely cared about giving great customer service. I was really impressed by her.
Damaged delivery issue
I'm a customer at PHD and I had a bit of an issue with a damaged delivery recently. But when I told PHD about it, their customer adviser, Johnathan, sorted it out quickly and effectively. I was really impressed with the level of service I got and Johnathan's professionalism in getting things sorted. It's obvious that PHD really cares about their customers and they make sure we're happy with our experience.
Replacement order for damaged/outdated product
I had to get in touch with customer support the other day because I received a damaged product. I have to say, they were really quick to respond and sort things out. They sorted a replacement order for me in no time, which was brilliant. Sadly, when the replacement order arrived, it was also outdated, which was a bit of a let-down. Even though I got a refund for the product, the whole situation left me feeling pretty frustrated and disappointed.
Diet plant protein
The service at this place is always top-notch. I bought the diet plant protein here to help with my recovery from ACL reconstruction surgery. It's really helped me reach my protein goals and keep my calorie intake in check. Even though I'm not vegan, I prefer the plant protein because it's gentler on my stomach. And can I just say, the Belgian chocolate flavour is absolutely yummy!
Quick resolution of delivery issue
I had a problem with a delivery recently for something I'd bought. It was a bit of a hassle at first, but I was actually really impressed by how quickly and smoothly they sorted it out. They didn't just fix the issue straightaway, they also gave me a little discount to say sorry for the inconvenience. I'm grateful for their speedy help and for getting the delivery problem sorted.
Faulty products, excellent customer service
My last order didn't go too well, the protein pouch was open and the BCAA batch seemed a bit off. Luckily, I got in touch with customer service and spoke to a guy called Johnathan. He was really helpful and sorted everything out by sending a replacement order. His professionalism and great customer service skills really made a difference and saved the day.
Awesome food
The food was absolutely delicious and I really enjoyed it! Ordering online was a breeze and the delivery was so quick! The customer service was exceptional as well! Thanks a lot!
Protein shake, bit grainy and thick
I decided to try out this protein shake after hearing it's really good for you. The website where I placed my order was simple to navigate, so I received it quite fast. I was pleasantly surprised by the speedy delivery. Upon trying the shake, I found it to be a bit grainy and extremely thick, although the taste is not too bad.
Pizza order
The pizza I ordered was really good - it tasted amazing! The crust was cooked just right and the toppings were so fresh and full of flavour. I was seriously impressed with how tasty and high-quality it was.
Fit products
The customer service at this place is amazing! Beth and Jonathan are top-notch. They are really quick to help and so easy to chat with. I've tested out a lot of fitness products and I reckon they're all good quality and safe. Just be sure to choose the one that suits you and your fitness aims.
Quick and responsive communication
The service I got was brilliant. They replied to my emails really fast and let me know how my order was going at every stage. It was a nice surprise compared to the usual lack of updates I usually get when ordering online. I liked how quick and detail-oriented they were, and it's made me keen to use their service again in the future.
Late delivery issue
My order got held up by the delivery company, so I had to get in touch with customer service. Zeeshan was really fast in getting back to me and sent out replacement items straight away, as well as giving me some useful tips.
Plant-based protein powder
I bought the plant-based protein powder recently and it really impressed me. It's so fresh, easy to mix, and doesn't upset my stomach at all. I went for the salted caramel flavour with no sugar, and it tastes amazing! I would definitely suggest this product to anyone wanting a top-notch plant-based protein. Well done PHD, keep it up!
Protein shake
The protein shake I ordered was absolutely delicious! It tasted really good and you could definitely tell it was high quality. The whole ordering process was a breeze and everything arrived neatly packed. On top of that, the delivery was super fast, so I didn't have to wait ages to tuck into my shake. All in all, I was chuffed to bits with my purchase.
Protein powder and supplements
I really like the quality of their products, even though they are a bit more expensive, I think they're totally worth it. The advanced mass blend is like a magic potion for gaining muscle, it's really effective. I did have a problem with delivery, but their customer service, especially Beth, sorted it out quickly.
