I must share my experience with runnerinm, as they have helped me a lot on toning my body over these past few months in all organic and more constructive way. No false advertisements or claims.
Their products like acessories, clothing adding to a lifestyle leading towards a concern sportsperson or a runner on daily basis. It help develop a pscyhology and style over it.
The quality, their running machines, legwarmers, jackets everything is so tempting to buy, I still haven't bought all I wanted.

I have experienced a great service with swift delivery and I am extremely happy with my new running shoes.

Altra running shoes
Ordered 2 pairs of Altra shoes on this site. Size recommendations were wrong and both shoes didn't fit me. And of course this was my fault! I sent orders back at my own expense. Tried to clarify whether it is possible to send 2 orders in one parcel by Russian post as their suggested DHL service was too expensive. There was no response from the shop. So I decided to send both orders in one package. Sent them back on August 20. For 2 months, the parcel was at the Spanish customs. The support service promised to contact the customs, but they did nothing at the end. Today the package was sent back to Russia by some annknown reason. So I paid money for the return goods and now have to ship once again. If I send it again by DHL, then I will pay the entire amount of the order. Disgusting store and return policy. I will never buy anything from you again and I do not recommend it to others.

J'ai passé commande de trois articles et je n'ai été livré que de deux. Arnaque a priori très classique chez Runnerinn (l’une de leurs filiales).
Je me suis battu à coup de mails et de conversation téléphonique avec le « service clients » pour le renvoi des deux articles manquants mais rien n’y fait. Ils disent qu'ils ont bel et bien envoyé la totalité des articles et que je n’aurais pas dû accepter un colis endommagé (ce qui n’était pas le cas). Ils n’apportent aucune preuve de cela, si ce n'est la photo du colis avant expédition où on ne peut lire aucune info en zoomant, impossible de vérifier le poids du colis avant expédition.
De plus, il me font dire que j'ai annulé la demande de retour (directement sur leur site) alors que je n’ai rien fait de tel.
Il y a déjà eu énormément de cas et plaintes similaires à mon cas, voir sur Trustpilot ou même twitter.

Vous avez le culot de me répondre que, je cite : « a) vous avez accepté un colis manipulé.
b) le délai de réclamation est expiré. » Je suis en vacances, je vous ferai une mauvaise publicité ainsi qu’à chacune de vos filiales jusqu’à livraison des 2 articles manquants ou remboursement de ceux-ci. En parallèle, j’ai signalé votre arnaque à europe-consommateurs.eu/

shocking service. over £10 to return shoes which were posted on 27 th march and now 19th may and still no refund or movement in tracking since 6th april. Apparently the refund take 4-8 weeks to arrive. they dont seem to even query why package hasnt moved until outside 4-8 weeks period. i was also charged an extra fee for being outside the eu. this shouldnt be happening as northern ireland is inside the eu customs union as per the brexit deal. very shoddy service will not be using them again. save yourself the hassle and buy from reputable firms
Salomon wild cross trail shoes
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased the shoes back in February for my wife. They didn't fit so we sent them back using their returns company Cycleon (useless). A few weeks later I contacted them asking when I would receive my refund. They said they had yet to receive my package as its still in the depot due to covid. Well long story short after many emails back and forth I still haven't received my refund and it is now the 8th May. I've checked on their website and the package is miraculously still in the depot. All I can say is avoid using this company at all costs. Terrible customer service and its still unclear whether I will get my refund back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I will have no choice but to take this further.
Ultimate Direction Ultra vest
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - GET IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I ordered a UD ultra running vest on 22 February 2021, I received it a week later on 1 March. I ordered several options from different suppliers as I couldn't try on in a shop, I chose which I wanted and returned the UD rest on 2 March. It was received in the UK local depot 3 March. However 6 weeks later and several emails chasing and having been told it takes 2-4 weeks to get from the UK to Spain (by donkey I think) even though it took 1 week the other direction, I have no refund or any promise of one. I am constantly fobbed off with lame excuses. SO DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM especially if there is any chance that you may need to return for a refund. They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. CX is non-existent!
The website is a SCAM, never received the product, paid extra postage! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

STOLEN MY MONEY The trainers were delivered back to you on 9th December yet now Jan 6th you keep saying you havent received them although it was confirmed by one of your support team you have received at the warehouse

Please, please avoid this company. Absolutely horrendous 'customer service'. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and hadn't received any kind of shipping notification, so I messaged them and was told there was a delay in receiving the stock but it should go out on the 4th Dec. I asked for an update today and was told it's been delayed by another week. I've asked for confirmation that the order will eventually be available, because if there's a chance it won't, I'll cancel. However, they've now stopped responding to my messages. I wish I'd done my research on this company first, would never have placed with them if I realised how poor the service was.

i'm a fairly serious runner (covering about 38km a week) and after 4 weeks with my new shoes, the material inside the shoe at the heel started to fray. I requested a return as i don't believe this is normal wear and tear and received a robotic/ automated response referring me to their policy which mentioned that wear and tear is not covered, which i completely understand for shoes lasting a little longer than 4 weeks! After sending photo's and further communication i received the same reply.
I feel their after sales service was sub standard and i won't be purchasing from Runnerinn again for this reason.
