Easy navigation, reassuring customer service, timely delivery
I found the website really easy to use, which made shopping a good experience. But I got a bit worried when I tried to check on my order and found out the company isn't actually based in the UK. Despite that, the person I chatted with online was really kind and made me feel better, which I appreciated a lot. The trainers I bought arrived quickly, just two days after I asked about them. I'm happy with the products, although they are meant to be Christmas gifts for my son and husband, so I'll have to wait and see what they think. All in all, because of this good experience, I will definitely think about buying from this company again in the future.

I thought I'd give Runner Inn a shot for my new pair of running shoes. The website looked legit and the prices seemed fair. But, I ended up feeling let down and annoyed. It took ages for my order to show up, way longer than from other places I've shopped online. And then, when the shoes didn't fit, I was hit with a hefty return fee. It's left me feeling pretty miffed, and I don't plan on coming back here. Lesson learned - always double-check the return policy before hitting that buy button!
Lost delivery
I recently bought some really cool stuff from this website, but then Hermes claimed they had delivered it when they hadn't actually done so. They even confessed that they had lost my order. I reached out to RunnerInn to see if they could assist me in getting compensation from Hermes, but unfortunately, they didn't take any action. And to make matters worse, when I tried to get a refund through Paypal, they rejected my request. I have decided that I will never shop here again, regardless of how low the prices may be!
Quick and easy purchase
I was a bit unsure about buying something because I saw some bad reviews, but in the end, I went for it. The thing I bought came when it was meant to and was just what I was looking for. I was really happy with what I got and pleased with how it all turned out. The only small problem was with tracking, it didn't seem quite right, but I managed to sort it out by looking up the tracking number and going to the delivery company's website. I ordered it on the 27th of March and got it nice and early on the 7th of April.

I was a bit worried about buying running shoes from here because I heard some negative things, but I really liked the ones I saw online, so I decided to take a chance. I ended up getting the shoes I wanted at a better price than elsewhere. They arrived swiftly, but I had to collect them from the post office as I was out when they tried to deliver. I didn't need to contact customer service, which suited me fine. I would definitely shop here again if I know exactly what I want and my size.
Got my running shoes
I got my new running shoes really fast and they fit me perfectly. I ordered them on the 13th of May and collected them from a 24/7 box on the 18th May. They were delivered all the way from Spain to the Czech Republic. I received notifications about my delivery throughout and the shoes were exactly the right size and model. I saved a lot of money because they were much cheaper than any local shops. The service was fantastic and I will definitely order from here again when I need new shoes.
Cheap products
The stuff they sell on RunnerInn might seem like a bargain at first glance, but trust me, it’s not all sunshine and rainbows. Returning items is an absolute nightmare - costs a whopping £11 and feels like it takes forever to get your money back. And don’t even get me started on the delivery, took more than a week for my order to show up!
Swimrun shoes purchase
I recently bought a pair of swimrun shoes from RunnerInn for almost £80. I've used other tradeinn sites before without any problems, so I was pretty sure about this purchase. But when the shoes arrived, I realised they weren't the right size. Even though I ordered my usual size, this brand, which isn't very well-known, just didn't fit properly. It wasn't anything I did wrong, it was just a problem with the sizing of the shoe itself.
My jacket
I recently got this really nice jacket, but when it arrived, it was way too big for me. I had to send it back, and I ended up having to pay for the return postage. To make matters worse, they only offered me a refund for the jacket that was less than what I originally paid for it. It's been a whole month since I placed the order. Just so you know, my order number is 47923217 and the return number is 5128211.
Running shoes purchase
I bought some running shoes from an online shop recently. Sadly, I was let down to discover they were selling things that were actually out of stock without telling me, causing a big delay in getting my order to me. I had to cancel it in the end because it was meant as a gift and it wouldn't have made it in time. They did give me my money back for the shoes but I was miffed that they didn't refund the delivery costs as well, which doesn't seem right to me. All in all, this whole thing has put me off buying from them again, as I thought it was pretty shameful.

I was really impressed with the trainers I got from RunnerInn, even though they took a bit longer to arrive than I thought they would. They're so lightweight, tough, and super comfy to wear. And the price I got them for was amazing value for money. I wouldn't think twice about shopping at RunnerInn again and I'd definitely recommend their products to others.

I bought something thinking it was coming from Switzerland, but it ended up being a nightmare because I had to pay these unexpected import fees. Now if I try to return the shoes, I have to fork out even more cash! It's just not fair at all!
