7 WEEKS TO ACCEPT A RETURN using their courier service. If you are based in the UK you must not shop with them. Apparently the long return delays its to do with Brexit and there's nothing they can do. if anything goes wrong expect long delays and lots of hassle to get them to refund or replace

shocking service. over £10 to return shoes which were posted on 27 th march and now 19th may and still no refund or movement in tracking since 6th april. Apparently the refund take 4-8 weeks to arrive. they dont seem to even query why package hasnt moved until outside 4-8 weeks period. i was also charged an extra fee for being outside the eu. this shouldnt be happening as northern ireland is inside the eu customs union as per the brexit deal. very shoddy service will not be using them again. save yourself the hassle and buy from reputable firms
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased the shoes back in February for my wife. They didn't fit so we sent them back using their returns company Cycleon (useless). A few weeks later I contacted them asking when I would receive my refund. They said they had yet to receive my package as its still in the depot due to covid. Well long story short after many emails back and forth I still haven't received my refund and it is now the 8th May. I've checked on their website and the package is miraculously still in the depot. All I can say is avoid using this company at all costs. Terrible customer service and its still unclear whether I will get my refund back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I will have no choice but to take this further.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - GET IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I ordered a UD ultra running vest on 22 February 2021, I received it a week later on 1 March. I ordered several options from different suppliers as I couldn't try on in a shop, I chose which I wanted and returned the UD rest on 2 March. It was received in the UK local depot 3 March. However 6 weeks later and several emails chasing and having been told it takes 2-4 weeks to get from the UK to Spain (by donkey I think) even though it took 1 week the other direction, I have no refund or any promise of one. I am constantly fobbed off with lame excuses. SO DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM especially if there is any chance that you may need to return for a refund. They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. CX is non-existent!
STOLEN MY MONEY The trainers were delivered back to you on 9th December yet now Jan 6th you keep saying you havent received them although it was confirmed by one of your support team you have received at the warehouse
Please, please avoid this company. Absolutely horrendous 'customer service'. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and hadn't received any kind of shipping notification, so I messaged them and was told there was a delay in receiving the stock but it should go out on the 4th Dec. I asked for an update today and was told it's been delayed by another week. I've asked for confirmation that the order will eventually be available, because if there's a chance it won't, I'll cancel. However, they've now stopped responding to my messages. I wish I'd done my research on this company first, would never have placed with them if I realised how poor the service was.
i'm a fairly serious runner (covering about 38km a week) and after 4 weeks with my new shoes, the material inside the shoe at the heel started to fray. I requested a return as i don't believe this is normal wear and tear and received a robotic/ automated response referring me to their policy which mentioned that wear and tear is not covered, which i completely understand for shoes lasting a little longer than 4 weeks! After sending photo's and further communication i received the same reply. I feel their after sales service was sub standard and i won't be purchasing from Runnerinn again for this reason.
Excellent! After I placed my order I read some reviews which were not great and got a bit worried but I realise that many companies have struggled during the pandemic and any poor reviews written during this time should not be seen as a good indication of a company. I have experienced a great service with swift delivery and I am extremely happy with my new running shoes.
POOR EXPERIENCE from delivery to aftercare service. My son purchased a Polar 10 Heart rate monitor in March 2020. He got notification that it had been delivered but it was not delivered here, so we spent 3 days trying to locate it with neighbours as the delivery notification did not say that it had been delivered elsewhere.... In April, the monitor became faulty, and Runnerinn advised to go to Polar webpage and try troubleshooting. Didn't work. Since then, any contact with Runnerinn has been dismissive and unhelpful - they won't replace, won't refund, and have stopped answering emails. POOR POOR POOR.
I cant describe how much you should avoid these guys if I could leave a 0 star review I would. Made an order on the 24th of April they gave me fake tracking details and having mentioned to them constantly for a month they did not work they told me the package was lost and I had to wait a further month for the parcel company to find the package.
Please do not use this service I'd leave a 0 star review if I could have a look on other review sites in relation to how many people they have also done this to. They are now ghosting my emails in relation to a refund or any update on the parcel.
If i had read the reviews I wouldn't have used this company. Been waiting a month and customer service extremely unhelpful. Have asked for refund as item is clearly lost.....they expect me to chase up the loss with Royal Mail. This all seems quite dishonest.
STAY AWAY! I have made a Christmas order in December 2019 and it is now the 2nd of June 2020. No watch. No refund. RunnerInn keeps asking for more and more paperwork, which I have been very good at supplying them with. Today, however, they asked me to get a claim form from the UAE postal service. To state what? I never got a delivery. The postal service doesn't know what I am talking about! They won't give me any forms because they don't have a parcel for me and never did. Needless to say, I still didn't get a refund. I also doubt that I will ever get a refund. So please, if you like your money, rather pay a bit more but buy directly from the main suppliers. I will never in my life again buy from RunnerInn. Sadly!
I ordered a running watch from this company in December as a gift for Christmas. When it was delivered the box was empty, I informed them immediately and they asked me to return the box. I did this and they have confirmed they received the empty box. To this day I have not received a refund. I have emailed multiple times to request a refund with poor and inappropriate responses. I have emailed to complain- no response. I have tried to call- no answer. I have tried the live chat- useless constant 60 person waiting list. Now they will not respond to my case saying it is closed when it clearly is not. Do not buy from this company
In honesty I wouldn't have ordered from here if I had read the reviews first. Anyway, I ordered the above Nike shoes and paid for the quicker delivery. I was concerned after reading the reviews so sent a message to them asking for the tracking number, the customer service was very poor which made me worry further.. I just got the message saying you'll get the tracking number within 48 hours, to be fair I did eventually get an email (longer than 48hours) with a tracking link for 'GLS' which did work but updated slowly over the course of over a week... a very anxious time to be honest. In the end the trainers arrived 6 days after the originally quoted delivery date. The shoes were perfect although the box was a little battered to be expected I suppose since they travelled from Spain). If I lived in Spain I may order from here again but as I'm in the UK I will probably look elsewhere and although I did get my shoes it was a very anxious time from buying to receiving... it would be much MUCH better if they improve their customer service and put people at ease a little. Pleased with the product, not so impressed with the delivery time and the customer service.
Very dissapointing service. I ordered Garmin Fenix 6s pro but they arrived not working. So of course i initiated the return request and it was closed by the company with the link to Suunto (not Garmin!!!!) website (that i should speed up the warranty process just following the link). So i cannot get a return label to send the order back to them (as described on the website i have this right within 30 days after receiving the order). No messages were successfull (facebook, contact page, return department), time is ongoing, nobody helping. And i cannot predict when i can get the relevant answer to solve the issue
