Recently, I had a problem with a piece of furniture I ordered, but I was really impressed by the excellent customer service I received. A woman named Sarah helped me out and sorted everything out quickly. I've been buying from this company for a while now, and this really proved to me that they're trustworthy. Their products are great quality and I always enjoy shopping with them. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to spruce up their home decor.
Dining room chairs with a faulty leg
I bought some dining room chairs from this homeware shop the other day, and it turns out that one of the chairs had a dodgy leg. I got in touch with customer service, and they were really speedy in getting back to me and fixing the issue within just a few days. Bed purchase
I recently bought a new bed, and I have to say, it's been a total nightmare. I ordered it back in October last year, and after waiting for over 7 months, it finally arrived. Unfortunately, it was damaged. Even though they promised a replacement, it took another 3.5 months for the new bed to arrive, and it came with the wrong screws. The level of incompetence and lack of attention to detail is just not acceptable for a company like this. The constant delays and mistakes have left me really frustrated and disappointed, especially considering how expensive their products are. I definitely won't be shopping with them again in the future.

I recently bought some bed sheets from this place and I have to say I am really happy with the quality. The material is nice and it has the perfect design I was after. I've been coming back here for a few years now and this purchase has just confirmed how satisfied I am with their products.

I had such a fantastic experience at this fancy home decor store. The staff there were so helpful and really knew their stuff. I bought a Theodore chair, Bari Floor Lamp, Footchair, and Fleet Side Table from your store not long ago. But when I got them, I saw some cracks and wear marks on the chair. At first, I thought it was meant to look that way, but when I went back to your store and checked out the other Theodore chairs, it was clear that mine was not right. I think I ended up with a faulty or damaged product that had not been properly checked, as there was even a fingerprint under the polished layer. This whole thing has really let me down.
Barwell Coupe Glasses
I bought a lovely set of Barwell Coupe Glasses from this store recently. But when I opened the package, I realised one of the glasses was missing. So, I got in touch with customer service straight away, and I was really impressed by how quickly and helpful they were. Jill, the customer service rep, got back to me immediately and offered to send the missing glass to my home or for me to pick it up from my local shop. I decided to go collect it myself, and Jill sorted it out with the manager efficiently. I have to say, the customer service I received was absolutely top-notch, and I really appreciate Jill's professionalism and quick response.
Duo Link delivery assistance
I bought a Duo Link recently and had a bit of trouble finding out when it would be delivered because of a text message problem. But Daisy from customer service really helped me out and sorted everything so I could arrange a delivery date that worked for me. I was really thankful for her help and thought the customer service was top-notch.
Light part missing
I felt really disappointed when I opened my package from Soho Home and saw that a part was missing from my light. But, something great happened! I got in touch with their customer service and had a chat with Linda, who was absolutely fantastic. She sorted everything out really quickly and now they're sending a replacement to me. I never realised customer service could be so good! The Soho team definitely knows how to look after their customers. They definitely deserve a big thumbs up for their outstanding after-sales service!
Chandeliers, sideboard, dining chairs, dining table
I recently bought a few things from this company - two chandeliers, a sideboard, six dining chairs, and a dining table. The chairs were in good condition, but had some small issues with the fabric. The Katia chandelier is beautiful, but unfortunately, some of the glass pieces were chipped and marked. I've contacted the company and I'm waiting for a response.
The dining table, however, was a total disaster. It had defects, cracks, and holes that are just not acceptable for such an expensive item. I'm still waiting to hear back from Soho Home about this. There are also two items - a chandelier and a sideboard - that haven't been delivered yet. With the quality problems I've had so far, I'm thinking about returning these items.Bed delivery
I just wanted to say a big thank you to the team at Soho Home for their amazing customer service. When my bed delivery was late, Sophie and Kyle really went out of their way to sort everything out quickly and efficiently. Their calm and problem-solving attitude completely turned things around and made what could have been a bad situation into a good one. Because of their hard work, my client will now get to enjoy their new bed on time. I am so impressed by Sophie and Kyle's professionalism and commitment.
Reed diffusers and candles
I recently bought some reed diffusers and candles from this one shop. The second lot I got are just as good as the first - top quality. The scents that come from them last ages and smell absolutely lovely. Using these products has been a really great experience all round.

I just want to say a big thank you to the amazing help I got from Sarah over at Soho Home. As I was sorting out my new place with furniture, Sarah was there whenever we had loads of questions. She was so patient while we took our time making decisions and she was super professional in everything she did. Sarah really knows her stuff when it comes to the business and products, which made the whole experience fun and informative. But most of all, her kind and caring attitude made the whole thing easy and without any stress.

I bought two really nice wall lamps for a customer, but one of them had a problem. I got in touch with customer service and Georgia sorted it out by sending a replacement part. The lamps look amazing and the customer is really pleased. Thanks for resolving the issue so promptly!
