Comfortable and well-made boots
Wow, these boots are amazing! They're so comfy and well-made, and they look just gorgeous. I was really impressed by the quality and how fast they arrived. I ordered them on Friday with the standard delivery, thinking they'd come early next week. But to my surprise, they were here the very next day! The service from this store is really fantastic, and I'll definitely be coming back for more soon.
Hoodie
I'm really frustrated! I ordered this awesome hoodie two months ago, but it still hasn't turned up. They keep telling me Hermes lost my parcel and that they'll give me my money back, but I've seen no sign of it! I've sent emails and messages on social media, but they're just blanking me! It's a complete con, don't make the same mistake I did by ordering from them.
New boots
I've just bought these new boots and they are absolutely amazing! They make me feel really cool and confident. A lady even complimented me on them, which made me feel great. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends. They are just so awesome! I love them! Well done, team!
International order tracking issue
I placed an order with this company not long ago and had a big problem trying to track my package. I attempted to contact them through email and live chat, but they said they couldn't track my order because it was considered international. Unfortunately, my English isn't great, so I felt lost trying to sort this out. I'm stuck now and can't place any more orders until I find out when my package is coming. It would really make a difference if they offered customer service in multiple languages to help people who don't speak English well.
Delayed delivery
I'm so annoyed with the service from this company. I ordered something over two weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. All they do is keep sending me tracking links, but it's been in transit for over a week now. It's just not on, I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever get what I ordered. The communication and lack of updates is really getting on my nerves, I'll definitely be more cautious before ordering from them again.
Boots
I bought a pair of boots from this shop as a Christmas treat for myself. But, disappointingly, they started falling apart after only a few wears. Feeling annoyed, I contacted the shop on Instagram, and was pleasantly surprised to get such a speedy reply. They asked me to send an email to customer service, so I did straight away. Less than a day later, I got a response saying a new pair was being sent to me. I was really impressed with how quick and efficient the customer service team was. It's definitely one of the best experiences I've had with customer service.
Shoes for girlfriend
The shoes I bought for my girlfriend are so gorgeous and they really suit her! The customer service was top-notch, they always got back to me quickly and helped with all my questions. The only downside was the delivery service, there weren't many updates on the tracking. But LoveRaid sorted out any issues I had, so I can't complain about that. All in all, I had a great time and the shoes were really good quality. I'll definitely be coming back for more shopping in the future. Thanks for the lovely experience.

I bought a pair of shoes from this store, and honestly, it's been a nightmare. I tried reaching out to them, but they took a whole week to reply, and when they finally did, the information they gave me was so vague and not helpful at all. They said my order was a pre-order, but that wasn't mentioned when I was making the purchase. To top it off, they gave me a fake tracking number that hasn't been updated in over a week. When I asked for more info, they said the package had been sent back to the sender because of a failed delivery attempt. However, my local courier said there was no such thing. The tracking link they sent me was useless and kept asking for my zip code, only to reject it. I never got a local tracking number here in Germany, and I'm just frustrated with the lack of communication and how my order has been handled. I'm actually thinking of disputing the transaction with PayPal as a last resort now.
Shoes
As a new customer, I was really impressed with the amazing service and top-notch products available at RAID. The shoes I bought were absolutely stunning and even better than I had hoped for. I'm really looking forward to receiving my order. What really impressed me was the outstanding customer service I received not just once, but twice. Mollie was incredibly helpful and polite, making sure my shopping experience was smooth and enjoyable. I'm so thankful for her help and I have to commend RAID for their excellent service.
Niyah heeled mules
I bought these Niyah heeled mules back in June, they promised quick delivery. But it's been 4 months now, and I still haven't got them. I was really excited about wearing those heels, so this whole situation is very annoying. I've tried reaching out to customer service several times, but nobody can tell me what's going on or fix the problem. This whole thing has been a big letdown and I wouldn't suggest ordering from them to anyone.
