Nrs Healthcare Pre Assembled Mowbray Toilet Seat And Frame
Initial order was delivered promptly. Being satisfied i ordered a second but within an hour or so i cancelled the second order as I was offered the loan of one. just to be clear I ordered, paid for and reReceived Dyas acknowledgement saying they would be in touch within 72 hours. Cancelled order subsequently arrived. I contacted the again and received another acknowledgement saying they would be in touch. nothing happened. Phoned customer services and after a VERY long wait was told i would be sent a returns label. Next i get an e-mail saying the order that i had cancelled would be delivered AGAIN. i have tried e-mailing customer services (joke), phoning customer services, (on hold for more than 30 minutes before i gave up as they are very busy) using the CHAT option. Have lots of acknowledgements of query submitted but no actual contact with customer services. My advice would be do NOT order anything on line from Robert Dyas. Customer services non-existant. It remains to be seen whether i receive 2 items i did not order and more importantly whether i am charged for the items I did not require. Think my next action will be e-mail CEO etc.

Wardrobe
If I could give no stars I would.
Bought a wardrobe from this company, and after 4 days attempting to assemble it, including seeking help from two other people, we were unable to get a 'tight' enough assembly that would allow the wardrobe to be used.
Some of the pre-drilled holes were not tight enough for the fittings that needed to be ... into them, and some of the locking cams were of such poor quality they were not strong enough for the task and would not 'lock-down the panels concerned.
I ended up trying to resolve the problem of loose pre-drilled holes with glue and tissue paper before eventually giving up and buying another wardrobe locally.
This company have now refused to take back the item (which I had subsequently disassembled) and have totally refused to provide a refund because I had partially assembled and attempted to correct the problem.
This product was not of a merchandisable quality.
They have offered replacement parts which is their attempt to filibuster and avoid dealing with the actual problem. It is clearly too late for replacement parts!
You buy from these 'wide-boys' at your peril.

I do not know what kind of outfit this is but they are not reputable traders and I feel I may have been scammed. I purchased 256 coffee pods for £69.99 which is roughly the market price. I think it highly unlikely I will ever see my £69.99 again. They were on the website as one single item; they did not sell them in other quantities. Six days later I received 16 pods worth about £4.40 in damaged packaging. Trying to get this resolved with customer services is hopeless. First online chat person never got back to me. Second attempt no one even responded. Emailed describing issue and got reply asking me to describe issue!!! No point in phoning as service deliberately avoids providing service as you cannot speak to a human. To date, they have had £69.99 for 10 days and all I have to show for it is £4.40 worth of pods which look like they have been trodden on. Excuse is "supplier" does not sell 256 pods. "Supplier" will collect and refund will be issued 3-5 days later. Now told "supplier" wants me to return it to click and collect store. It's only 400 miles away! I did not purchase anything from a "supplier". I purchased it from Robert Dyas. I did not pay a "supplier". I paid Robert Dyas. I have been told the "supplier" does not sell this item; it would appear I have bought an item which does not exist from someone with whom I was not trading! Is that a scam or not? It's worth less than £4.40 and it is their fault; why bother asking for it to be returned? After all, they have had my payment for 10 days already and I have nothing but a great deal of grief and worry. If you trade with Robert Dyas just wave goodbye to your hard-earned cash. They have no concept of customer service; Robert Dyas has regarded me like something contemptable in which it has trodden. I have no recourse other than to pass this to Trading Standards.
150x50 jvl barrier matt
Bought a 150x50 barrier Matt from Robert Dyas. Basically fell apart but they have now failed to respond to my emails since they passed the buck to ‘the supplier’ and was told to stick this massive Matt in my washing machine. Bits all over the house everyday. Now bagged up waiting for them to contact me and sort a collection / refund. Still waiting. Rubbish arrive, ... products
8 *43L really useful boxes
Excellent service on 3 different occasions!
The service I received from Robert Dyas has been fantastic on the 1st 2 occasions. However, on the 3rd occasion, 2 of the 8 boxes arrived damaged - not the fault of Robert Dyas ! the customer service dept were really clear and concise about replacing the damaged items which turned up without any fuss within another 7 days! Faultless service. No questions asked- Simple !!Swan kettle
We ordered a Swan kettle from Robert Dyas in April. The kettle became faulty in August. In September I emailed to ask how to return the kettle. To cut an exceedingly long and frustrating story short, after numerous emails and many generic responses, being sent to Swan and back to Robert Dyas and back to Swan again, I finally tried to register a formal complaint. Surprisingly no phone number or complaints department can be found. I put in a complaint through a third party website. I have only received generic responses. Finally after 5 months and over 10 emails I received a returns label. I have posted the kettle back. I then received another generic email referring me back to Swan! The customer service is diabolical. All the responses are generic. No one is reading the emails. I have sent photographs of the kettle on three occasions and have had no comment on them and was then asked to send photographs! It is unbelievably frustrating. I really do not know what to do. I am very worried indeed that I will never get a refund.

