Got help finding an item
I went shopping with my mum and we were searching for a specific item. Thankfully, a really friendly guy named George assisted us in locating it. He was incredibly helpful and knew exactly where to find it. At the checkout, we were welcomed by a lovely lady named Kerry. She was really kind and nice, and she informed us about some great offers on perfume. The staff at the shop in Slough are always friendly and welcoming, which makes shopping there even more enjoyable!
Perfume
I popped down to the shop in Lurgan to buy some perfume, and I was so lucky because it was the very last one left on the shelf. I phoned up the store to check if they had any more, and I was delighted by the great customer service I got from the manager. She actually went above and beyond to track down another bottle for me from a different store. I was really impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff were at that local shop.

Friendly and helpful staff
The people who work in that shop are so friendly and helpful. Joshua and Sandra really helped me out when I was buying something, giving me some great advice and being really nice to me. They were so positive and willing to help, which made shopping there really nice and easy. I'm really grateful for all they did for me and I think they work really hard to make sure customers are happy.
Recent visit to the store
I went to the shop last weekend and got really great help from Jane because of a recent fall I had. Nicholas, who is the manager, also gave me a hand with a technical problem.

The woman who assisted me at the shop was really lovely and helpful. She told me all about the different products and put me at ease.

I popped down to the shop to pick up some new shoes and clothes. I had a particular thing in mind and that's when Trina came to my rescue. She was really friendly and put a smile on my face. We had a little natter and she even gave me some tips on what to get. She totally brightened up my day and I left the store beaming. I'll definitely be heading back there in the future.

I'm a regular at this branch and I have to say, the customer service here is top-notch thanks to Robert and Nicky. They're always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I bought some cool stuff at this super neat shop
I went to this amazing place and it was really cool! The staff there were all so friendly and greeted me warmly. The shelves were full of interesting things and the shop was clean and organised, which is fantastic for those in wheelchairs. Hollie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products they offer. Thanks a bunch!
Bought some cool stuff
The chap who was helping us was really nice and funny! We had a brilliant time joking around with him and he gave us some fantastic recommendations on what to buy. I hope he assists us again the next time we shop there.

Pina was absolutely amazing at helping me find the perfect perfume for my big event. She was so friendly, polite, and really knew her stuff when it came to the products. I was really happy with what I bought and just blown away by how great the customer service was.
Face cream purchase
I went to the shop to get some face cream and ended up meeting this really helpful bloke called Joe. He was dead friendly and honest, telling us what he thought of all the products. Turns out it was his day off, but he still took the time to help us out. What a top geezer!
Messed up order
I ordered some things and they messed it all up! I gave their customer service a ring, and they sorted everything out really quickly. They sent me the missing items in just a couple of days. I was well chuffed!
Quick find
I popped down to the shop and managed to find everything I was after really quickly. The lady at the checkout was lovely and super friendly, she even popped in a cute little smiley face sticker into my bag!
