    Running shoes at affordable prices

    I've always been a fan of Adidas, but thought I'd give another brand a go and Puma really impressed me! Their running shoes are excellent quality and the prices are really reasonable. I would definitely suggest giving them a try if you haven't already, especially if you're like me and already a fan of the brand.

    Astro trainers and t-shirt

    This was my first time buying online, and I think it might be my last. I was pretty disappointed with the customer service. I ordered some Astro trainers and a t-shirt for my daughter. But they said the t-shirt was sold out, so I only got the trainers in my first delivery. When I realised the trainers were too small, I sent them back and got a bigger size. But then the bigger size was too big, so I had to send them back too. I did get a refund for the second pair, but I'm still waiting for a refund for the first trainers and the missing t-shirt. I've been in touch a few times, shown proof of returns, and explained everything, but I've just been getting confusing replies about the second refund. The whole returns and refund process has been really annoying, and I feel disappointed by the poor customer service.

    My online shopping experience was really disappointing. I placed an order and even after three weeks, I hadn't received any updates or my purchase. I tried contacting customer care but didn't get a response. I wouldn't recommend using their online service. On the bright side, I must admit that their products are always good quality.

    Missing item in order

    I'm really not happy with the customer service I got from this brand. I bought two pairs of shoes but only got one. When I contacted customer service to complain, they just dismissed it, saying they didn't see any mistake on their part. These shoes aren't cheap, they cost a lot! It's so frustrating to have such a big mistake or mix-up happen with a brand that's supposed to be trustworthy.

    Shoes Return Issue

    I recently bought some stuff from the store and had a problem returning a pair of shoes. The customer service was really bad - the return label didn't work and even though I tried to get in touch through email and social media, I didn't hear anything back. It's so annoying and disappointing not to get any help or even a response. It's sad that a well-known company can let its customers down like this. I won't be shopping there again because of this bad experience.

    Enzo Soft Ride trainers

    I bought a pair of Enzo Soft Ride trainers not long ago and after wearing them a few times, the laces came apart from the shoe. I contacted the customer service team at the company hoping for help, but they told me since I got the trainers from one of their Marketplace partners, I should deal with them directly for any problems. I found this response unhelpful and dismissive, especially given the poor quality of the trainers. It's frustrating to see a company not owning up to the issues with their products and passing the buck.

    Missing item in delivered parcel

    I bought something from your shop not long ago, but when I opened the package, I realised that one of the items was missing. I actually recorded myself unpacking everything, and you can see in the video that one item is missing out of the 7 I was supposed to receive. But even with this video proof, your customer service team won't refund me for the missing item. It's really disappointing and frustrating that they're not taking responsibility for their mistake. It's made me feel really let down and unhappy with my shopping experience.

    Shoes purchase took forever

    I ordered a pair of shoes from this place, and it's been over two weeks and I still haven't received them. I contacted their customer service twice, and all they say is to wait another 5 days as they investigate my case. It feels like they think they're detectives or something. Still no shoes, no refund.     Pair of XL suede trainers

    I ordered a pair of trainers from your store, but they never arrived. The delivery driver left them on my front doorstep when I wasn't in, and they vanished. I got in touch with PUMA, but they didn't really help or sort it out quickly. The trainers cost a fair bit, and I'm annoyed and let down by the company's lack of support.

    Shoe purchase with minor scratch

    I recently bought a pair of shoes from a shop in Venice Mall, Greater Noida. Unfortunately, after only 2 months, my shoe got a small scratch from my bike stand and the back paint faded. When I contacted the store, they said Puma wasn't responsible for such damages. This was disappointing for me as I've been a loyal customer of the brand since 2018, buying various accessories like a motorsport BMW bag, cap, and shoes. I feel disappointed by the lack of customer service and support, especially considering the price I paid for the shoes and the fact that they were still under warranty. This experience has changed my opinion of the brand after 7 years of loyalty.
