Unique slippers from abroad
I recently bought a pair of really cool slippers from this online store that I couldn't find anywhere else in Europe. They were a bit more expensive than usual, but I was happy to pay that extra bit to get them. After I ordered them, I thought I'd check out some reviews of the website - and let me tell you, they weren't great. That made me pretty nervous about whether my slippers would actually arrive. But, surprise surprise, they showed up at my door just three days later, all the way from the US to Ireland. And they were absolutely perfect and real - spot on. I can't say what anyone else's experience might be, but mine was top-notch.

I've just bought a pair of Signature White Sneakers from this company and I've got to say, I'm really impressed with the quality of their products. The sneakers are stylish, comfortable, and exactly as shown on their website. The sizing was spot on, which was a pleasant surprise after my last experience with a different shoe store. Shoes, Positive Experience
I wasn't too sure about this shop because of all the negative comments online, but I was pleasantly surprised! The shoes I ordered arrived quickly and were exactly what I was looking for. They came all the way from the Netherlands to the US, but they were perfect! Unfortunately, they were a bit too big so I had to return them, but the process was really simple. I didn't even have to go out, DHL collected them from my house. I received a refund without any hassle. I will definitely be shopping here again!
Ordered wrong size, got it changed
I ordered the wrong size by mistake, but Stadium Goods were really helpful and sorted it out for me. They were able to recall the package from the delivery company and gave me a refund. Sneakers
I bought a pair of trainers from Stadium Goods recently and I have to say, the customer service I got was amazing. Even though I had read some bad reviews, my experience was really great. I had a problem with a shipping label, but then I got a call from someone who not only sorted it out but also went the extra mile to make sure everything was fixed quickly. It was really nice to see someone care so much about helping customers.

I bought a pair of Nike Air Jordan 1 trainers from this shop not long ago and I've got to say, I'm really pleased with how it all went. A pair of sneakers
I bought a cool pair of trainers from this place but the customer service was really bad. I needed to send them back because they were too small but it took ages for them to get back to me and then they said it was too late. I mean, only 1-3 days for returns? That's not fair at all. Also, it took them ages to deliver the trainers to me. I wasn't happy with the whole experience, to be honest.
Carbon Beluga shoe
I recently splashed out on a fancy pair of Carbon Beluga shoes from Stadium Goods. I spent quite a bit of money on them, hoping for a great purchase experience. However, I was sorely disappointed by the customer service I received. They were totally unhelpful when I asked for an invoice, and to top it off, they don't even offer returns or exchanges. I feel really let down by a supposedly top-notch retailer like Stadium Goods. I won't be buying from them again.
Wrong item delivered
I recently had a bit of a bad time with my purchase from Stadium Goods. The thing is, what I got wasn't what I actually ordered, and then when they sent a replacement, it was the wrong size. The whole thing just seemed a bit all over the place and not very well organised, which was really annoying with all the mistakes. On top of that, their returns policy is a right hassle, needing loads of photos of the unused wrong item, just making everything take longer and more complicated. All in all, I was pretty let down and not happy with the service I got.
Sneakers with detached inner soles
I have to say, my experience with this company has been really disappointing. I bought a pair of sneakers recently, but when they arrived, I found that the inner soles on both shoes had completely come off. It's quite surprising to get a product in such bad shape, especially when you're expecting something of good quality. I got in touch with the company and they asked for pictures of the shoes, which I sent straight away. However, I still haven't heard back from them, which is really frustrating. The lack of communication and the way they don't seem to care about customer satisfaction is really disheartening. I would recommend that anyone thinking about buying from this company should probably stay away, as you might just end up with a faulty product and terrible customer service.

These guys sold me a fake that even the homeless people could make better. I can't believe they keep getting away with it! Someone's gonna show up and cause a scene in their shop, making hats fly around like it's a graduation celebration!
Women's low dunks sneakers
I bought some women's low dunks trainers for my daughter's Christmas gift, but what I got was dietary supplements instead. I tried reaching out to customer service a few times, but they wouldn't refund or acknowledge their error. It's so annoying to get the wrong thing and still have to fork out $188 for it!
Shoes
I recently bought some shoes from Stadium Goods and got sent two different sizes. I was pretty disappointed with the customer service - they were pretty rude and not very helpful at all, telling me they couldn't do anything to fix the mistake. They said I could return the shoes and that I'd get a refund in 10-15 days after they check them. It all just felt like a waste of my cash and time. It was a surprise to find out that they didn't check the shoes before sending them, which goes against what they say on their website. To sum up, my experience with Stadium Goods was not great at all.
Shoes for my son
I had a really let-down experience with Stadium Goods recently. I bought some shoes for my son but they were too small. When I tried to return them brand new, they said they were worn and wouldn't refund me. It felt like they were trying to trick me. Even though I've had good experiences buying from them before, this has made me not want to use them again.
Unwanted shoes returned
I had an awful experience with my purchase from Stadium Goods. I wanted to order a pair of shoes for my son, but mistakenly got the wrong size. I tried to cancel the order straight away, but Stadium Goods said it was already on its way to their fulfillment center within just 5 minutes of placing the order. They said I had to return the shoes for a refund, so I quickly ordered the correct size in the hope of getting them in time for Easter. When the right size arrived, I didn't even open the box because I had already printed the return label to send the other shoes back. After sending the shoes back, I got an email from Stadium Goods with photos showing what looked like a pink stain on the back of the shoes. I argued against this with the third-party company, following Amazon's advice, but Stadium Goods only offered me a credit of $0.01 for the shoes and refused to return them to me. Despite numerous attempts to sort things out and many hours spent trying to talk to Stadium Goods and Amazon, I never got my $432.00 back. As a single mum, I felt so let down to realise I had been ripped off and wasn't able to surprise my son with his dream shoes.
