    Pain relieving device

    A great product for pain relief I must say. I wish I got to know about it earlier on, may be some things would have been corrected on time. My online research for pain relievers took me to the discovery of Theragun. Although I was skeptical about it owing to the fact that many of such products were already in the market and after buying, it will eventually not function effectively, but encouraging reviews and testimonials as seen on the websites pushed me further. That first purchase is what I'm still using now and working properly whenever I need to relieve self from body pains caused by work, exercise or natural process. Nice pain relieving devices at Theragun.

    I've had my massage gun for well over three years now and it's still going strong, just as amazing as when I first got it! I use it after my workouts almost every day and only need to charge it every now and then. Even though I accidentally cracked one of the heads, it still works perfectly fine. The materials used are really good quality and the design is sleek and easy to handle. A couple of my mates bought cheaper versions online and they ended up breaking within a year. You can really notice the quality difference straight away! Definitely worth the money!

    I got this really cool massager last month, and it was amazing at first! But then it started making weird noises and getting really hot. I was disappointed, but I contacted customer service through chat and they said they'd replace it under warranty. Fingers crossed it all works out! When it was working, though, it was like magic compared to our old massager.

    Theradot purchase issue

    I recently bought a Theradot from this company, and unfortunately, I've run into a big issue with the product. After just five weeks of using it, the power dot's housing unit came out attached to the wire. I'm really let down because I paid a lot for the Theradot. To top it off, I can't find my receipt and now the company won't help me unless I can prove I bought it. It doesn't seem right that they're not willing to assist when it's their faulty product and it's still within 12 months since I purchased it. I'm really frustrated and disappointed with the lack of support and customer service in this situation.

    I was a bit nervous about the negative reviews, but I decided to give this massage gun a try anyway. Surprisingly, it arrived really quickly, just in two days, and it was in great condition. It's been working well up to now, with no problems. I haven't had any reason to contact customer service, so I can't really comment on that.

    PowerDot Duo System Purchase

    I bought a PowerDot Duo system recently and I have to say, I was pretty let down by the customer service I received. The website was promoting a Valentine's Day sale, but when I tried to make my purchase, the sale had actually already finished. However, it was still being shown on the site. So, I ended up having to pay full price because the sale didn't allow for any extra promo codes to be used. When I got in touch with the customer service team, they flat out refused to give me a discount after the fact or refund me the difference. It made me feel like they didn't really care about me as a customer and I was left feeling pretty annoyed that the issue wasn't resolved.

    Theragun prime replacement

    I wouldn't recommend splashing out on a Theragun prime replacement. Mine packed in after just a few months of use. Dealing with their customer service has been a nightmare. I returned it for a replacement nearly 5 weeks ago, and ever since I've been hounding them for information with no luck. It seems nobody has a clue about the status of my replacement or when I can expect it. Save yourself the hassle and go with a company that values its customers.

    I have to say, my experience with the Theragun product has been really disappointing. The battery just stopped working after hardly any use, and the worst part is, you can't even replace it. I tried reaching out to the company, but all they offered was a 40% discount if I wanted to buy a new one, which isn't great considering how expensive their products are. What's even more worrying is that it seems like lots of other users are having the same problem, which suggests there might be a design flaw that they haven't sorted out yet. It's pretty disheartening to see a company as big as them not taking responsibility and making the necessary improvements. A smaller competitor, on the other hand, gives a much better warranty on their products, which just goes to show how little this company seems to care about sorting out customer issues and making sure their products are top-notch.

    Theragun purchase experience

    I recently bought a massage gun online, and I was really happy with it at first. Unfortunately, after using it a few times, I had a problem with one of the attachments. I contacted customer support for help, but I found dealing with them quite frustrating. Even after several email conversations, the problem wasn't fixed, and I ended up feeling let down by the level of service I received. Because of this experience, I'm not sure I'd recommend this product to anyone else.

    I got myself a massager because I heard it was really good and fancy. At first, it was great and really helped relax my muscles, but suddenly the battery just stopped working properly!     I bought the Theragun Sense massage gun to hopefully speed up my muscle recovery post-workouts. But, after only a week of using it, the thing stopped working. So, I got in touch with customer service about the problem and honestly, they took ages to get back to me. And, to top it off, despite me asking for a refund, they just wanted to send over a replacement. I mean, really? Don't they know that in the UK, the consumer law says I should get a refund when something like this happens?

    I bought my mum a Theragun Elite back in 2021 and it was working pretty well until December 2023 when it suddenly stopped charging. Unfortunately, the warranty had just expired, so that was bad luck for us. Therabody did offer us a discount on a new one, but we had to wait until their sale was over. It was frustrating because I had spent quite a bit of money on it and it only lasted for 2 years.

    Hey there, I hope you're well. I sent an email back on 7th March 2024 about getting a refund for the Theragun mini I bought because I noticed the price had dropped by €40. I made sure to include all the necessary proof and details, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response yet. I understand you're probably swamped with other stuff, but it's been a while now and I'm feeling a bit disappointed. Good customer service is key, don't you think?
