    Camera sling bag, Camera backpack

    I recently bought a camera sling bag and a camera backpack from this shop. I chose the sling bag at first because it was much cheaper than in other shops. The delivery was quick, but they sent me the wrong colour. They didn't have the colour I wanted in stock, so I kept the bag anyway. They offered me a partial refund, but it felt like they just sent a different colour hoping I'd be okay with it. The customer service team said it was a mistake, but I was still a bit unhappy with how it all went. However, I don't think one bad experience should judge a whole company, so I decided to try again and got a camera backpack (same brand) recently. This time, everything went well - the delivery was fast, and I was really happy with the quality of the backpack.

    Beanie hat

    I recently bought a beanie hat from this store and overall, my experience was pretty good. The quality of the item was decent, although I did notice that the one size fits all claim was a bit off as it was more suitable for someone with a smaller head, like a hobbit. However, I understand that this is probably more of a manufacturer problem rather than the store's fault.

    When it comes to the service I received, I have to say it was excellent. The communication was clear and to the point, and the delivery was quick, arriving in just 2-3 days instead of the estimated 5 days. I was happy with the whole thing and I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again in the future.

    Overseas order delivered promptly

    I recently made a purchase from abroad and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it arrived, even beating out some local companies. The variety of brands on offer is impressive and the prices are very competitive. Ordering was easy and efficient, making the whole experience smooth.

    I can't really say much about the customer service as I didn't have any problems with my order. But, judging by how well everything else was handled, I would imagine it's top-notch.

    My only complaint is the high import taxes I had to pay, which put a bit of a damper on an otherwise great experience.

    Black Friday Mystery Box

    I recently bought the Black Friday Mystery Box from the shop, thinking I might find a good deal on some new clothes. The box promised 3 T-shirts, 1 jumper, and 2 hats with a total value of £300, all for just £90. However, when I got the items, I was pretty disappointed with the quality. They all looked like clearance and end-of-line stuff that couldn't be sold elsewhere. The choice overall was a bit underwhelming and definitely not worth what I paid for it. I get the idea of a mystery box and the risk that comes with it, but I was still hoping for something more exciting and valuable.

    Cropped Hoodie

    I ordered a cropped hoodie from this store and it was a disaster. It took ages for my order to come, and when it finally did, they sent me the wrong one! I had to go through the hassle of returning it while I was still waiting for mine. And to make it even worse, nobody bothered to update me or call me back like they said they would. And now, to add insult to injury, the item I wanted is out of stock. What a waste of time. Next time, I'll definitely be shopping elsewhere.

    So, I ordered a t-shirt and a hat, which I was super excited about getting. But, to my dismay, the package didn't show up. I reached out to the company, and they unhelpfully told me to contact Royal Mail. Turns out, Royal Mail needs the sender to start the search for a lost package. After explaining this to the company, they went silent on me for a whole week. It's really disappointing to see such bad customer service, especially when other companies deal with this kind of thing way better.

    I saw quite a few complaints about lost items from the postal strike, but I thought I'd take a chance and order something anyway. To my surprise, my stuff turned up the very next day with no problems at all. Looks like the company might have sorted out the courier issue causing all the mishaps, which is nice to see. Hopefully, they keep improving and make sure the delivery service stays reliable from now on.

    It's been more than four weeks since I made an order, but I still haven't got my items. I waited patiently for four whole working days after I sent an email to the address they gave me, expecting a reply within 24 to 72 hours, but I didn't hear back. When I eventually contacted customer service, they blamed the delay on Royal Mail strikes, and then the call got cut off. I just feel like I've thrown away £25.

    I had a really bad experience with this company. They tricked me into paying a £19 delivery fee, and then when I needed help, their customer service, Alan, was unhelpful and sarcastic. It was a horrible experience, and it seemed like they were intentionally trying to make it hard for me to get a refund. I wouldn't suggest shopping with this company because of the hidden fees and misleading adverts.

    I recently bought a sweatshirt and jeans from The Chimp Store. While the prices were good, I was a bit let down by the whole thing. Ordering was easy, but then after a few days, I got an email saying that one item was out of stock and I'd get a refund. The delivery took longer than I thought, nearly three weeks, but that's fair enough with the holidays and postal strikes going on. When my order finally arrived, I realised one item was missing. I've sent a couple of emails asking about it, but haven't heard back yet. This lack of communication and professionalism is worrying, and I'm not too thrilled with my shopping experience. Maybe think twice before ordering from here, folks.

    I ordered a hoodie from The Chimp Store, but it hasn't arrived after two weeks. It was sent on the 15th of December with tracked delivery via Royal Mail, but the tracking hasn't been updated since the 16th. I know there were postal strikes, but no updates for two weeks is not good. I've emailed The Chimp Store twice with no response, and when I call, I only get an automated message blaming the strikes. It's disappointing and frustrating. Why did they use Royal Mail during the strikes? I'm now hesitant to use this store again.

    I recently bought some clothes from The Chimp Store, but I still haven't got my order even though I placed it on the 22nd of November. I've tried emailing and calling customer service a few times, but I haven't got a good response yet. The automated email I did get blamed Royal Mail for the delay, but I've received stuff from other shops through Royal Mail after I ordered from The Chimp Store. The way they're not keeping me in the loop or taking responsibility is just not on, and I'm really not happy with the customer service I've had.

    Jumper from Black Friday sales

    I bought a jumper on Black Friday, 25th November, when the sales were on. Everything went well with the purchase at first, no problems at all. But then on the 29th November, I got a refund notification from the shop. They said there was a problem with the label and they didn't have the size of the jumper I wanted in stock. It was really disappointing and felt like the shop was being careless. They didn't seem to take responsibility for their mistake and dealt with it like it wasn't a big deal, which left me feeling unhappy about the whole thing. I didn't buy anything else during Black Friday, and if I had known about this issue earlier, I would have picked something else. Now, unfortunately, I've got nothing because of this mistake.
