The site told me to call if I needed to cancel an order before their warehouse handled it, but they didn't give me a phone number. I managed to find one after searching, but when I rang, I got an automated message saying they don't answer calls. This left me with no choice but to wait for the order, then send it back and lose money on delivery and return postage, as they don't refund those costs. Misleading returns policy
I bought some clothes for my daughters from this company but the sizes were all wrong. I tried to send them back using the return label they gave me but they said they don't actually do return labels. Even though I sent the items back with recorded delivery to show proof, they still won't give me a refund and are saying they never got the return. It's a total scam, so be careful if you're thinking of buying from them.

Oh my gosh, everyone, seriously don't shop here!! I ordered three bridesmaid dresses and they completely messed up my refund. I returned one dress ages ago and they received it, but I haven't received my money back yet!! I've had to email them multiple times and all they keep saying is that my refund has been processed, but where's my money?! I'm really angry, guys!! I've even had to contact my bank because I'm so worried about fraud now. This company is just unbelievable. I wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy!!
