Quality hats

Stetson hat purchase
I was really let down by the Stetson hat I bought. Everything went fine with the delivery and I was happy to be informed about the customs. But when I looked closely at the hat, I realised it wasn't made in the US like I thought it would be. That was a big disappointment because I always associated Stetson with top-notch American workmanship. It's a shame to see the Stetson name just like any other brand now, instead of being a respected tradition.

I bought a straw cowboy hat from this company not long ago and I was really impressed with how good it was. The customer service was top notch too - they quickly sent me a new hat for free when the first one got messed up in the post. My only issue is that the packages aren't sealed, so they could easily be tampered with by dodgy people. But all in all, I was happy with what I bought and the service I received.
Fedora hat
I just bought a lovely Fedora hat from the website. The hat is top quality and just what I wanted. However, there was a little issue with the delivery. The courier ended up delivering the package to the wrong address, but luckily I could track it with the information they gave me. The folks who got it by mistake were really nice and gave it to me when I explained what had happened.
Two Hat Purchase
I recently bought two hats, but unfortunately, one didn't look good on me, so I needed to return it. I followed the return instructions, but the website got stuck when I tried to finalise the return. No matter how many times I tried, nothing happened. Feeling frustrated, I got in touch with customer service for help, hoping for a quick fix. But to my disappointment, I got a generic response that didn't even address my issue. It seemed like they hadn't read my email properly or understood what was wrong. Days passed, and the problem continued, with customer service repeating the same instructions from the return form. Needless to say, I was very unhappy with their customer service.
Hatteras Lifton Beige-Brown Cap
The website shows the products well with real photos, but the downside is that it takes ages to load, even on fast internet and a good PC. It can be quite annoying waiting for the pages to load when you're trying to pick something.

I bought a hat from this company not long ago and I have to admit, I was a bit miffed when the delivery didn't come as expected. But fair play to them, they sorted it out sharpish and sent me another hat straight away. I have to say, their service was top-notch which is a rare thing these days. The Fedora hat I bought was really good, but I was a bit surprised by the quality and finishing. There were some loose stitches and the stamped logo inside the hat was already coming off, which was a bit disappointing. Leather jacket and hat
My mate and I decided to buy a leather jacket and a hat off this website because we thought they looked really good online. But when they arrived, they weren't as good as we expected! The jacket was way too big and the hat was a completely different colour. We tried reaching out to the company but they just ignored us. We felt so let down and ripped off. The website was really easy to use, and to top it off, there were no shipping costs! My hat was sent from Germany the very next morning. But I have to say, the delivery from Germany was a bit slow, and the courier service DPD wasn't exactly quick. Nevertheless, being able to pay with PayPal for extra security without any added costs was a bonus. The hat I got was top-notch quality, even though the company has other websites with higher ratings that do charge for shipping and also use DPD for deliveries.

My recent experience with the customer service at this place has been a total nightmare. I've been dealing with them for about two months now, and it's been really frustrating. I ordered a cap on the 5th of July and it arrived on the 12th of July. It was exactly as described and met all my expectations. I had a question about the delivery and the customer service team responded promptly the following day.
My purchase was a total disaster
It was really frustrating because the website promised my order would arrive in 5-7 days, but it actually took 16 days and I still hadn't received anything! When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and just kept blaming Brexit for the delay. I mean, seriously? Why give a timeframe of 5-7 days if it's going to take so much longer? I ended up having to dispute the charge because they didn't seem to listen or care about my concerns. I've even received items quicker when ordering from the US!

I usually wear a 56 size in Stetson caps from UK shops, but this one was way too big. Plus, the return policy wasn't clear and the link didn't even work. Despite instructions on a QR code for returns, the options were limited, and I wasn't sure how much it would cost or how long it would take to get a refund. It seems like I've wasted £100 with no solution in sight.