Do not buy from Robert Dyas. I purchased a Sharp microwave oven from them and within 12 months of the warranty period it developed a fault and tripped the power in the kitchen.
I contacted Robert Dyas and they were not interested, saying the warranty had nothing to do with them. They would not give me any details of where the Sharp service centre was and left me to my own devices. Their customer service staff make a point of being unhelpful.
Do not trust Robert Dyas and do not but from them under any circumstances.Damaged
Item received damaged, 3 weeks later they still have not collected despite telling me every 2 days they will collect in 72hours but nothing happens, fed up waiting so requested a full refund, now they don't reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, WILL NOT REFUND OR COLLECT THEIR DAMAGED ITEM
Toaster and breadbin
would not recommend anyone buy from Robert Dyas online. I ordered a toaster and breadbin which took an age to be delivered and when it finally arrived was the wrong colour. A month later and the box is still here in my house waiting to be collected and I have no refund. The customer service team keep sending emails blaming their supplier for not collecting but the fact is it's been 4 weeks and nothing has been done. So my advice is buy from somewhere with an efficient customer service team then if something goes wrong you can simply return the product and get your money back.
Oatland summer house
Ordered back in May.was told delivery August arrived on date specified. Many many problems doors are warped won't fit propery roofing felt paper thin. Lots of holes in wood. Nothing fits as it should without remedial work by my experienced installer. Would never order from them again. Awful.
Hyundai Lawnmower
Ordered on Sunday, delivery expected following Friday. On Monday had info that it would be delivered on Tuesday. It didn’t arrive on Tuesday TNT tracking was pretty rubbish but essentially it had been returned to the depot. Was delivered the following day (Thursday) sill a day earlier than originally planned but didn’t really matter to me.
The mower itself is easy to build and operate. Does exactly what it’s supposed to do.Garden Shed

I placed an order for my 10 yrs old son’s playshed, for ahich he paid from his own pocket money and his birthday money, costing hundreds of pounds. It was due for delivery 7th July. My husband took that week off work to fix it up for our son and he was so so pleased, counting days on his calendar for 7th July.
We received a short and confusing, some what uncaring and not so bothered email from your suppliers saying they won’t be delivering and they don’t know when. It was mery two lines of email.
My son was heart broken but we understood because of the current climate.
We patiently waited and heard absolutely Nothing from your suppliers for many days, hence I emailed them myself. Again, s very short 2 lines of similar reply from them.
Then we waited again for many days and as previously I took the initiative of contacting the suppliers myself (they never). For the second email , they didn’t even bother to give me 2 lines of not so bothered reply.
Then i waited more days and emailed robert dyas directly. I had an encouraging rely from them. They asked me to wait 3 working days but I patiently waited 5 working days, despite now being seriously worried about my son’s playshed for which he paid hundreds of pounds from his pocket money and knowing that our current financial situation will not allow us to arrange this money again.
To add to my frustration and huge disappointment I heard Nothing from robert dyas either even after patiently waiting for 5 working days.
Please please please hep me, I don’t know what else to do, i have sent numerous emails to your suppliers and to yourselves directly. I am very worried about my order now, specially as there’s no initiative on the communication from your suppliers for almost 3 weeks and now that includes robert dyas as well.
I regret to say this but most highly disappointed customer service and communication from your suppliers and now that includes yourself, probably Never ever placing an order with robert dyas ever again. ????

I feel scammed. Only shop in-store if you must buy from these people at all because the way their online store works is more like a finder of products. They clearly don't have a warehouse they ship from and sell things they don't actually have 'in stock' saying 'this will come straight from our supplier'. Well, I don't want to buy from a middle man in that way. I want to go to your online shop and buy what you actually have and are able to send me at the time of my order. If you don't have the item, then it is not in stock. Customer service is almost zero and the reviews are appalling. I should have spent more money and gone somewhere more reputable. Further, tried complaining via Resolver and they won't reply to me on there! Trading Standards here I come!

Received faulty item, numerous complaints to chat and email ignored and refused refund until their supplier contacts me - it’s been a month already. Customer service refused to provide me with an address to send registered complaint. Avoid!
Washing line
I cannot over emphasise how awful the service I have had from Robert Dyas is. My order never arrived, they never answered my emails, eventually agreed to refund me, but never actually did so. Kept claiming that they had already refunded my credit card, in the end had to pursue it via my credit card company. Avoid!
garden hose
I used the hose only twice before it sprang 2 leaks which rendered it useless as the pressure was pathetic in the first place.
My attempts to contact customer services and ask for a replacememt or refund have so far been futile. Their chat-bot sends just you around in circles and even blames covid 19 for its inadequacies.
There doesn't appear to be a phone contact, though I suspect that if there is one, they would "be busy helping other customers" and you would just be back to square one.

Ordered garden building 13 April, advised by receipt delivery was 22nd April.
As such conducted all preparation work.
Today, delivery day, I get an email saying it is coming 22nd May - another month!
Having previously called, emailed and online chat - non answered - to get an idea of today's time.
Tracking my order online it shows on 18 April I selected 22 May ! Rubbish !
I could have purchased elsewhere but went with Days as delivery stated pre order as within 2 weeks.
Terrible, terrible service, definitely will avoid like the plague in future
