Climbing shoes return
I recently took back a pair of climbing shoes that were too small to Tiso Inverness, and honestly, it was a great experience. Mark, the Duty Manager, was so helpful! Even though I couldn't find my receipt, he was understanding and accepted my bank statement instead. He then assisted me in trying on a larger size and processed my refund promptly. Not only that, but he also suggested some other brands that might be a better fit for my feet. I'll definitely be going back to Tiso Inverness in the future.
Fast delivery, excellent service, superb product
I was really impressed with my recent purchase from the online store. The delivery was super quick and arrived right on time. The customer service I got from the contact centre was amazing, the staff really knew their stuff and were so helpful. I recently bought a little bum bag from this shop and I have to say I'm really impressed. The bag is ideal for when I'm travelling and exploring new places, exactly what I needed. I was pleasantly surprised by the random colours they sent me, it gave the bag a fun touch. I also really liked watching the video of the staff at the factory, it was cool to see behind the scenes and learn more about the company's values.

Micro balance bike purchase
I recently purchased a Micro balance bike online and was really looking forward to receiving it. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I was disappointed to find out that it was not a brand new one, but an ex-display model. It didn't come in the original packaging and was missing some parts. The customer support team promised to send me a new one in proper packaging, but they didn't apologise or explain why they sent me the ex-display one in the first place. They avoided my questions, which was frustrating. Overall, it was a waste of time buying from them. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
Walking boots purchase
I bought two pairs of walking boots recently to see which fit and style I preferred. Not sure which one to keep, I went to the Glasgow store with both pairs. The staff there gave me great advice on which pair was best for me. I was able to easily return the other pair in-store, thanks to the excellent customer service. Overall, I'm really happy with how my shopping trip went at that store.

This was my first time buying hiking gear from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed. The website was easy to use and helped me find everything I was looking for. New hiking boots
I was really looking forward to receiving my new hiking boots, but the delivery turned out to be a complete nightmare. DPD didn't bother to deliver them properly! They said they tried, but I was at home all day and they never showed up. I had to wait for over a week before I finally received my boots. It wasn't cool at all.
New shoes, returned for bigger size
