I grabbed a laptop for my daughter for Christmas because her old one kept dying on her — needed something reliable. It arrived okay, looked fine, but started shutting down within days. The logo peeled off too. I sent it back. They deducted £119 saying it wasn't returned in the same condition. I expected better, really. Felt like they sold a faulty machine and then blamed me. Annoying, but delivery was quick.
Wasn't sure at first
I was a bit wary before ordering — didn't know if shipping would be quick or if the board would arrive bruised. It was with the courier two days later. Tracking was accurate and the outer box had plenty of bubble wrap. Plugged it in that evening and it worked first time. Pretty relieved, will buy here again.
Three wasted days
Not impressed — I'd avoid relying on their delivery. I ordered a £300 motherboard for 21 Dec 2021 and the invoice/confirmation said it would arrive that day, so I hung around morning. Then no parcel. Turns out they didn't pass enough info to DPD, costing me a further two days of chasing and waiting (three days lost in Christmas week). Oddly, support eventually replied and refunded quicker than I expected.
It actually got sorted
I first saw it on a mate's post and thought 'why not', so I ordered one. The first one was a bit dodgy and I was ready to write it off, but the moment a proper replacement turned up and worked straight away I relaxed. Told my sister about it after that — she bought one too. Service wasn't flawless, they were a bit wishy-washy at times, but price and delivery were decent, so overall I'm really pleased.
Calmly annoyed but hopeful
keep records and be persistent, but I wish they'd just reply faster.
Locked out and left hanging
if you need an RMA they make it a proper faff. The manufacturer’s site gets, bizarrely, locked off to you and routed through the supplier, and then the supplier acts like the manufacturer can’t help. Annoying, really annoying — or infuriating, yes, infuriating. Even paid repairs and pricey kit weren’t spared. I ended up with a useless bit of kit and a shrug. Check forums first; I did, too late.
Gone-quiet delivery
a tech sorted it the next day. Quick fix in the end. Relief more than joy, but still — decent rescue.
Relief at last
automated replies, an unmonitored email address, and I had to open a ticket. They said the refund “didn't process properly” and reissued it, with no real apology, and oddly listed the reason as me cancelling. It took about 11 days to see the money back. So yeah, I was satisfied once everything was sorted and the board works, but the payment mess and poor communication left a bad taste.
Blank screen during a deadline
not all terrible, sometimes it runs, but unreliable for work. I expected better follow-up given past good experiences, so I can't recommend relying on them if you need something solid right away.
Dodgy returns, slow replies
I ordered a mid-range PC case because my old one got damaged during a move and my back isn’t great, so I needed something easier to handle. Bought it through Temu, paid about a hundred quid. When I needed to change payment details I returned it using the QR return label they supplied. Parcel never made it back — Evri lost it. I showed the seller the proof from Evri, the receipt, the tracking saying delivered to depot and then nothing. At that point common sense and, as far as I can tell, basic UK consumer law say they should refund me and sort it with the courier. Instead they flat-out refused. Worse, their replies in the message thread were basically a dot. A single full stop. No explanation. I asked why a single dot and they just carried on like that. It felt childish and evasive. Delivery was the real issue here, then the service made it worse. Not everything was a mess — the case itself looked fine in photos — but dealing with them was the problem. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them unless you like arguing for your money.
Small case for GPU
I recently bought a little case for my GPU from Technextday, but it ended up being too small for my GPU. It was my fault for not checking if it would fit beforehand, but I also thought the website didn't give clear info on what GPU size would work with the case.
Straightforward ordering and fast delivery
I'm really happy with my recent purchase from Technextday. Ordering was super easy and hassle-free. I found what I needed on their website without any trouble. The delivery was surprisingly quick, even faster than I expected. My order arrived in perfect condition, and the products were just as described online. Overall, I'm really impressed with how efficient and professional Technextday is.
CPU cooler
I bought a CPU cooler from this shop twice and both times the service was top-notch! The second time, they didn't have the specific cooler I wanted in stock, so they upgraded me to a better one at no extra cost! It's great when shops exceed your expectations like that.
Fast delivery and low prices
I was really impressed with how quickly my order arrived. I ordered it yesterday afternoon and it was already on my doorstep by midday today. And the best part is, delivery was free! The pricing was also unbeatable, much better than other companies. I'll definitely be using this company for all my future purchases.
Processors for shop
I recently bought some processors for my shop from this company. I needed them urgently because customers were asking for them. But when the shipment arrived, the boxes were empty! I was so shocked and let down. Inside, there was a paper asking me to verify my information, which I quickly did by showing my proof of purchase. However, despite my efforts, the company cancelled my orders and started the refund process. I felt really dissatisfied by this. Now, I have to wait 7-9 days for the bank to sort out the refund, causing a lot of inconvenience and delays for my shop.
All in all, my experience with this company was really disappointing and frustrating. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.Power supply for customer's computer
I ordered a power supply for a customer's computer yesterday afternoon and I paid extra for next day delivery. I gave them a call to make sure it was going to be sent out the same day and they assured me that it would. The power supply arrived the next day just like they said it would. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and I'm really pleased with the service I received. I would definitely recommend them to others.
Recent online purchase
I bought something online from this shop recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with their service once again. The thing I ordered came in no time and was well packed, just like everything else I've got from them before. I've shopped with them a few times now and they've never disappointed me. Their customer service is top-notch and they always go out of their way to help with any questions or problems. I definitely suggest this shop to anyone looking for a reliable and quick service. Well done, guys!
Quick delivery, great pricing
I decided to take a chance despite the bad reviews, and I'm really pleased that I did! My stuff came super quickly with no charge for shipping in under a day. They were wrapped up really well and came in perfect condition. And the best bit? The price was too good to pass up. I can't say anything about the customer service as I didn't have any problems, but I had to give them props for the speedy delivery and great prices of the products. Thanks a lot!
Competitive price, fast shipping
I was really happy with the item I bought because it was a great price and came with free super fast shipping which was a nice surprise. It arrived in good condition and quickly too, just like I hoped it would. All in all, I'm really pleased with my purchase.
Gaming keyboard purchase
I recently bought a gaming keyboard from Technextday and I have to say, it was a brilliant experience. I ordered it on a Wednesday and got it delivered quickly the following day by DPD. The keyboard was just like they described it and it was much cheaper than other shops. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be shopping with them again.
About Technextday
In life, there is a period of optimal functionality and a period of decline for both natural and man-made things. For man and nature made things, the decline might take a longer period to begin because of the steep growth curve, but for most man-made products that are optimized from the beginning, it is much faster. Therefore, computer products, especially hardware and components are prone to fail, wear out or stop working overtime. How long that takes is dependent on variables like the quality of the computers, the care for the product by the user, the cycle of use, protection from electrical surges or the lack thereof, and so on. It is however unusual for all the components to develop a fault at once, so a faulty component might be easily replaced to return the system to its original functionality. For instance, a motherboard has an average lifespan of 3 to 4 years, graphic cards can last up to 10 years, batteries have only so many recharge cycles and LCD panels survive for a limited number of hours. However, the overall average lifespan of a computer depends on maintenance and cycle of use. With the fast rate of technological advancement, another challenge in component replacement is getting the right specifications for compatibility sake, without which the output of the device might not reach original functionality. Also, dust is a challenge to computers, because it can accumulate over time inside the computer and reduce the component’s sensitivity and productivity. When components wear out, they stop working or start affecting the output of the system, and might start impairing the output of other components if not quickly fixed.
