happy experience shopping from Cali
It is summer and the girls and I can't wait to go shopping for the summer holidays. So my friend talked us into shopping from Reformation. We ordered summer dresses and some jeans. They were delivered to us and their product was quite amazing. I can't believe we got such exceptional quality at an affordable price and their services are so excellent. My girls and I have never been this happy after purchasing wears. They are really the best online store by my standard. I am satisfied with their products and I will shop with reformation again whenever I need any of the products that they sell. I recommend Reformnation to anyone looking to purchase quality summer dresses, tops, and jeans.
Clothing style and customer service
I usually splash most of my shopping money in this store because I really dig the styles and how they treat their customers. But I've clocked a bit of a dip in the quality ever since the company changed hands in 2019. I've had a couple of items turn up a bit worse for wear, but I gotta give it to them, the returns and refunds system is pretty speedy and hassle-free. Even though production costs are going up, I can't help but feel like the prices are a tad steep for the sort of quality you're getting. It'd be great if they could throw a few more discounts our way, us loyal customers need a little something to balance it all out.
First Reformation purchase
I recently bought something from this brand online for the first time. I really wanted a trendy brand that focuses on using natural materials. The delivery went well and my stuff arrived when I thought it would. However, I did notice that even though they used paper for the parcels, there was also plastic packaging inside. It seemed a bit strange considering their sustainable ethos. It would make more sense for them to use only paper or biodegradable packaging to match their values.
Large order resolution
My experience with the customer service team was amazing. They responded quickly and really helped me sort out a problem I had with a big order. I was feeling really stressed and worried, but they were so nice and helpful. I was so grateful for their kindness and how professional they were. It's a shame that some people have said bad things about them, because my experience was great. By the way, the clothes I ordered were stunning - even better than I expected.
Misleading returns policy
I bought something from this company not long ago and had to send it back because it didn't fit. I thought returns were free, but turns out they're not. The website made it sound like returns were free, but actually, you only get free returns if you keep at least one thing from your order. They should have made that part clearer because now I had to pay unexpected fees to return the item.
Dress return
I tried to return a dress that was in perfect condition, but the company refused because there was a single needle in the package. I thought this was a dodgy excuse, especially as I had splashed out a lot on a dress that didn't even fit. It really got on my nerves and I was left feeling let down by their customer service.

Then I joined the waitlist and eventually managed to get the right size, which fits perfectly. The service from this brand is a total joke. I treated myself to a dress, but when it arrived it was just dumped in a cheap brown envelope like they couldn't care less. The fit was awful, so I sent it back right away in the same dodgy packaging. And what do they do? They send me an email saying the dress doesn't meet their return requirements, talking about phantom stains. Can you believe it? These people have some nerve! If only I had checked the reviews before buying, I would have known not to waste my time and money on this brand. I definitely won't be making that mistake again.
Torn dress disappointment
I recently received a dress from this shop that was torn, and I must say I was really disappointed. It felt like a bit of a joke to receive something in such bad condition, especially after taking a risk to order from the European Union. All they offered was an apology and suggested I return it. They did mention I could keep it with a 10% discount, but waiting for a refund and being left without a dress for graduation was not an ideal situation for me. I would advise customers from outside the EU to steer clear of ordering from this store due to the hassle I had to deal with.
Overpriced silk dress
I recently splurged on a silk dress from this brand, expecting top-notch quality and service. However, when my order finally came, it was carelessly thrown into a flimsy plastic bag and crammed into a flimsy envelope. The dress was a wrinkled mess, and to make matters worse, it had stains all over it. I had high hopes for supporting a brand with a sustainable focus, but the subpar quality and service have really let me down.
Wrong jeans
This company is absolutely terrible! They sent me completely the wrong jeans that were not at all what I wanted. When I tried to get in touch with them, it was like talking to a brick wall. The customer service is laughable, they keep asking for photos of the incorrect item even though I've already sent them several times. Are they dishonest or just incredibly dense? My advice is to avoid this shambles of a company at all costs.
Swimsuit purchase
I bought a swimsuit from the shop not long ago. It wasn't great quality and didn't quite fit me right. When I tried to take it back, the customer service team made it difficult. They said it didn't meet their return standards, even though I only tried it on quickly. To top it off, when they gave me the swimsuit back, I saw that the sanitary liner had been taken out. Now they're using that as an excuse not to give me a refund. It's really shocking how deceitful and dishonest they're being.
Top purchase - sizing issue
I recently bought a top from this company and it didn't quite fit me. The size I got was way smaller than what their sizing chart had suggested, which was a letdown. Also, I wasn't impressed with the quality of the top. It felt cheap and didn't seem very durable.
Cute clothes, bad quality
The clothes might seem cute when you first see them, but honestly, the quality is really not up to scratch. I got a shirt from there last year, and it's already got holes in it, even though I hardly wear it. The stitching is awful, and don't even get me started on the plastic buttons. To be honest, Zara has similar styles at a much lower price and better quality, so I'd recommend saving your money.

The dress was on sale and looked lovely, but it just didn't fit me right - it was too long and too narrow, even though I'm a fairly average height at 5'6". I decided to get in touch with their customer service to ask if I could return or exchange it, hoping to sort things out. Unfortunately, they refused to help me out, pointing to their no returns policy and insisting they couldn't make any exceptions. I was pretty disappointed by their response, as it felt like they weren't really putting in the effort to help me out.
Cressa Dress Navy
I recently bought the Cressa Dress Navy and it was a bit of a letdown, I'm afraid. The model made it look so lovely and it fitted nicely, but the quality of the sewing was really not up to scratch. The side seams were wonky, making the fabric bunch up all the way from the hips to the hem. And to top it off, the material felt really flimsy and low-quality, especially considering the hefty price tag of $428.00. So, I had to send it back, which was a shame because I was really looking forward to wearing it.
