Long-wear foundation for mature dehydrated skin
This foundation has truly changed the game for me. I had been using a different long-wear foundation for a good 25 years, but I took the plunge and tried this one - and I'm really happy I did. Vital Perfection moisturiser
The moisturiser I bought was amazing for my dry, ageing skin. It really hydrates and makes my skin look great, especially when I use it with the Synchro Skin Lifting foundation. I'm thinking of getting the eye cream too after trying out a sample. Customer service had some hiccups at first, but they dealt with my concerns really well. Deceptive replacement
I recently ordered what I thought was a new 10mg green concealer stick to replace my old one that I've been using for ages. But when it came, I was really surprised to see that the replacement stick was only 2.5mg - a huge drop of over 70%! This tiny thing doesn't even come close to the original and will be used up in no time. I'm really upset about this sneaky swap and feel really disappointed in the brand.
Face cream purchase
I bought this new face cream recently and it's really nice. The texture is lovely and it smells great too. It's still early days but I can already see some good results, so I think I'll keep using it. I'd say it's a four out of five for now.

I managed to grab the Sports BB powder in shade 50+ for when I play tennis in the sun. Unfortunately, I had to go for a lighter shade since they didn't have the next one in stock, but it ends up making me appear a little too pale. I'm pleased with it overall, but I wish there was a darker shade available.
Mini items promo offer
I bought something from your online store not long ago, and I was really upset because I didn't get any of the free mini items that were supposed to come with my order. I purposely made the purchase during the promotion because I was excited to try out those mini items. Unfortunately, when I received my order, there weren't any mini items included at all. This was quite disappointing because the promotion clearly stated that mini items would be included along with the samples. The fact that the mini items were missing not only disappointed me, but also made me doubt the accuracy and trustworthiness of your promotions.
