X-large puzzle of family collage
I bought a big puzzle with 12 family pictures all put together as a Christmas present for my wife, and she really liked it. She actually said it might be her favourite gift! The pictures looked really good, much better than I thought they would be. I made sure to use high-quality photos and edited them a bit to make them look even better before putting them in the puzzle, and I think that made a big difference. The cardboard and pieces of the puzzle were also really good quality. The puzzle being so big made it easier to see all the little details in each photo, which was great. The website was easy to use, so ordering it was simple.

In memory of my late mother, I wanted to create something that will constantly remind me and other family members of her. The price was not either too expensive unaffordable. I will definitely want to do business with the company again.

Puzzle ordered
You know what? I've gone and ordered this really cool puzzle online, but you won't believe what happened next! Out of the blue, they suddenly decided they wanted it back! Can you imagine? How am I supposed to tell if it's good quality if I can't even keep hold of it? I paid for it fair and square, and then they just said, "Sorry, we've changed our minds. Take it back." No reasons given, not even a little explanation. I don't even know what to make of it. And when I tried to reach out to customer service, they were as quiet as a mouse. Not cool, not cool at all. I get that things might be a bit delayed, but this is just getting out of hand. They should've double-checked everything was alright before they sent it over to me.

Puzzle for wife
I got my wife a puzzle for Christmas from this puzzle shop. Tried to customise it on their website but it was rubbish, so I used Photoshop instead. Normally she completes 1000 piece puzzles in a few weeks, but with this one she spent two weeks and still couldn't finish the frame. Some pieces fit perfectly but just don't seem to go together, really frustrating!

Struggling to do the puzzle because it's too small and the pictures have heads missing. The customer service isn't very helpful and they're quite condescending in their replies. There are better puzzles out there, so I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

I was really let down by PuzzleYou as a customer because the jigsaw puzzle I ordered came with no picture or indication of the size. It made it so hard to get started on sorting out the pieces and putting the puzzle together. Not having a point of reference meant I couldn't even make the frame, let alone tackle the detailed design. Basically, the missing essential info really spoiled the whole experience for me and took away the enjoyment of the product.
