    Samsung Tablet

    I've been a loyal Samsung customer for some time now, and recently I decided to buy one of their tablets for both personal and work use. The tablet's sleek design, easy-to-use interface, and great features immediately caught my eye. However, I've run into a few problems with it that have been quite annoying. Despite my best efforts to keep my tablet safe and secure, I've noticed some unexpected changes to my settings, apps installing without my say-so, and worries over the privacy issues linked to features like SmartFace. It's really disappointing to feel like my own space and privacy are being violated by a device that I bought to make my life easier and more enjoyable. I really hope Samsung can look into these issues and make things better for all their customers.

    I had amazing service when my SSD failed. The customer service team arranged for UPS to collect it the next day, sent it express to the Netherlands, and delivered a new SSD to me the following day. I was really impressed by how quick and professional the whole thing was.

    I bought a washing machine and dryer from this company not too long ago. But, you wouldn't believe it, the washing machine packed up after just 3 uses. It's been a nightmare trying to get it fixed - the technicians have been out twice and it's still not working. The customer service has been really poor, they don't seem bothered at all. I've been left without a working machine for weeks now and it's driving me mad. I expected better quality and service from them, to be honest.

    Faulty phone repair

    I'm really let down by the company's customer service and support when I tried to get my phone fixed. It's only just over a year old and has a few small scuff marks, but Samsung said it was impact damage and wouldn't fix it under warranty. They wouldn't even let me get someone else to check it out. When I complained, I was just brushed off over the phone by someone who wasn't helpful at all. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Samsung because of their bad warranty support and unhelpful customer service.

    Over-the-range microwave from a UK retailer

    I bought an over-the-range microwave from a UK retailer not long ago, and sadly it has stopped heating up within a year. It's still under warranty, but I've been really frustrated with the whole process to get it fixed. I got in touch with the retailer's customer service, who then opened a ticket with the manufacturer. They sent a technician from a local repair company to sort it out, but on the first visit, he said it was my fault for not taking the microwave down for him to fix. The following visits have been just as unhelpful, with parts being changed but the problem not being fixed. The microwave now has this constant fan running, so it's basically useless. Even after many visits and loads of time waiting around, the issue is still there, and I'm really disappointed by the lack of a solution.

    Electric stove

    So, we got this electric stove around a year ago, and you won't believe what happened - the glass top has cracked not once, but two times already! Can you imagine? I even tried to get a warranty after the first crack, but they asked for a huge amount of money! I had to contact my bank to sort it out. And now they're refusing to sell me a warranty because I asked for my money back? How unfair is that? Their products are just not worth it, and when I complained, all they said was "sorry, we can't do anything." It's so frustrating. Just a heads up for everyone out there!

    Bought expensive TV for NHL games

    I spent a lot of money on a new TV so I could watch the NHL games with my mates. It's been nearly a month now and it's still not working! I'm still waiting for parts and it's driving me up the wall. This was meant to be our main TV, but now we can't even watch anything on it. I'm really not pleased with the service I'm getting for a TV that cost so much.

    I recently bought a smartwatch from this company, but I was really let down by the lack of functionality. The product didn't work how it was supposed to, and it needed a certain type of phone that wasn't mentioned on the packaging. The EKG and blood pressure monitoring didn't work unless I downloaded an app from their limited store, which wasn't explained when I bought it. When I contacted customer support, they weren't helpful at all and just said there was nothing they could do to fix it. It was a really annoying experience that made me feel like I'd been tricked and wasn't happy with the product at all.
