But, I do think it would be better if there were more ways to get your order delivered, 'cos using FedEx costs a bit more. Incorrect item received, long return process
What a nightmare! So, I ordered something from overseas, but they sent me the wrong item and it took forever to arrive. Then, returning it was a whole other ordeal, taking even longer to get back to Italy. To make matters worse, they only gave me a partial refund, blaming the shipping cost. Although customer service eventually refunded the shipping, the whole process was a complete nightmare.
